Abstract
一种把纤维(15)从自动送料辊(14)送往车间中可自由移动的机器人臂上进料装置时所用的喂线阻尼器,包括线制动器(16,19,20)及至少一个可移动的导线器(17),推力作用于导线器上。线从自动送料辊(14)前进,经过制动器(16,19,20),穿过导线器(17)并继续朝着进料装置前进,其方式是为了形式制动器与进料装置之间的线阻尼器而使推力发生作用,该阻尼器长度可以改变。
Description
本发明涉及用于把纤维线从储线辊送往在车间中可自由移动的机器人臂上的进料装置时所用之喂线阻尼器。
热凝塑料强化纤维产品的生产,可用工业机器人自动操作,这样就可控制纤维进料装置,以便把为了最大强度而选定的准确数量之纤维送出,但不使纤维穿过产品的外面那层塑料而突出在外。
由于机器人的重复精度高,这些产品的质量可大大提高,同时,与恶劣的工作环境及劳动疲劳有关的问题也能得到解决。
纤维进料装置最好位于一个可装在可动机器人手臂上的送出头中。一根或多根纤维线输送给送出头,它把纤维按适当长度切断。纤维线的进给速度范围可在每秒10米左右。
在这种进给速度下,要想停住进线而不冒任何乱缠线的风险是难以做到的。
因而,本发明的目的,是提供一种解决上述难题的喂线阻尼器。
为此目的,本发明的特征在于线制动器及至少一个上面有推力作用着的可动导线器,线从自动送料辊前进,经过制动器,穿过导线器并继续朝着进料装置前进,其方式是为了形成制动器与进料装置之间的线阻尼器而使推力发生作用,该阻尼器长度可以改变。
下面,参照用附图概略显示的实施例来说明本发明,在附图中,
图1是符合本发明的喂线阻尼器之平面图。
图2是图1所示喂线阻尼器的侧视图。
如图所示,喂线阻尼器包括一个带有2根竖导杆11的架子10。架子10带着有导线孔13的肘形杆12,该导线孔供绕在辊14上放出的线15穿过。该线可由多纤维玻璃线、碳纤维或合成纤维构成。导线孔13为线提供了一条基本上无摩擦的通道。
线从位置与地面齐平的辊14向上行进,穿过导线孔13,进到使回拉方向改为在导杆11之间垂直向下方向的一横杆16上。导线器17可动地由导杆导向并也带有一些导线孔13,线15穿过这些导线孔。接着,线由导线器17处沿上行方向继续行进到导线管18处,该管再将导往未画出的机器人臂上。
线制动器与横杆16配合,它由一压板19组成,该压板装在与架子10相连的一气缸20的外端。压板可由缸20的运行而被带动得与横杆16接合或离开,从而进线会被止住。
喂线阻尼器按下述方式运行:在正常喂线时,经由导线孔13和横杆16拉线,在线中产生均衡的阻力使得线的送出均衡,这是有利的。如果机器人手臂在车间中移动以便或多或少的线时刻都被送出,导线器17就能分别沿着导杆上下移动,那样一来线的长度会得到迅速调整。
如果要停止喂线,就启动气缸20,将压板19压到横杆16上。此时,机器人臂端的送线还会短暂继续而导线器17则沿着导杆11往上移动,直至线的拉动停止。当要重新开始送线时,开始就会有正确预拉的线备用,而没有线上套圈或打结的风险。
本发明不限于上述实施例,在所附权利要求的范围内,可作许多变化。有可能。例如,可把导杆换为其他工具来控制纤维线的阻尼器。再如可用弹簧装置替换施于导线器17上的重力作用。
权利要求书
按照条约第19条的修改
1.把纤维线(15)从储线辊(14)上送往车间中可自由移动的机器人臂上的进料装置时所用之喂线阻尼器,它包括一个线制动器(16,19,20)及至少一个可移动的导线器(17),其中,线从储线辊(14)前进,经过制动器(16,19,20),穿过导线器(17)并继续朝着进料装置前进,其方式是为了形成制动器与进料装置之间的线阻尼器而使推力发生作用,该阻尼器长度可以改变,其特征在于:线制动器包括一根辊子(16),线(15)在上面行进;还包括作用于该辊子上并可由气缸(20)控制的一块压板(19)。
Claims (4)
1.用于把纤维线(15)从储线辊(14)上送往车间中自由移动的机器人臂上的进料装置时所用的喂线阻尼器,其特征在于:设有线制动器(16,19,20)及至少一个上面有推力作用着的可动导线器(17),使线从储线辊(14)前进,经过制动器(16,19,20),穿过导线器(17)并继续朝前进料装置前进,其方式是为了形成制动器与进料装置之间的线阻尼器使推力发生作用,该阻尼器长度可以改变。
2.如权利要求1所述的阻尼器,其特征在于:线制动器包括一根辊子(16),线(15)在上面行进;还包括作用于辊子上并可由气缸(20)控制的一块压板(19)。
3.如权利要求1所述的阻尼器,其特征在于:导线器包括导线孔(13)穿过且借助导杆(11)而被导向的支座(17)。
4.如权利要求1所述的阻尼器,其特征在于:导杆(11)竖直安装,作用于导线器(17)上的推力由重力提供。
