Chinese invention patent application (application publication No: CN109805438A, application publication date: 2019-05-28) discloses a preparation method of tobacco aromatic beads with a slow release function, which comprises the following process steps: 1) putting 10-20 parts of konjac flour, 10-15 parts of white carbon black, 10-15 parts of licorice powder, 10-20 parts of chitin and 30-40 parts of distilled water in a pair-roller dry-method granulator according to the weight parts of the raw materials for one-step forming granulation to obtain dry round dry beads with porous structures on the surfaces and uniform sizes, wherein the diameter range of the dry round dry beads is 2.5-2.9 mm; 2) and (3) uniformly mixing the fixed-aroma humectant with the dry beads obtained in the step 1), and air-drying to obtain a finished product. According to the invention, by optimizing the raw material components and the proportion of the dry beads and by utilizing the proper compounding of the konjac powder, the white carbon black and the chitin, the dry beads are endowed with good surface porous structure characteristics and have the advantages of high strength, high toughness, fire resistance, high temperature resistance and excellent post-processing fusion property, so that the fragrance-attached dry beads have excellent stability and a slow-release effect.
The Chinese invention patent application (application publication No. CN111165874A, application publication date: 2020-05-19) discloses a solid aromatic bead with a core-shell structure and application thereof in a cigarette filter stick. The solid aromatic bead with the core-shell structure is prepared by taking millet or yellow rice as an inner core and externally wrapping natural product powder, plant powder and the like through a coating technology, namely the millet or yellow rice is taken as the core and the natural product powder or plant powder is taken as a shell. In order to enhance the fragrance of the solid aromatic bead with the core-shell structure, essence and spice for cigarettes can be added in the coating process. The invention also provides a method for applying the solid aromatic bead with the core-shell structure to a cigarette filter rod, which is to place the solid aromatic bead into an acetate fiber tow of the filter rod in the process of forming the filter rod, and after the filter rod is formed, the aromatic bead is positioned in the center of the filter rod and is wrapped by the tow. The invention greatly facilitates the molding of the solid aromatic bead, simplifies the preparation process of the solid aromatic bead, reduces the preparation difficulty of the solid aromatic bead, and can also reduce the cost of the solid aromatic bead.
However, the solid fragrant beads have the problems of complex preparation process, high cost, safety and the like. Therefore, the problem that the solid fragrant beads for cigarettes are needed to be solved is to develop and efficiently prepare safer solid fragrant beads for cigarettes by utilizing the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention discloses a flavor releasing bead for cigarettes and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method has the advantages of simple operation and low production cost, and the prepared cigarette flavor releasing beads can endow the cigarette smoke with natural flavor characteristics when being applied to cigarettes as a cigarette flavor compensation technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention discloses a flavor releasing bead for cigarettes, which comprises the following chemical raw materials in parts by mass:
natural perfume: 10-20 parts of a pellet core: 3-15 parts of an adhesive: 0.1-0.5 part; and the natural spice is particulate matters with the particle size of less than 150 meshes, which are obtained by processing through a low-temperature ultrafine grinder.
Further, the low temperature ultrafine grinder is of a vibration type and has a low temperature range: -20 ℃ to 0 ℃.
Further, the natural spice is one or two or more of lignum Aquilariae Resinatum, lignum Santali albi, Thuja, flos Jasmini sambac, flos Osmanthi Fragrantis, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, fructus Foeniculi or cortex Cinnamomi Japonici.
Further, the pellet core is a starch pellet core and/or a sucrose pellet core with the particle size of 0.5-2.4 mm sold in the market.
Further, the adhesive is polyvinylpyrrolidone and/or sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.
Furthermore, the grain diameter of the flavor releasing bead for the cigarette is 2.4-5.0 mm.
Meanwhile, the invention also discloses a preparation method of the cigarette flavor releasing bead, which comprises the step of preparing particles with the particle size of 2.4-5.0 mm from all the chemical raw materials through a one-step granulation process.
Further, the granulating process comprises the steps of adopting a multifunctional granulator with a cutting and spraying function; the process control of the multifunctional granulator comprises the following steps:
start multi-functional granulator, open atomizing device, set up atomizing power: 0.2-0.4 bar, when the spraying device operates for at least 3min, starting the powder spraying device, and setting the powder spraying power: 0.2 ~ 0.4bar, set up carousel power: 12-18 hz, fan power: 10-25 hz, flow power: 20-40 hz, when the material reaches the required particle size: and when the thickness is 2.4-5.0 mm, stopping the powder spraying device and the atomizing device, setting the hot air temperature to be 60-80 ℃, and drying.

(3) weighing 300g of starch pellet cores with the particle size of 2.0-2.4 mm, and putting the starch pellet cores into a multifunctional granulator;

Sensory comparative smoking was performed on the applied samples, with 7 members of the sensory smoking panel, and the standard for smoking was as described in GB5606.4-2005 "part 4 of cigarettes: sensory technical requirements, the average of the results of the smoke panel test.

As can be seen from the above examples and Table 1, the flavor releasing beads for cigarettes prepared by the preparation method of the invention can be applied to cigarettes as a cigarette flavor compensation technology, so as to further endow the cigarette smoke with natural flavor and the like, and the releasing process of the flavor releasing beads for cigarettes is natural and uniform.

1. The flavor releasing bead for the cigarettes is characterized by comprising the following chemical raw materials in parts by mass:
natural perfume: 10-20 parts of a pellet core: 3-15 parts of an adhesive: 0.1-0.5 part;
and the natural spice is particulate matters with the particle size of less than 150 meshes, which are obtained by processing through a low-temperature ultrafine grinder.
2. The flavor releasing bead for cigarette of claim 1, wherein the cryogenic ultrafine pulverizer is of a vibratory type and is of a cryogenic temperature: -20 ℃ to 0 ℃.
3. The flavor releasing bead for cigarette as claimed in claim 1, wherein the natural flavor is one or two or more of agarwood, sandalwood, thuja, jasmine, osmanthus fragrans, dried orange peel, fennel or cassia bark.
4. The flavor release bead for the cigarette as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pellet core is a starch pellet core and/or a sucrose pellet core with a commercially available particle size of 0.5-2.4 mm.
5. The flavor releasing bead for cigarette as claimed in claim 1, wherein the binder is polyvinylpyrrolidone and/or sodium carboxymethylcellulose.

The flavor release bead for the cigarette as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the flavor release bead for the cigarette is a spherical ball with a particle size of 2.4-5.0 mm, which is formed by an inner pellet core and a natural flavor coating the pellet core, and an adhesive is arranged between the pellet core and the natural flavor.
7. The preparation method of the flavor releasing beads for the cigarettes as claimed in claim 1, characterized by comprising the step of subjecting the chemical raw materials to a one-step granulation process to obtain particles with the particle size of 2.4-5.0 mm.

The preparation method of the flavor releasing beads for the cigarettes according to claim 7, wherein the granulating process comprises adopting a multifunctional granulator with a cutting and spraying function; the process control of the multifunctional granulator comprises the following steps: start multi-functional granulator, open atomizing device, set up atomizing power: 0.2-0.4 bar, when the spraying device operates for at least 3min, starting the powder spraying device, and setting the powder spraying power: 0.2 ~ 0.4bar, set up carousel power: 12-18 hz, fan power: 10-25 hz, flow power: 20-40 hz, when the material reaches the required particle size: and when the thickness is 2.4-5.0 mm, stopping the powder spraying device and the atomizing device, setting the hot air temperature to be 60-80 ℃, and drying.
