Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of tobacco materials, in particular to an essence carrier, a tobacco filter stick and a smoke bomb and a smoke body for natural plant tobacco.
Background
The health hazard of smoking has attracted increasing attention. The cigarette has harmful components to human body mainly from cigarette tar, so a great trend of the development of the Chinese tobacco industry is harm and tar reduction, and the main task is harm and tar reduction, thereby the extensive tobacco researchers pay diligent efforts and hard labor and creation, and obtain remarkable achievement and effect.
However, when the cigarette adopts a new technology of reducing harm and tar, the smoking quality of the obtained cigarette has the problems of insufficient and rich fragrance, rough smoke and lack of sweet feeling.
In order to reduce the above negative effects of harm reduction and tar reduction on the smoking quality of cigarettes, the research and application of aroma enhancement and moisture retention technologies are very important. Tobacco researchers have conducted a great deal of research from a plurality of angles such as seeds, planting, tobacco shreds, spices and materials, and certain beneficial effects are achieved.
Aiming at the aspect of the particle material of the cigarette filter stick additive, at present, three modes are mainly adopted to achieve the effects of increasing aroma and keeping moisture:
1) the method comprises the following steps of loading essence into particles of materials with strong adsorbability and high specific surface area by using the materials with strong adsorbability as carriers through an atomization spraying method, wherein the materials are inorganic materials such as activated carbon particles, molecular sieve microspheres, silica gel microspheres and diatomite particles;
2) crushing natural porous material to form granular carrier, and loading essence or perfume on the surface of the carrier, wherein the natural porous material is wood dust particle, corn cob particle, walnut shell particle, etc.;
3) the plant powder and the aromatic plant powder form a carrier through the processes of granulating, pore-forming and the like, and the carrier is added into the cigarette filter stick after being loaded with essence or spice, wherein the materials comprise corn porous starch, plant fiber powder, kudzu root powder, Chinese date powder, licorice powder, rose pollen and the like.
Although the three modes have certain beneficial effects on the aspects of cigarette aroma enhancement and moisture retention, certain defects still exist, and the three modes are as follows:
the first mode has large fragrance carrying capacity, but the bonding force between essence or spice and a carrier is weak, intermolecular force such as hydrogen bonds is lacked, essence liquid in particles is easy to diffuse to tows, and particularly when the first mode is used for heating non-combustible cigarettes, the oil leakage of smoke body particles with large fragrance carrying capacity is serious;
in the second mode, the specific surface area of the material is not large enough, the fragrance carrying capacity of the particles is common, and the functions of increasing fragrance and keeping moisture are not obvious;
the raw material pore structure of the third mode is not abundant, the specific surface area of the particles is relatively small, the loaded essence is mainly attached to the surfaces of the raw material particles and is difficult to permeate into the raw material particles, and the addition amount of the particle essence is small. If the addition amount of essence is increased aiming at plant powder and aromatic plant powder, the binding power of the adhesive between particles is weakened due to the coating of essence liquid attached between the particles, the anti-extrusion strength of the flavoring particles is reduced, powder is easy to generate, after a smoke tube is filled, the powder is easy to leak through transportation and vibration, and the normal sale quality of cigarettes is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The application provides an essence carrier, a cigarette filter stick and a cigarette bullet smoke body for natural plant cigarettes, which are used for solving the technical problems that the specific surface area of the existing natural porous material is small, the fragrance carrying amount is low, essence substances are difficult to permeate into holes inside particles, and the bonding reliability of carrier particles is reduced, so that the particles are easy to become powder and fall off in the prior art.
The application provides an essence carrier for natural plant cigarettes, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20-60% of rape stem core powder, 15-30% of sunflower stem core powder, 10-20% of jerusalem artichoke stem core powder, 10-20% of cactus leaf meat powder and 5-10% of konjac flour;
the rape stem core powder, the sunflower stem core powder and the jerusalem artichoke stem core powder are absorption materials of essence solution;
cactus mesophyll powder and konjaku flour are adhesive of plant stem core powder;
weighing each plant powder according to the mass percent, uniformly mixing, performing wet granulation and low-temperature drying to obtain dry particles, and performing a microwave opening process on the dry particles to obtain the natural plant essence carrier for cigarettes;
the microwave hole opening process is operated as follows: adopting tunnel type microwave expansion equipment, wherein the steam pressure is 0.10-0.20 bar; and (3) expanding the dry particles under the microwave power of 45-55 kw/h, opening the pore channels sealed by the adhesive to obtain carrier particles, and reducing the moisture of the obtained carrier particles to below 6%.
The three plant materials of the rape stem core powder, the sunflower stem core powder and the jerusalem artichoke stem core powder selected by the invention are derived from plant stem pith, have appearance and texture similar to sponge, are loose and porous, have a large amount of dissolving pools, can absorb solution equivalent to the weight of the materials, and have dry and comfortable surfaces without adhesion of the solution.
The plant materials of the rape stem core powder, the sunflower stem core powder and the jerusalem artichoke stem core powder have difference in the absorption capacity of various components in the essence due to the difference in pore size distribution, wherein the pore size distribution of the rape stem core powder is mainly small, so that the rape stem core powder is beneficial to absorbing small molecular organic solvents such as ethanol, propylene glycol and the like; the pore size distribution of the sunflower stem core powder is mainly mesopores, which is beneficial to loading various middle molecular weight spices, such as ethyl phenylacetate, damascone, dihydroactinidiolide and the like; the pore size distribution of the jerusalem artichoke stem core powder is mainly macroporous, which is beneficial to loading various natural extract solutions, such as tobacco extract, plum extract and the like.
The essence loaded by the aroma-loaded particles contains a large amount of small molecular solvents, a proper amount of middle molecular weight spices and a small amount of natural extract solution, and the three plant materials are prepared according to the formula, so that various components in the essence can be uniformly distributed in the aroma-loaded particles.
