Of course, screw connection may be adopted between the supporting structure 442 and the alignment block 30, so as to ensure that the supporting structure 442 and the alignment block 30 can be connected together to light the structure 20 to be lighted, and also the supporting structure 442 and the alignment block 30 can be detached for separate operation.
As shown in fig. 8, the power supply device 42 includes a case 421, a display screen 422, an adjustment button 423, and a voltage output port 424, the display screen 422 being disposed on a surface of the case 421, the display screen 422 being for displaying voltage and current; the adjusting button 423 is provided on the case 421; the voltage output port 424 is connected to the transmission line 43. The adjusting button 423 can adjust the lighting environment of the structure to be lighted 20, and can adjust the limit current of the structure to be lighted 20, and adjust the test voltage and the test current. Meanwhile, the display screen can display the test voltage, the test current and the limit current.
As shown in fig. 8, the plurality of adjustment buttons 423 are provided, the plurality of adjustment buttons 423 are disposed on the box 421 at intervals, and at least two adjustment buttons 423 of the plurality of adjustment buttons 423 have different functions.
Specifically, the number of the voltage output ports 424 and the transmission lines 43 is plural, and the plurality of the voltage output ports 424 are connected to the plurality of the transmission lines 43.
Specifically, the adjustment buttons 423 include a switch button 4231, an R voltage adjustment button 4232, a G voltage adjustment button 4233, a B voltage adjustment button 4234, a current limit button 4235, and an rgb screen conversion button 4236. The switch button 4231 can turn on the power supply 42 to energize the power supply 42. The current limiting button 4235 is capable of adjusting the maximum current achieved during testing to avoid excessive current from burning the structure 20 to be lit. Since different structures 20 to be lit can withstand different currents, the limiting current during testing needs to be adjusted by adjusting the current limiting button 4235. The RGB screen conversion button 4236 can adjust the power supply device 42 to the R screen, G screen, B screen, and white screen to realize the lighting of the structure 20 in different lighting environments. The R voltage adjusting knob 4232 adjusts the voltage condition in the case of R picture. And the G voltage adjusting knob 4233 adjusts the voltage condition in the case of the G picture; the B voltage adjusting knob 4234 adjusts the voltage condition in the case of B picture.
The R-frame is a red frame displayed on the structure to be lit 20. And the G frame refers to the structure to be lit 20 being displayed as a green frame, and the B frame refers to the structure to be lit 20 being displayed as a blue frame. And white pictures refer to white pictures displayed on the structure 20 to be lit.
As shown in fig. 8, the voltage output ports 424 include an R voltage output port 4241, a G voltage output port 4242, a B voltage output port 4243, and a negative electrode port 4244. By setting the voltage output ports 424 differently, the magnitude of the voltage under different test environments can be controlled.
As shown in fig. 12, the lighting device applies a lighting method including: step S1201: providing a carrier 10 and placing the carrier 10 on a platform; step S1202: providing a structure to be lightened 20, and placing the structure to be lightened 20 on a carrier 10; step S1203: providing an alignment pressing block 30, and adjusting the position of the alignment pressing block 30 to limit the alignment pressing block 30 to the structure 20 to be lightened; step S1204: providing a lighting device 40, and connecting the lighting device 40 with the structure 20 to be lighted; step S1205: the current limiting button 4235 of the lighting device 40 is adjusted to the maximum allowable current and lights the structure to be lighted 20, and the lighting condition of the structure to be lighted 20 is obtained. The lighting method in the present embodiment is to light the structure to be lit with the lighting device described above, but the case of observing the bad spot of the structure to be lit 20 by the human eye may be adopted when the lighting condition of the structure to be lit 20 is obtained. The lighting device 40 is used for lighting, the structure 20 to be lit does not need to be manually fixed, the bad spot condition can be directly observed by human eyes, and the detection efficiency is also increased.
Specifically, in the process of providing the lighting device 40 and connecting the lighting device 40 with the structure 20 to be lit, it further includes: the position of the lighting device 40 is adjusted so that the lighting device 40 is connected to the two test structures 21 of the structure 20 to be lit. The lighting device 40 may be connected to one of the test structures 21 to light a portion of the LED chips and detect the portion of the LED chips. In this case, the method is generally applied to secondary detection after repairing the dead pixel, and energy can be saved. Of course, the lighting device 40 may also light all the LED chips to realize detection of all the LED chips.
In the specific embodiment shown in fig. 13, when the current limiting button 4235 of the lighting device 40 is adjusted to the maximum allowable current and the structure 20 to be lit is lit, the process of obtaining the lighting condition of the structure 20 to be lit further includes: step S1301: the RGB picture conversion button 4236 on the adjusting lighting device 40 is switched to the R picture mode and causes the structure to be lit 20 to display the R picture, and obtains the lighting condition of the structure to be lit 20; step S1302: adjusting the RGB picture conversion button 4236 to switch to the G picture mode and causing the structure to be lighted 20 to display a G picture, obtaining the lighting condition of the structure to be lighted 20; step S1303: adjusting the RGB picture conversion button 4236 to switch to the B picture mode and causing the structure to be lighted 20 to display the B picture, and obtaining the lighting condition of the structure to be lighted 20; step S1304: adjusting the RGB screen conversion button 4236 switches to the white screen mode and causes the structure to be lit 20 to display a white screen, and obtains the lighting condition of the structure to be lit 20. This enables a person to observe the lighting condition of the structure to be lit 20 in the environments of the G-picture, the R-picture, the B-picture, and the white picture to record the coordinates of the dead pixels or the areas of the dead pixels of the structure to be lit 20.
It should be noted that, the coordinates of the dead pixel obtained by such artificial observation and detection are not accurate.
In the specific embodiment shown in fig. 9, the lighting device described above applies a lighting method, and the lighting method includes: step S901: providing a lighting device, and mounting the lighting device on the AOI device 50; step S902: the current limiting button 4235 of the lighting device is adjusted to the maximum allowable current and lights the structure to be lighted 20, and the aoi device 50 acquires the lighting condition of the structure to be lighted 20 and records the defect coordinates. The lighting method in the present embodiment is a case in which the lighting device described above is used to light the structure to be lit, and is a dead spot acquired by the AOI device 50. By adopting the lighting device 40 to light, the structure 20 to be lit can be directly obtained by the AOI equipment 50 without manually fixing the structure, so that the detection efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the coordinates of the dead pixels obtained by the AOI equipment 50 are very accurate. After the AOI device 50 acquires the dead pixel coordinates, the dead pixel coordinates are input into the maintenance device to accurately maintain the structure 20 to be lighted, thereby reducing the secondary repair rate.
In the specific embodiment shown in fig. 10, in providing the lighting device, the process of installing the lighting device on the AOI device 50 further includes: step S1001: placing the carrier 10 of the lighting device on the AOI device 50; step S1002: providing a structure to be lightened 20, and placing the structure to be lightened 20 on a carrier 10; step S1003: adjusting the position of an alignment pressing block 30 of the lighting device to limit the structure 20 to be lighted by the alignment pressing block 30; step S1004: a voltage input pressure head 44 of the lighting device is arranged on the alignment pressure block 30 and is contacted with the test structure 21 of the structure 20 to be lighted; step S1005: a transmission line 43 of the lighting device 40 is connected with a voltage input ram 44 and a power supply device 42 of the lighting device 40, respectively; step S1006: the power supply 42 is turned on. The arrangement is such that the structure 20 to be lit can be fixed to the AOI device 50, so that the position of the structure 20 to be lit relative to the AOI device 50 is fixed, and the coordinates of the structure 20 to be lit, obtained by the AOI device 50, are unchanged each time the structure 20 to be lit is tested, so that the AOI device 50 can obtain accurate dead pixel coordinates when the structure 20 to be lit, so that the structure can be maintained accurately.
In the specific embodiment shown in fig. 11, in the process of adjusting the current limiting button 4235 of the lighting device to the maximum allowable current and lighting the structure to be lit 20, the aoi device 50 obtains the lighting condition of the structure to be lit 20 and records the defect coordinates, further includes: step S1101: the RGB picture conversion button 4236 of the power supply device 42 of the adjusting lighting device 40 is switched to the R picture mode and causes the structure to be lit 20 to display the R picture, and the AOI device 50 grabs coordinates of the region where the colors of the R picture are inconsistent and the region where the colors of the AOI device flash; step S1102: the R voltage adjusting knob 4232 of the adjusting power supply device 42 controls the brightness of the structure 20 to be lighted, and the AOI device 50 grasps the coordinates of the LEDs and bad LEDs with abnormal dark brightness in the R picture; step S1103: adjusting the RGB picture conversion button 4236 of the power supply device 42 to switch to the G picture mode and causing the structure to be lit 20 to display the G picture, the AOI device 50 grabs coordinates of the area where the colors of the G picture are inconsistent and the blinking area; step S1104: the G voltage adjusting knob 4233 of the adjusting power supply device 42 controls the brightness of the structure 20 to be lighted, and the AOI device 50 grabs the coordinates of the LEDs and bad LEDs with abnormal dark brightness in the G picture; step S1105: adjusting the RGB picture conversion button 4236 of the power supply device 42 to switch to the B-picture mode and causing the structure to be lit 20 to display the B-picture, the AOI device 50 grabs coordinates of the area where the colors of the B-picture are inconsistent and the blinking area; step S1106: the B voltage adjusting knob 4234 of the adjusting power supply device 42 controls the brightness of the structure 20 to be lighted, and the AOI device 50 grabs the coordinates of the LEDs and bad LEDs with abnormal dark brightness in the B picture; step S1107: the RGB screen conversion button 4236 of the power supply device 42 is adjusted to switch to the white screen mode and causes the structure to be lit 20 to display a white screen, and the AOI device 50 grabs coordinates of flicker, black streaks, and abnormal area display generated when switching to the white screen. The coordinates of the areas with inconsistent colors and the areas with flickering in the environments of the R picture, the G picture, the B picture and the white picture are set, and the coordinates of the LED with abnormal dark brightness and the coordinates of the bad LED are obtained by adjusting the voltage in different environments, so that the AOI equipment 50 is adopted to obtain the more accurate coordinates of the bad point, and the testing efficiency is greatly increased.
In the specific embodiment shown in fig. 14, the lighting device applies a lighting method, and the lighting method includes: step S1401: providing a carrier 10 and placing the carrier 10 on a platform; step S1402: providing a structure 20 to be lightened, placing the structure 20 to be lightened on a carrier 10, and adjusting the position of a lighting device 40 to connect the lighting device 40 with one test structure 21 of the structure 20 to be lightened; step S1403: providing an alignment pressing block 30, and adjusting the position of the alignment pressing block 30 to limit the alignment pressing block 30 to the structure 20 to be lightened; step S1404: providing a lighting device 40, and connecting the lighting device 40 with the structure 20 to be lighted; step S1405: the current limiting button 4235 of the lighting device 40 is adjusted to the maximum allowable current and lights the structure to be lighted 20, and the lighting condition of the structure to be lighted 20 is obtained. The lighting method in the present embodiment is to light the structure to be lit with the lighting device described above, but the case of observing the bad spot of the structure to be lit 20 by the human eye may be adopted when the lighting condition of the structure to be lit 20 is obtained. In addition, the lighting method in the present embodiment lights only the display area corresponding to one test structure 21 on the structure to be lit, and the display area corresponding to the other test structure 21 is not displayed. In the present embodiment, the lighting device 40 may be used alone.
It is to be understood that the invention is not limited in its application to the examples described above, but is capable of modification and variation in light of the above teachings by those skilled in the art, and that all such modifications and variations are intended to be included within the scope of the appended claims.

Claims (14)

1. A lighting device, characterized in that it is detachably mounted on a placement platform, said lighting device being for lighting a structure (20) to be lit, said lighting device comprising:
the carrier (10), the said carrier (10) is connected with said placement platform removably, the said structure (20) to be lightened is set up on said carrier (10) removably;
the alignment pressing block (30), the alignment pressing block (30) is arranged on one side of the carrier (10) and is respectively abutted against the side walls of the carrier (10) and the structure (20) to be lightened, and the carrier (10) and the alignment pressing block (30) are respectively used for limiting the structure (20) to be lightened; and
a lighting device (40), the lighting device (40) being electrically connected with the structure (20) to be lit to light the structure (20) to be lit;
at least a part of the lighting device (40) is detachably connected with the alignment pressing block (30), the lighting device (40) is provided with a needle (41), one side, close to the alignment pressing block (30), of the structure (20) to be lighted is provided with a test structure (21), and the needle (41) is contacted with the test structure (21) to light the structure (20) to be lighted.
2. The lighting device according to claim 1, wherein a side wall of the structure to be lighted (20) abutting against the alignment pressing block (30) is a first side wall, the carrier (10) has a limit structure (11), and the limit structure (11) abuts against a side wall of the structure to be lighted (20) except the first side wall.
3. The lighting device according to claim 1, wherein the surface of the alignment pressing block (30) connected with the placement platform is provided with a limit groove (31), the limit groove (31) is communicated with the side wall of the alignment pressing block (30), and the structure (20) to be lighted stretches into the limit groove (31) to be abutted with the groove wall of the limit groove (31).

A lighting device as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the alignment block (30) has a mounting notch (32), the mounting notch (32) being located in the limit slot (31), at least a portion of the structure (20) to be lit being exposed at the mounting notch (32), at least a portion of the lighting device (40) being mounted at the mounting notch (32) to be electrically connected with the structure (20) to be lit.
5. The lighting device according to claim 4, wherein said lighting device (40) comprises:
a power supply device (42);
a transmission line (43), wherein one end of the transmission line (43) is connected with the power supply device (42);
the other end of the transmission line (43) is connected with the voltage input pressure head (44), and the voltage input pressure head (44) is installed at the installation notch (32) and is electrically connected with the structure (20) to be lightened.
6. The lighting device according to claim 5, wherein the voltage input ram (44) and the mounting notch (32) are provided in correspondence.
7. The lighting device according to claim 5, wherein said voltage input ram (44) comprises:
the transmission main body (441) is connected with the transmission line (43), and the transmission main body (441) stretches into the mounting notch (32) to be electrically connected with the structure (20) to be lightened;
-a support structure (442), the support structure (442) extending from opposite sides of the transfer body (441), the support structure (442) being detachably connected with the alignment press (30).
8. The lighting device according to claim 5, wherein said power supply means (42) comprises:
a case (421);
the display screen (422) is arranged on the surface of the box body (421), and the display screen (422) is used for displaying voltage and current;
an adjusting button (423), wherein the adjusting button (423) is arranged on the box body (421);
-a voltage output port (424), said voltage output port (424) being connected to said transmission line (43).
9. A lighting method, wherein the lighting device of any one of claims 1 to 8 applies the lighting method, the lighting method comprising:
providing a carrier (10) and placing the carrier (10) on a platform;
providing a structure (20) to be lit and placing the structure (20) to be lit on the carrier (10);
providing an alignment pressing block (30), and adjusting the position of the alignment pressing block (30) to enable the alignment pressing block (30) to limit the structure (20) to be lightened;
-providing a lighting device (40), connecting the lighting device (40) with the structure (20) to be lit;
and adjusting a current limiting button (4235) of the lighting device (40) to the maximum allowable current and lighting the structure (20) to be lighted, so as to obtain the lighting condition of the structure (20) to be lighted.
10. A lighting method according to claim 9, characterized in that in said providing a lighting device (40), said connecting the lighting device (40) to the structure (20) to be lit further comprises:
and adjusting the position of the lighting device (40) so that the lighting device (40) is connected with at least one test structure (21) of the structure (20) to be lighted.
11. The lighting method according to claim 9, wherein, in the process of adjusting the current limiting button (4235) of the lighting device (40) to the maximum allowable current and lighting the structure (20) to be lit, the process of obtaining the lighting condition of the structure (20) to be lit further comprises:
adjusting an RGB picture conversion button (4236) on the lighting device (40) to switch to an R picture mode, enabling the structure (20) to be lighted to display an R picture, and obtaining the lighting condition of the structure (20) to be lighted;
adjusting the RGB picture conversion button (4236) to switch to a G picture mode and enabling the structure to be lightened (20) to display a G picture, and obtaining the lightening condition of the structure to be lightened (20);
adjusting the RGB picture conversion button (4236) to switch to a B picture mode and enabling the structure to be lightened (20) to display a B picture, and obtaining the lightening condition of the structure to be lightened (20);
and adjusting the RGB picture conversion button (4236) to switch to a white picture mode, enabling the structure (20) to be lightened to display a white picture, and obtaining the lightening condition of the structure (20) to be lightened.
12. A lighting method, wherein the lighting device of any one of claims 1 to 8 applies the lighting method, the lighting method comprising:
providing the lighting device, and mounting the lighting device on an AOI device (50);
adjusting a current limiting button (4235) of the lighting device to a maximum allowable current and lighting the structure (20) to be lighted, and acquiring the lighting condition of the structure (20) to be lighted by the AOI equipment (50) and recording defect coordinates.
13. A lighting method as defined in claim 12, wherein during said providing said lighting device, mounting said lighting device on an AOI device (50) further comprises:
-placing a carrier (10) of the lighting device on the AOI device (50);
providing a structure (20) to be lit and placing the structure (20) to be lit on the carrier (10);
adjusting the position of an alignment pressing block (30) of the lighting device to enable the alignment pressing block (30) to limit the structure (20) to be lighted;
installing a voltage input pressure head (44) of the lighting device on the alignment pressing block (30) and contacting with a test structure (21) of the structure (20) to be lighted;
connecting a transmission line (43) of the lighting device (40) with the voltage input pressure head (44) and a power supply device (42) of the lighting device (40), respectively;
opening a switch of the power supply device (42).
14. The lighting method according to claim 12, wherein, in the process of adjusting the current limiting button (4235) of the lighting device to a maximum allowable current and lighting the structure (20) to be lit, the AOI device (50) acquires the lighting condition of the structure (20) to be lit and records the defect coordinates, further comprises:
an RGB picture conversion button (4236) of a power supply device (42) of the lighting device (40) is adjusted to be switched to an R picture mode, the structure (20) to be lighted is enabled to display an R picture, and the AOI equipment (50) captures coordinates of a region with inconsistent colors and a flickering region of the R picture;
an R voltage adjusting button (4232) of the power supply device (42) is adjusted to control the brightness of the structure (20) to be lightened, and the AOI equipment (50) grabs the coordinates of the LED with abnormal dark brightness and the bad LED in the R picture;
adjusting an RGB picture conversion button (4236) of the power supply device (42) to switch to a G picture mode and enabling the structure (20) to be lightened to display a G picture, wherein the AOI equipment (50) captures coordinates of a region with inconsistent colors and a flickering region of the G picture;
a G voltage adjusting button (4233) of the power supply device (42) is adjusted to control the brightness of the structure (20) to be lightened, and the AOI equipment (50) grabs the coordinates of the LED with abnormal dark brightness and the bad LED in the G picture;
adjusting an RGB picture conversion button (4236) of the power supply device (42) to switch to a B picture mode and enabling the structure (20) to be lightened to display a B picture, wherein the AOI equipment (50) captures coordinates of a region with inconsistent colors and a flickering region of the B picture;
a B voltage adjusting button (4234) of the power supply device (42) is adjusted to control the brightness of the structure (20) to be lightened, and the AOI equipment (50) grabs the coordinates of the LED with abnormal dark brightness and the bad LED in the B picture;
and adjusting an RGB picture conversion button (4236) of the power supply device (42) to switch to a white picture mode and enabling the structure (20) to be lightened to display a white picture, wherein the AOI equipment (50) captures coordinates of flicker, black stripes and abnormal area display generated when the structure is switched to the white picture.
