As described in the background section, the structure to be lit in the prior art has the problems of low detection efficiency and inaccurate inspection position.
Based on this, the present application intends to provide a solution to the above technical problem, the details of which will be explained in the following embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the lighting device is detachably mounted on the placing platform, the lighting device is used for lighting the structure to be lit 20, the lighting device includes a carrier 10, an alignment compact 30 and a lighting device 40, the carrier 10 is detachably connected with the placing platform, and the structure to be lit 20 is detachably disposed on the carrier 10; the alignment pressing block 30 is arranged on one side of the carrier 10 and is respectively abutted against the side walls of the carrier 10 and the structure to be lightened 20, and the carrier 10 and the alignment pressing block 30 are respectively limited to the structure to be lightened 20; the lighting device 40 is electrically connected with the structure to be lit 20 to light the structure to be lit 20.
The carrier 10 can be detachably connected with the placing platform, so that the carrier 10 can be fixed on the placing platform, thereby ensuring that the position of the carrier 10 on the placing platform is not changed, and ensuring the working stability of the carrier 10. The cooperation of counterpoint briquetting 30 and carrier 10 can be spacing on carrier 10 waiting to light structure 20 for carrier 10 and the position relatively fixed of waiting to light structure 20, and then make the position of waiting to light structure 20 on place the platform fixed, be convenient for record wait to light the coordinate of the last bad point of structure 20. The lighting device 40 is provided to light the structure to be lit 20 so as to detect the structure to be lit 20. The lighting device can fix the position of the structure to be lit 20 and can light the structure to be lit 20, so as to realize rapid detection of the structure to be lit 20.
It should be noted that the structure to be lit 20 includes an LED display lamp panel after the assembly and die bonding are completed.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the sidewall of the structure to be lit 20 abutting against the alignment compact 30 is a first sidewall, and the carrier 10 has a limiting structure 11, and the limiting structure 11 abuts against the sidewall of the structure to be lit 20 except the first sidewall. The alignment pressing block 30 is located on one side of the structure to be lit 20 and abuts against the structure to be lit 20. Have limit structure 11 on the carrier 10, limit structure 11 encloses into spacing region with counterpoint briquetting 30, first lateral wall and counterpoint briquetting 30 butt, and treat that remaining lateral wall of lighting structure 20 then with limit structure 11 butt, just so can be with treating that lighting structure 20 is spacing in spacing region, when treating lighting structure 20 and carrying out subsequent operation, treat that lighting structure 20 can not take place the dislocation yet, guaranteed to treat that lighting structure 20 is the accuracy of position when examining. In the present application, the structure 20 to be lit is fixed by a mechanical structure, and manual fixing of the structure 20 to be lit is not required. In addition, the structure 20 to be lit is fixed by adopting a mechanical structure, so that the structure 20 to be lit can be fixed on the AOI device 50, and the AOI device 50 acquires coordinates of a dead pixel of the structure 20 to be lit, thereby increasing the detection efficiency of the structure 20 to be lit.
It should be noted that the aoi (automated Optical inspection) apparatus is an automatic Optical inspection apparatus.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the position-limiting structures 11 are disposed at two adjacent sides of the carrier 10, so that the position-limiting structures 11 abut against two sides of the structure to be lighted 20, and the first side wall abuts against the alignment pressing block 30, so that one side of the structure to be lighted 20 does not abut against anything, and thus the lighting device can be adapted to the structures to be lighted 20 with different sizes, so as to increase the adaptability of the electric lamp device.
