The tobacco formula materials are composed of tobacco leaf raw materials of different grades, different parts and different production places, dozens of formula components are often contained in one formula, and a certain amount of small formula components (the small formula components refer to materials with the material quantity less than the blank quantity of a whole wrapped tobacco) exist in the formula components. (4) The tobacco blanks of the small formula raw materials are directly loosened without being subjected to moisture regain treatment, so that the moisture and the temperature of the small formula tobacco materials are basically consistent with those of other formula materials, the processing consistency of the small formula tobacco and other formula materials in the subsequent processing process is kept, and in addition, the moisture and the temperature of the small formula tobacco materials are not changed, so that the small formula tobacco blanks are favorably stored in a storage device for a long time, and the occurrence of mildew is avoided.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, the present invention provides a formula admixture system, which is connected to other admixture routes 1 in a branch manner and is connected to an unpacking system 11 of other admixture routes 1, the system comprising: the conveying device 2 connected with other blending lines 1, the tobacco blank processing unit and the storage blending unit are sequentially connected along the conveying direction, and in the embodiment, the tobacco blank processing unit and the storage blending unit are connected in a one-to-one mode. The horizontal loosening roller 42 and the vertical loosening roller 43 are both provided with loosening braks 45.
