Because a clamping plate 41 is fixed on each mounting seat 42, and when the material clamping device 4 clamps the cigarette filter sticks 5, the clamping plates 41 on two adjacent mounting seats 42 are respectively abutted against two ends of the cigarette filter sticks 5, so that two adjacent mounting seats 42 on the slide rail 43 form a group, the clamping plates 41 on two mounting seats 42 in the same group have the same length extending in the longitudinal direction, and when two mounting seats 42 in the same group are close to each other, the clamping plates 41 on the two mounting seats 42 can clamp the cigarette filter sticks 5.
