在电池技术领域,需要使用到耐溶剂性保护膜。而现有技术中的一种耐溶剂性保护膜,包括基材膜层和胶层。进行涂布制备时,是在基材层上涂胶,然后进入烘烤箱进行加热。然而,由于是通过输送基材膜层经过胶液池粘附胶液,而后形成胶层,胶层厚度控制差。而保护膜的整体厚度很薄,尺寸控制都是在相当微小的范围,精度要求高。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是:针对现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单,操控便捷,能够方便可靠对基材膜层经过胶液池粘附胶液后的厚度进行控制,并且通过二次厚度控制,保障胶层的厚度始终在设定范围之间,提高保护膜的整体质量的耐溶剂性保护膜制备设备。
要解决以上所述的技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案为:

4.根据权利要求3所述的耐溶剂性保护膜制备设备,其特征在于:所述的烘烤箱(8)下部设置电热丝组(17),电热丝组(17)下部设置风机,风机(16)和电热丝组(17)分别与控制部件连接。
5.根据权利要求3所述的耐溶剂性保护膜制备设备,其特征在于:所述的耐溶剂性保护膜制备设备的靠近上部位置的多道中部引导辊组(15)和靠近下部的多道中部引导辊组(15)交错布置。
6.根据权利要求2所述的耐溶剂性保护膜制备设备,其特征在于:经过涂布光辊(1)和涂布胶液辊(2)粘附胶液的基材膜层(18)垂直经过左厚度定型辊(4)和右厚度定型辊(5),左厚度定型辊(4)和右厚度定型辊(5)设置为分别通过电机控制启停及旋转的结构。
7.根据权利要求6所述的耐溶剂性保护膜制备设备,其特征在于:所述的左厚度定型辊(4)和右厚度定型辊(5)接触粘附胶液的基材膜层(18)后设置为能够经过各自清洁槽(14)及毛刷(15)的结构。
8.一种耐溶剂性保护膜制备设备,其特征在于:所述的锂离子电池用耐溶剂性保护膜包括基材膜层(18)、胶层、耐刮层。
9.根据权利要求7所述的耐溶剂性保护膜制备设备,其特征在于:胶层一侧粘连基材膜层(18),胶层另一侧粘连耐刮层。
