本发明公开了一种基于合成革加工的单面涂布机,包括:充满浆料的浆料池,浆料池内安装有第一压辊,第一压辊的圆周面有部分浸在浆料中,第一压辊的上方安装有与其紧压的第二压辊,合成革从第一压辊和第二压辊之间穿过,在第一压辊转动轴下方的浆料池开设有通孔,通孔内***金属管,通孔与金属管密封联接,金属管内部设置有高温油加热器,靠近金属管两端的位置吸热多,靠近金属管中心的位置吸热少;两根喷管,喷管上开设有喷孔,喷孔竖直朝上且对准第一压辊位于浆料池内的中心轴,喷管输入高温浆料,第一压辊中心轴获得的热量最多,本发明具有涂布厚薄均匀、节约能源的有益效果。

一种基于合成革加工的单面涂布机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种基于合成革加工的单面涂布机。
背景技术
合成革加工过程中,需要将基布送到涂布机涂布,单面涂布机设置有第一压辊、与第一压辊配套的第二压辊,第二压辊有部分浸没在浆料池内,基布从第一压辊和第二压辊之间穿过,第二压辊在滚动过程中,能将浆料粘到基布上,由于第一压辊、第二压辊的转动轴安装在支架上,容易通过该支架散热,第一压辊的两个端面有部分暴露在空中会散热,第二压辊的两个端面散热会传导到第一压辊的两个端面,安装第一压辊转动轴的浆料池两个端面也会散热,最后造成浆料池内的浆料温度不均匀,其结果是,靠近压辊两端的浆料温度要低于靠近传动辊中心的浆料温度,温度高的浆料浓度要低于温度低的浆料浓度,受此影响,加工成的合成革中心薄、两端厚,造成厚薄不均匀,影响到产品质量。
发明内容
本发明根据以上不足,提供了一种基于合成革加工的单面涂布机,通过温度补偿,使得浆料温度均匀,最终使得加工的合成革厚薄均匀。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种基于合成革加工的单面涂布机,包括:充满浆料的浆料池,浆料池内安装有第一压辊,第一压辊的圆周面有部分浸在浆料中,第一压辊的上方安装有与其紧压的第二压辊,合成革从第一压辊和第二压辊之间穿过,其特征是,在第一压辊转动轴下方的浆料池开设有通孔,通孔内***金属管,通孔与金属管密封联接,金属管内部设置有加热器,该加热器包括:
端面盖,设置有两个,能密封金属管的两端,二个端面盖分别设置有进口、出口;
隔栏圈,该隔栏圈由多根宽度相同和长度相同的周向条和至少两根轴向条组成,隔栏圈紧贴金属管内壁安装,其中,靠近金属管两端的周向条间隔距离大于靠近金属管中心的周向条间隔距离,间隔距离逐渐变化;
当高温油在油泵的输送下,经进口、出口、加热油罐循环时,靠近金属管两端的位置吸热多温度高,靠近金属管中心的位置吸热少温度低,温度逐渐变化。
两根喷管,喷管上开设有喷孔,喷孔竖直朝上且对准第一压辊位于浆料池内的中心轴,喷管输入高温浆料,第一压辊中心轴获得的热量最多,喷管上喷孔喷出的高温浆料能补偿第一压辊通过端面和中心轴散热。
本发明加热器产生的热量,通过浆料向上对流传导,能补偿各个辊转动轴引起的温度流失,最后能温度均匀地传递到合成革上。
需要说明的是,因为隔栏圈紧贴而非结合金属管时,传热效果是会打折的,不管隔栏圈用的是普通金属材料例如铝或铁还是绝热材料例如胶木或塑料例如四氟材料,都会影响金属管从高温油吸取热量,也就是说,隔栏圈阻挡了金属管吸热,隔栏圈的周向条排列越密,吸热越少,另外,没有被周向条遮挡的金属管位置上的热量会传导到被周向条遮挡的金属管位置,因此,从整体上讲,靠近金属管两端的位置温度高,靠近金属管中心的位置温度低,当周向条较窄时,温度逐渐变化且效果较好。
还需要说明的是,本发明针对散热部位,采用局部加热的工作方式来补偿温度流失,解决温度不均,其它部位的温度相对较低,其它部位与环境温度的温差会减少,散热也会减少,是非常节能的方法,如果通过搅拌设备来解决温度不均,其它部位的温度会相对较高,其它部位与环境温度的温差会增加,散热也会增加,能耗会明显增加,搅拌设备的清洗、维护也会较麻烦,并且,传动辊的转动轴始终存在散热,温差始终存在,尤其是冬天。本发明也可以与搅拌设备同时存在,但交替使用。
通过喷管上喷孔高温浆料进行温度补偿与加热器的加热并不矛盾,由于存在热量叠加效应,需要协调考虑。
还包括挡圈,设置有两只,分别安装在靠近所述进口、所述出口的位置。
为了省油,还包括空心桶,所述挡圈为空心桶的两个端面,空心桶内没有油。
所述金属管中心是指一段距离J,在该距离J内,所述的周向条间隔距离相同,空心桶可固定在金属管内,居中安装。
作为优选,所述两个端面盖中的一个可拆卸。
通孔与金属管密封联接可采用焊接,或密封圈固定联接,只要浆料池内的浆料***漏即可。
加热器可以拆卸,方便维修,或根据不同的季节、不同的产品更换不同的加热器。
喷管上开设有多个对称设置的喷孔,靠近所述第一压辊中心轴的喷孔间距密,远离第一压辊中心轴的喷孔间距疏,疏密逐渐过渡。
作为优选,所述两个最远喷孔之间的距离等于所述第一压辊的直径。
本发明基布和合成革通过传动辊与其它工序上的设备连接。
本发明具有结构简单、成本低、涂布厚薄均匀、节约能源的有益效果。

现结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明:
如图所示,一种基于合成革加工的单面涂布机,包括:充满浆料的浆料池3,浆料池3内安装有第一压辊23,第一压辊23的圆周面有部分浸在浆料中,第一压辊23的上方安装有与其紧压的第二压辊22,合成革1从第一压辊23和第二压辊22之间穿过,在第一压辊23转动轴下方的浆料池开设有通孔,通孔内***金属管100,通孔与金属管100密封联接,金属管100内部设置有加热器101,该加热器101包括:
端面盖102,设置有两个,能密封金属管100的两端,二个端面盖102分别设置有进口103、出口106;
隔栏圈105,该隔栏圈105由多根宽度相同和长度相同的周向条1051和至少两根轴向条1053组成,隔栏圈105紧贴金属管100内壁安装,其中,靠近金属管100两端的周向条1051间隔距离1052大于靠近金属管100中心的周向条1051间隔距离1052,间隔距离1052逐渐变化;
当高温油67在油泵的输送下,经进口103、出口106、加热油罐循环时,靠近金属管100两端的位置吸热多温度高,靠近金属管100中心的位置吸热少温度低,温度逐渐变化。
两根喷管31,喷管31上开设有喷孔32,喷孔32竖直朝上且对准第一压辊23位于浆料池3内的中心轴,喷管31输入高温浆料,第一压辊23中心轴获得的热量最多。
还包括挡圈104,设置有两只,分别安装在靠近进口103、出口106的位置。
还包括空心桶,挡圈104为空心桶的两个端面。
金属管100中心是指一段距离J,在该距离J内,周向条1051间隔距离相同。
两个端面盖102中的一个可拆卸。
喷管31上开设有多个对称设置的喷孔32,靠近第一压辊23中心轴的喷孔32间距密,远离第一压辊23中心轴的喷孔32间距疏,疏密逐渐过渡。
两个最远喷孔32之间的距离等于第一压辊23的直径。
第二压辊22可由电机带动,其它的辊可通过链条或齿轮跟随电机联动。
第一压辊23的转动轴可放置在有弹性的支撑架上。
浆料池3还能设置不同位置上的喷管31,例如在浆料池3的顶部,喷孔间距相同,热量均匀地注入到浆料池内,浆料池3的底部可以设置出口,利用喷管31和出口循环浆料,在浆料池3外对浆料加温,也可以在浆料池3的底部设置普通的加热器,均匀发热即可,与本发明方案不矛盾。
第三压辊21,设置有一对,用于对合成革施加压力。通过挤压消除气泡,从而防止气泡***出现气孔,影响美观。

Claims (7)

1.一种基于合成革加工的单面涂布机,包括:充满浆料的浆料池(3),浆料池(3)内安装有第一压辊(23),第一压辊(23)的圆周面有部分浸在浆料中,第一压辊(23)的上方安装有与其紧压的第二压辊(22),合成革(1)从第一压辊(23)和第二压辊(22)之间穿过,其特征是,在第一压辊(23)转动轴下方的浆料池(3)开设有通孔,通孔内***金属管(100),通孔与金属管(100)密封联接,金属管(100)内部设置有加热器(101),该加热器(101)包括:
端面盖(102),设置有两个,能密封金属管(100)的两端,二个端面盖(102)分别设置有进口(103)、出口(106);
隔栏圈(105),该隔栏圈(105)由多根宽度相同和长度相同的周向条(1051)和至少两根轴向条(1053)组成,隔栏圈(105)紧贴金属管(100)内壁安装,其中,靠近金属管(100)两端的周向条(1051)间隔距离(1052)大于靠近金属管(100)中心的周向条(1051)间隔距离(1052),间隔距离(1052)逐渐变化;
当高温油(67)在油泵的输送下,经进口(103)、出口(106)、加热油罐循环时,靠近金属管(100)两端的位置吸热多温度高,靠近金属管(100)中心的位置吸热少温度低,温度逐渐变化;
两根喷管(31),喷管(31)上开设有喷孔(32),喷孔(32)竖直朝上且对准第一压辊(23)位于浆料池(3)内的中心轴,喷管(31)输入高温浆料,第一压辊(23)中心轴获得的热量最多。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种基于合成革加工的单面涂布机,其特征是,还包括挡圈(104),设置有两只,分别安装在靠近所述进口(103)、所述出口(106)的位置。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种基于合成革加工的单面涂布机,其特征是,还包括空心桶,所述挡圈(104)为空心桶的两个端面。
4.如权利要求1或2或3所述的一种基于合成革加工的单面涂布机,其特征是,所述金属管(100)中心是指一段距离J,在该距离J内,所述的周向条(1051)间隔距离相同。
5.如权利要求1或2或3所述的一种基于合成革加工的单面涂布机,其特征是,所述两个端面盖(102)中的一个可拆卸。
6.如权利要求1或2或3所述的一种基于合成革加工的单面涂布机,其特征是,所述喷管(31)上开设有多个对称设置的喷孔(32),靠近所述第一压辊(23)中心轴的喷孔(32)间距密,远离第一压辊(23)中心轴的喷孔(32)间距疏,疏密逐渐过渡。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种基于合成革加工的单面涂布机,其特征是,所述两个最远喷孔(32)之间的距离等于所述第一压辊(23)的直径。
