Detailed Description
The following further describes the embodiments of the present invention in detail. The technology or products not shown in the examples are conventional products which are available in the prior art or can be obtained by purchasing; the structural features not described can be realized by adopting a conventional structure.
Example 1: as shown in fig. 1-6, the carton nesting forming method comprises forming an inner carton and an outer carton, nesting the formed outer carton into the inner carton, placing a paper pad and a plastic film, and conveying the carton subjected to film nesting to a pre-pressing packer for packing and packaging, and comprises the following steps:
(1) storing the inner and outer carton stacks: the AGV carrier automatically carries the paper box stacks loaded on the standard trays from the paper box storage area, the paper box stacks are respectively sent to corresponding inner and outer paper box stacking, feeding and centering devices according to a specified guide route, and a detection device of the paper box stacking, feeding and centering devices detects that materials exist and starts to operate through a control system;
(2) forming an inner carton: the mechanical gripper grabs an inner carton on a carton stacking, feeding and centering device for storing the inner carton, and the inner carton is molded through an inner carton folding mechanism;
(3) positioning an inner carton: horizontally moving the inner carton formed in the step (2) to a carton square correcting and positioning mechanism by a mechanical gripper, loosening the inner carton by the mechanical gripper, and clamping and positioning the inner carton by a transmission assembly of the carton square correcting and positioning mechanism;
(4) placing a guide device: the mechanical claw grabs the sleeve box guide device, the sleeve box guide device is placed into the inner carton positioned in the step (3), and after the placement is completed, the mechanical claw is separated from the sleeve box guide device;
(5) forming an outer carton: the mechanical claw grabs an outer paper box on a paper box stacking, feeding and centering device for storing the outer paper box, completes the forming of the outer paper box through moving and reversing, and enables a box cover of the outer paper box to be upward and a box opening to be downward;
(6) carton nesting and forming: sleeving the outer carton in the step (5) into the inner carton treated in the step (4), and putting the sleeve box guide device back to the original position after the sleeving is finished; the transmission assembly of the carton square correction positioning mechanism clamps the carton which is completely sleeved and conveyed to the next station;
(7) placing a paper pad: grabbing the paper pad by a paper pad picking mechanism of the paper pad placing device, placing the paper pad into the carton box which is sleeved and completed, and conveying the paper pad to the next station;
(8) folding the box cover: the upright box cover is folded into a horizontal state through a box flip folding device and conveyed to the next station;
(9) carton covering film: placing a plastic film through a carton bagging machine to enable the plastic film to cover the whole box body;
(10) conveying to a packaging machine: and conveying the carton subjected to film covering to a pre-pressing packer for boxing and packing.
A system for the method comprises an AGV carrier 1, an industrial robot 2, a carton stacking and feeding centering device 3, a mechanical gripper 4, a carton folding mechanism 5, a carton square correction positioning mechanism 6, a sleeve case guide device 7, a sleeve case detection device 8, a paper pad placing device 9, a carton flip folding device 10 and a carton bagging machine 11, wherein the carton stacking and feeding centering device 3, the carton folding mechanism 5, the mechanical gripper 4, the carton square correction positioning mechanism 6, the sleeve case guide device 7 and the sleeve case detection device 8 are arranged around the operation track of the industrial robot 2 by taking the industrial robot 2 as the center, the discharge end of the carton square correction positioning mechanism 6 is sequentially connected with a conveying device, the carton flip folding device 10 and the carton bagging machine 11, the paper pad placing device 9 stretches across the upper part of the conveying device, the mechanical gripper 4 is connected with the industrial robot 2 through bolts, the sleeve box guiding device is placed above the sleeve box detection device 8.
The AGV carriage 1 is a transport vehicle with forks, which has an automatic guide device such as an electromagnetic or optical device, can travel along a predetermined guide path, has safety protection and various transfer functions, and has a telescopic function and a lifting and stacking function. Two groups of paper box stacking, feeding and centering devices 3 are arranged and used for respectively storing the inner paper boxes and the outer paper boxes.
The carton stacking, feeding and centering device 3 comprises a device rack 3-1, a lifting transmission system 3-2 and a centering device 3-3, wherein the lifting transmission system 3-2 and the centering device 3-3 are arranged on the device rack 3-1, the lifting transmission system 3-2 is arranged inside two sides of the device rack 3-1, and the centering device 3-3 is arranged at the top of the device rack 3-1.
When the carton stacking, feeding and centering device 3 operates, every time a carton is grabbed by the mechanical gripper, the carton stacking, feeding and centering device 3 for storing the inner carton and the outer carton can lift the height of the carton, the carton can be shaped once, the next time the mechanical gripper is convenient to grab the carton, the working efficiency is improved, and the time is saved.
The mechanical paw 4 is also provided with a suction box mechanism 4-1 and a folding mechanism 4-2, the suction box mechanism 4-1 and the folding mechanism 4-2 are connected with the mechanical paw 4 through hinged supports, the suction box mechanism 4-1 is hinged with the folding mechanism 4-2, and the folding mechanism 4-2 can be turned over downwards, so that the suction box mechanism 4-1 and the folding mechanism 4-2 form an angle of 90 degrees. The suction box mechanism 4-1 is provided with a negative pressure adsorption device.
The paper box folding mechanism 5 comprises a folding cover plate 5-1, a driving device 5-2 and a cover supporting mechanism 5-3, wherein the folding cover plate 5-1 is arranged on each side of the paper box folding mechanism 5, the cover supporting mechanism 5-3 is arranged in the paper box folding mechanism 5, and the independent driving device 5-2 is arranged on each of the folding cover plate 5-1 and the cover supporting mechanism 5-3.
The carton square correction positioning mechanism 6 comprises transmission assemblies 6-1, a movable baffle 6-2 and a driving connecting rod assembly 6-4 of a driving device 6-3, wherein the transmission assemblies 6-1 are connected through a rack, a conveying surface is connected with the two transmission assemblies 6-1, the movable baffle 6-2, the driving device 6-3 and the driving connecting rod assembly 6-4 are respectively arranged at the bottom of the conveying surface, the driving device 6-3 is hinged with the driving connecting rod assembly 6-4, and the driving connecting rod assembly 6-4 is connected with the transmission assemblies 6-1.
The carton square correcting and positioning mechanism 6 is used for clamping and positioning the inner and outer cartons. When the carton conveying device is in operation, the movable baffle 6-2 is lifted to be higher than the conveying surface of a carton, the transmission assemblies 6-1 are in contact with two sides of the carton, the distance between the transmission assemblies can be adjusted, and the connecting rod assemblies 6-4 are driven by the driving device 6-3 to realize relative or opposite movement. When the formed carton is placed in the carton square correction positioning mechanism 6, the transmission assembly 6-1 can realize relative operation under the action of the driving connecting rod assembly 6-4, clamp the carton, and clamp and position the inner carton and the outer carton.
The pouring jacket guiding device 7 comprises a guiding body in the shape of a double-four-corner frustum, a flexible elastic guide plate, a flexible gasket, a guide roller, an adsorption surface and a taper sleeve, wherein the four corners of the support are arranged, the taper sleeve is arranged on the bottom surface of the guiding body, the adsorption surface is arranged right above the guiding device, the guide roller is arranged on four side surfaces of the waist position of the guiding device 7, the flexible elastic guide plate and the flexible gasket are arranged in a superposition mode to be arranged at four corners of the waist position of the guiding device 7, and the four corners are enabled to present arc-shaped guide surfaces.
The paper pad placing device 9 comprises a rack 9-1, a conveying device 9-2, a horizontal moving device 9-3, a vertical moving device 9-4 and a paper pad picking mechanism 9-5, wherein the conveying device 9-2 is arranged right below the rack 9-1, the horizontal moving device 9-3, the vertical moving device 9-4, the paper pad picking mechanism 9-5 and a support for placing a paper pad are arranged on the rack, a negative pressure adsorption device is arranged on the paper pad picking mechanism 9-5, the horizontal moving device 9-3 is vertically connected with the vertical moving device 9-4, the lower end of the vertical moving device 9-4 is connected with the paper pad picking mechanism 9-5, and the support for placing the paper pad is positioned below the side of the rack and is parallel to the paper pad picking mechanism 9-5.
When the paper pad placing device 9 operates, the paper pad picking mechanism 9-5 is driven by the vertical moving device 9-4 to move downwards to contact with the paper pad, the negative pressure adsorption device on the paper pad picking mechanism 9-5 grabs the paper pad to move upwards to the upper limit position, the paper pad is driven by the horizontal moving device 9-3 to horizontally move to the position right above the paper box, and the negative pressure adsorption device loosens the grabbed paper pad and falls into the paper box to complete the placement of the paper pad.
The carton flip folding device 10 comprises a folding frame 10-1, a lifting device 10-2 and a folding mechanism 10-3, wherein the lifting device 10-2 is positioned at the top of the folding frame 10-1, and the folding mechanism 10-3 is arranged in the middle upper part of the folding frame 10-1.
When the carton flip folding device 10 operates, the carton flip folding device 10 stops conveying when detecting that a carton filled with paper pads is conveyed to a position right below the carton flip folding device 10, the lifting device 10-2 drives the folding mechanism 10-3 to move downwards to a carton opening, at the moment, the folding mechanism turns downwards to press and fold the upright carton cover into a horizontal state, the lifting device 10-2 drives the folding mechanism 10-3 to move upwards for resetting, and the folding is completed.
The carton bagging machine 11 comprises a bagging frame 11-1, a film releasing roll 11-2, a film folding and clamping mechanism 11-3, a film feeding mechanism 11-4 and a film cutting mechanism 11-5, the film-folding and film-clamping device comprises an air-blowing film-blowing mechanism 11-6, a lifting device 11-7 and a film-pressing plate 11-8, a film-releasing roll 11-2 is arranged below the side of a bagging frame 11-1, a film-folding and film-clamping mechanism 11-3 is arranged in the middle of the bagging frame 11-1 and is symmetrically distributed in four corners, a film-feeding mechanism 11-4 is arranged at the top of the bagging frame 11-1, a film-cutting mechanism 11-5 is arranged below the film-feeding mechanism 11-4, the air-blowing film-blowing mechanism 11-6 is arranged below the film-cutting mechanism 11-5, the lifting device 11-7 is arranged at the top of the bagging frame 11-1, and the film-pressing plate 11-8 is arranged above the middle of the bagging frame 11-1.
When the carton bagging machine 11 operates, when the carton bagging machine 11 detects that a carton conveyed from the upstream is in place, the carton stops under the rack 11-1, a film placing roll 11-2 and a film conveying mechanism 11-4 send films with required lengths into the carton, the film folding and clamping mechanism 11-3 moves upwards to clamp the upper half part of the films, the film cutting mechanism 11-5 operates to cut the films, the film folding and clamping mechanism 11-3 clamps the four corners of the films and moves outwards, meanwhile, the air blowing and film blowing mechanism 11-6 starts to blow and stretch large films to cover the whole box bottom, after the carton filled with the films enters the next station for positioning, the lifting device 11-7 drives the film pressing plate 11-8 to move downwards, the size of the film pressing plate 11-8 is slightly smaller than the section of the carton, the film pressing plate 11-8 moves downwards to the box bottom, the films are stretched and completely attached to the inner wall of the carton, then, the descending device 11-7 drives the film pressing plate 11-8 to move upwards for resetting, at the moment, the processes of carton sheathing forming and auxiliary material adding are all completed, the finished cartons can be directly conveyed to a pre-pressing packing machine for packing and packing, and full-line automatic production is realized.

Claims (10)

1. (4) placing a guide device: the mechanical claw grabs the sleeve box guide device, the sleeve box guide device is placed into the inner carton positioned in the step (3), and after the placement is completed, the mechanical claw is separated from the sleeve box guide device;
(5) forming an outer carton: the mechanical claw grabs an outer paper box on a paper box stacking, feeding and centering device for storing the outer paper box, completes the forming of the outer paper box through moving and reversing, and enables a box cover of the outer paper box to be upward and a box opening to be downward;
(6) carton nesting and forming: sleeving the outer carton in the step (5) into the inner carton treated in the step (4), and putting the sleeve box guide device back to the original position after the sleeving is finished; the transmission assembly of the carton square correction positioning mechanism clamps the carton which is completely sleeved and conveyed to the next station;
(7) placing a paper pad: grabbing the paper pad by a paper pad picking mechanism of the paper pad placing device, placing the paper pad into the carton box which is sleeved and completed, and conveying the paper pad to the next station;
(8) folding the box cover: the upright box cover is folded into a horizontal state through a box flip folding device and conveyed to the next station;
(9) carton covering film: placing a plastic film through a carton bagging machine to enable the plastic film to cover the whole box body;
(10) conveying to a packaging machine: and conveying the carton subjected to film covering to a pre-pressing packer for boxing and packing.
