The delivery method of the embodiment of the disclosure can be applied to shopping transaction of an online shopping platform. When shopping transaction is performed through the online shopping platform, in order to promote the popularization of the virtual object or increase the sales volume of the virtual object, the merchant may bind the entity object and the virtual object for sale and participate in corresponding preferential activities. In this scenario, when a user purchases a virtual object through an online shopping platform, the user needs to purchase an entity object bound for sale with the purchased virtual object at the same time. Therefore, after the user places an order, the delivery process can be initiated by the online shopping platform aiming at the virtual object and the entity object purchased by the user.
It should be appreciated that the user may also cancel the order for the purchased virtual or physical object through the online shopping platform during the delivery process. Accordingly, the online shopping platform cancels the virtual object order in response to the operation of canceling the order by the user.
Fig. 2 schematically shows a flow chart of a delivery method for virtual and physical objects according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, the method includes operations S201 to S202.
In operation S201, in response to the successful delivery of the physical object, a delivery process of the virtual object to be delivered associated with the physical object is triggered.
In operation S202, in response to the delivery procedure of the virtual object being triggered, a corresponding delivery operation is performed on the virtual object.
The physical object is a visible and touchable object, such as a real object like a mobile phone, a car, an apple, etc. The delivery process of the entity object generally comprises storage, delivery and other links. It can be seen that delivery of entity objects is characterized by low timeliness.
The virtual objects include traffic, services, equity packages, and the like. The delivery process of the virtual object does not have links such as storage, distribution and the like, and delivery is instantly finished by sending right and interest short messages for verification, modifying right and interest information and the like. Thus, virtual object delivery is characterized by high timeliness.
Illustratively, the virtual object may be traffic, and the success of the traffic may be achieved by modifying traffic interest information of the virtual object delivered to the object by the server.
For example, the virtual object may be a member service, a short message verification code may be sent to a virtual object delivered object (e.g., a user) through the server, the delivered object inputs the short message verification code at a related website after receiving the short message verification code, and the server modifies member rights and interests information of the virtual object delivered object after verifying that the short message verification code passes, so as to achieve successful delivery of the member service.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the entity object can be delivered first, and the delivery of the virtual object bound to the entity object can be started after the entity object is successfully delivered, that is, the entity object and the virtual object bound for sale are delivered in a serial manner. Thereby preventing unnecessary economic loss to the merchant.
For example, for the entity object and the virtual object which are bound for sale, the entity object can be delivered first, and the delivery of the virtual object which is bound with the entity object can be started after the entity object is successfully delivered. In the case of failure of the entity object to commit, the virtual object bound to the entity object may be considered to be undelivered. Therefore, the situation that whether the entity object is successfully delivered or not is uncertain, the virtual object is delivered too early, and economic loss is caused to a merchant can be avoided.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the virtual object may include one or more, and the entity object sold in binding with the virtual object may also include one or more.
For example, in the case that there are multiple physical objects sold in binding with the virtual object, the multiple physical objects may be delivered first, and after all the multiple physical objects are successfully delivered, delivery of all the virtual objects bound to the multiple physical objects may be started. In the event that any one or more of the plurality of physical objects fails to commit, it may be considered to cancel delivery of the virtual object to which it is bound.
The delivery method of the embodiment of the disclosure can be applied to shopping transaction of an online shopping platform.
When a shopping transaction is conducted through an online shopping platform, in order to promote the promotion of a virtual object or increase the sales volume of the virtual object, a merchant may bind a physical object and the virtual object for sale and participate in corresponding preferential activities (such as full-off promotion, coupon promotion, main gift promotion, and the like).
The database of the online shopping platform can store the information of all the entity objects and the virtual objects for binding sale and the incidence relation between the entity objects and the virtual objects for binding sale.
The delivery system of the online shopping platform may include: the system comprises a trading system, an order splitting system, a virtual-real relation system, a virtual system, a warehousing system, an order wind control system and the like.
The trading system can check the processing progress of the order in real time.
In the virtual-real relationship system, the entity object order and the virtual object order can establish an association relationship. The virtuality-reality relationship system may be viewed in real-time to find virtual object orders associated with the entity object orders. The entity object order and the virtual object order which establish the association relationship in the virtual-real relationship system can also be inquired in the database.
FIG. 3 schematically shows a schematic diagram of delivery of an online shopping platform according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in FIG. 3, the delivery method of virtual objects and physical objects of an online shopping platform may include operations S301-S308.
When a user purchases a virtual object online, the virtual object is ordered under an online shopping platform, and the physical object is bound to be sold with the purchased virtual object. After the user places an order, the trading system can check the order of the user. And the trading system responds to the ordering of the user and checks whether the entity object and the virtual object in the order exist an association relationship or not from a database of the online shopping platform. If so, operation S301 is performed.
In operation S301, the trading system sends the order to the order splitting system. The order splitting system splits the order comprising the virtual object and the entity object into a virtual object order and an entity object order, and adds labels to the entity object order and the virtual object order. The label of the physical object order and the label of the virtual object order are not the same. In the whole delivery process, whether the order is an entity object order or a virtual object order is judged according to the label of the order.
In operation S302, the order splitting system sends the split virtual object order and the split physical object order to the trading system. The transaction system suspends the delivery process of the received virtual object order.
In operation S303, the order splitting system sends the virtual object order and the entity object order obtained by splitting to the virtual-real relationship system. And the virtual-real relation system establishes the incidence relation between the virtual object order and the entity object order based on the received virtual object order and the entity object order.
In operation S304, the trading system transmits the virtual object order to the virtual system and suspends a subsequent delivery process of the virtual object order. The virtual system stores information of the virtual object order.
In operation S305, the trading system transmits the entity object order to the warehousing system. The warehousing system completes the production and delivery of the entity object order.
In operation S306, after the warehousing system completes the production and delivery of the entity object order, the successful posting information of the entity object order is sent to the trading system.
In operation S307, after receiving the information that the entity object order was successfully placed, the transaction system triggers a delivery process of the virtual object order associated with the entity object order. And the transaction system triggers the virtual relationship system in response to the delivery process of the virtual object order associated with the entity object order being triggered.
In operation S308, the virtual relationship system queries the virtual object order associated with the physical object and sends a message for delivering the virtual object order to the virtual system. And the virtual system finishes the production and delivery of the virtual object order after receiving the message for delivering the virtual object order.
The processing flow of the virtual object order is monitored throughout the delivery flow.
The delivery method of the virtual object and the entity object usually adopts a parallel delivery mode, namely, the delivery of the virtual object and the delivery of the entity object start at the same time. Once the entity object fails to be properly delivered, the virtual object cannot be recovered due to premature failure and high time efficiency of proper delivery, thereby causing economic loss to the merchant.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, a serial delivery mode is adopted, namely, a technical means of delivering the entity object first and triggering the virtual object delivery process after the entity object is successfully delivered is adopted. That is, the delivery flow of the virtual object is not earlier than the delivery flow of the physical object. The delivery timeliness of the virtual object can be controlled, the entity object and the virtual object can be successfully delivered at the same time, and the popularization of the virtual object is facilitated.
Fig. 4 schematically shows a flow chart of a delivery method for virtual and physical objects according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, the method includes operations S401 to S402.
In operation S401, in response to the failure of the entity object to make a commitment, a virtual object order related to the virtual object to be delivered associated with the entity object is determined.
In operation S402, the virtual object order is cancelled.
For example, for binding sold physical objects and virtual objects, in case of failure of the physical object to be committed, it can be considered to cancel delivery of the virtual object bound thereto. Therefore, the phenomenon that once the entity object fails to be properly delivered in the parallel delivery mode, the virtual object cannot be recovered due to too early proper delivery, and further economic loss is caused to merchants can be avoided.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the virtual object may include one or more, and the entity object sold in binding with the virtual object may also include one or more.
For example, in the case that the number of the entity objects sold in binding with the virtual object includes a plurality of entity objects, in the case that any one or more of the plurality of entity objects fails to be paid, it can be considered to cancel delivery of the virtual object bound thereto.
The delivery method of the embodiment of the disclosure can be applied to shopping transaction of an online shopping platform.
FIG. 5 schematically illustrates a schematic diagram of undelivering of an online shopping platform, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in FIG. 5, the delivery method of virtual objects and physical objects of an online shopping platform may include operations S501-S505.
When a user purchases a virtual object online, the virtual object is ordered under an online shopping platform, and the entity object is bound with the purchased virtual object. The user cancels the entity object order due to personal reasons, etc., i.e., the entity object order fails to be placed properly.
In operation S501, the trading system checks the failure of the placement of the entity object order in real time, and sends the information of the entity object order with failure of placement to the order wind control system.
In operation S502, the order wind control system queries a virtual object order associated with the entity object order from the virtuality-reality relationship system.
In operation S503, the virtual-real relationship system sends the query result to the order wind control system, and sends the queried virtual object order associated with the entity object order.
In operation S504, the order wind control system sends a message to the virtual system to cancel the virtual object order. And after receiving the message of canceling the virtual object order, the virtual system triggers to cancel the virtual object order.
In operation S505, the virtual system transmits a message to cancel the virtual object order to the refund system. A refund system refunds.
The processing flow of the virtual object order is monitored throughout the delivery flow.
The delivery of the virtual object and the entity object is cancelled, and in a parallel delivery mode, once the entity object fails to be properly delivered, the virtual object can be easily recovered due to too early proper delivery and high proper delivery timeliness, namely, the delivery of the virtual object can not be cancelled, and further economic loss is caused to merchants.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, a serial delivery mode is adopted, and after the entity object fails to be delivered, the delivery of the virtual object is cancelled. The simultaneous cancellation of the entity object and the virtual object can be realized, the situation that the delivered object only reserves the virtual object after the virtual object is successfully delivered due to high delivery timeliness of the virtual object can be avoided, the delivery of the entity object is cancelled at will, and the delivered object is arbitrage or bill-brushing. The popularization of the virtual object is facilitated.
According to the delivery method of the embodiment of the present disclosure, canceling the virtual object order may include: and canceling the virtual object order in response to the virtual object order meeting preset virtual order cancellation conditions.
In the shopping transaction of the online shopping platform, the order wind control system inquires a virtual object order related to the virtual object to be delivered from the virtual-real relation system after receiving information of the entity object order which fails to be paid and is transmitted from the transaction system.
The order wind control system further determines whether the virtual object order meets preset virtual order cancellation conditions. The virtual order cancellation condition is determined by leveraging the promotion of the virtual object and preventing arbitrage through the virtual object order.
Illustratively, the physical object is a cell phone and the virtual object is traffic. The association between the handset and the traffic is a joint promotion, such as buying the handset to send the traffic. After the mobile phone order is cancelled, compared with the popularization of the virtual object, it is more important to prevent arbitrage through the virtual object order. And the order wind control system determines that the flow order meets the preset virtual order cancellation condition, and cancels the flow order.
Illustratively, the physical object is a cell phone and the virtual object is a phone package. The association of the handset and the package is a joint promotion, e.g., a full-away promotion. After the mobile phone order is cancelled, the popularization of the virtual object is more important compared with the prevention of arbitrage through the virtual object order. And the order wind control system determines that the telephone package order does not meet the preset virtual order cancellation condition and does not cancel the telephone package order.
According to the delivery method of the embodiment of the disclosure, whether the virtual object order is cancelled is determined according to whether the virtual object order meets the preset virtual order cancellation condition. The method is beneficial to popularization of the virtual object, and arbitrage or order brushing through the virtual object can be prevented.
According to the delivery method of the embodiment of the disclosure, in response to the successful delivery of the entity object, the delivery process of the virtual object to be delivered associated with the entity object is triggered, which includes one of the following steps: triggering a delivery process of a virtual object to be delivered associated with the entity object in response to the entity object being delivered to an object acquirer; and triggering a delivery process of the virtual object to be delivered, which is associated with the entity object, in response to the fact that the entity object is delivered to the object receiver and the current time exceeds a preset goods returning window period.
According to the delivery method of the embodiment of the disclosure, the entity object signing and receiving party receives the entity object, and the current time does not exceed the preset goods returning window period. At this time, the transaction system may trigger a delivery process of the virtual object to be delivered associated with the physical object in response to the physical object being delivered to the object acquirer.
According to the delivery method of the embodiment of the disclosure, the entity object signing and receiving party receives the entity object, and the current time exceeds the preset goods returning window period. At this time, the entity object acquirer cannot withdraw the entity object, and the transaction system may trigger a delivery flow of the virtual object to be delivered associated with the entity object in response to the entity object being delivered to the object acquirer.
According to the delivery method of the embodiment of the disclosure, the delivery process of the virtual object can be triggered when the current time does not exceed the preset goods returning window period after the entity object signing and receiving party receives the entity object. The delivery process of the virtual object can also be triggered when the current time exceeds the preset goods returning window period after the entity object signing and receiving party receives the entity object. The physical object acquirer may consider whether to cancel the physical object order before receiving the physical object or before the return window period. The entity object acquirer cancels the entity object order before receiving the entity object, so that arbitrage or order brushing through the virtual object order can be reduced. The entity object signing party cancels the order of the entity object before the return window period, so that the condition that the delivered object carries a arbitrage or swipes the order can be avoided.
