the supporting mechanism (5) comprises a groove (51), a screw (58), a control block (54), two cross rods (53), two mounting blocks (52), two supporting blocks (57), four fixing plates (56) and four connecting plates (55), wherein: a groove (51) is formed in the upper end of the support table (1), a screw rod (58) is rotatably connected in the groove (51), and one end of the screw rod (58) penetrates through the support table (1); a control block (54) is fixedly connected to the end part of one end, extending out of the support table (1), of the screw (58), cross rods (53) are arranged on two sides of the screw (58), the two cross rods (53) are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the groove (51), four mounting blocks (52) are arranged in the groove (51), and the four mounting blocks (52) are sleeved with the screw (58) and the two cross rods (53); two supporting blocks (57) are arranged above the groove (51), two fixing plates (56) are fixedly connected to two sides of the bottom ends of the two supporting blocks (57), and the four fixing plates (56) are connected with the corresponding mounting blocks (52) through connecting plates (55).
