In this embodiment, the assembly system further includes a vision device 400, the vision device 400 is used for detecting whether the air conditioner outdoor unit 600 is in place, and the vision device 400 is electrically connected to the conveying device 300 and the carrying device 200. By arranging the vision device 400, the vision device 400 is used for detecting whether the air conditioner external unit 600 is conveyed to a specified position, moreover, when the vision device 400 detects that the air conditioner external unit 600 reaches the specified position, the vision device 400 can simultaneously send in-place signals to the conveying device 300 and the carrying device 200, the conveying device 300 immediately stops conveying after receiving the in-place signals, and the carrying device 200 simultaneously receives the in-place signals and starts to grab the paperboard 500, in addition, as the paperboard 501 to be grabbed is mainly sucked by the suction cup 10, the carrying device 200 can grab the paperboard 500 to a positioning point before assembly after receiving the vacuum signals of the suction cup 10, wherein, after the suction cup 10 sucks the paperboard 500, the suction cup 10 forms a vacuum state inside, so the carrying device 200 can detect the situation.
In addition, it should be noted that the assembling system has high applicability, and besides being applied to the production line of the outdoor unit 600 of the air conditioner, the assembling system can also be used in combination with the currently developed full-series air conditioner products or other product production lines, that is, the automatic bending assembling system of the paper board 500 can be applied to various types of air conditioner production lines or other production lines, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing personnel and improving efficiency, and the number of the carrying devices 200 is not limited to one.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention provides an assembling method applied to the assembling system, where the assembling method includes that the conveying device 300 conveys the air conditioner external unit 600 to a specified position, the conveying device 200 grabs the paper board 501 to be grabbed and then conveys the grabbed paper board to the position of the air conditioner external unit 600, namely, a positioning point before assembling, the bending fixture 100 bends the unbent paper board 502, the conveying device 200 installs the bent paper board 503 into the air conditioner external unit 600, and the bending fixture 100 restores the bent paper board 503.
In the assembling method, when the air conditioner external unit 600 is conveyed to the designated position through the conveying device 300 during assembling operation, the conveying device 300 stops conveying immediately, meanwhile, the conveying device 200 grabs the paper board 501 to be grabbed and conveys the paper board to the positioning point before assembling, then the bending clamp 100 bends the non-bent paper board 502 to the required angle, so that the conveying device 200 further moves to install the bent paper board 503 into the air conditioner external unit 600, and finally the bending clamp 100 restores the bent paper board 503, thereby completing the whole assembling process of the paper board 500. By applying the assembling system and the assembling method in the assembling and processing process of the paperboard 500, the whole assembling operation process is very automatic, a series of automatic processes from grabbing, carrying, positioning to assembling of the paperboard 500 can be realized, the assembling and processing process is simple, the labor cost is effectively reduced, the labor force is saved, and the assembling efficiency of the paperboard 500 is improved.
In this embodiment, the vision device 400 is used to detect whether the air conditioner outdoor unit 600 conveyed by the conveyor 300 reaches a designated location during the conveyance of the air conditioner outdoor unit 600 by the conveyor 300. When the vision device 400 detects the air conditioner external unit 600, the vision device 400 sends an in-place signal to the conveying device 300 and the carrying device 200, the conveying device 300 stops conveying immediately, and the carrying device 200 grabs the paper board 501 to be grabbed and carries the paper board to a positioning point before assembly.

Specifically, in this embodiment, the bending fixture 100 bends the unbent cardboard 502, and includes the driving component 40 driving the telescopic rod 50 to perform a contraction motion so as to drive the middle position of the unbent cardboard 502 to perform a reverse motion, when the upper and lower positions of the unbent cardboard 502 reach the positions of the two limiting components, respectively, since the supporting force and the pulling force are opposite acting forces and act on the unbent cardboard 502 at the same time, the unbent cardboard 502 is bent to reach the required bending angle, and the bent cardboard 503 is formed.

After the next air conditioner external unit 600 enters the paperboard assembling station, the above-mentioned movement is performed, so that the assembly line assembly of the plurality of air conditioner external units 600 is realized.
