And covering the soil with couch grass to keep the humidity of the soil.
Step S50: and (4) replanting seedlings, namely replanting seedlings in cloudy days or rainy days if seedlings emerge unevenly when two leaves are in the same core.
Step S60: topdressing, namely applying 9.5kg of urea and 8kg of potash fertilizer per mu in the 3-4 leaf period of seedlings, spraying 72g of stem leaf herbicide per mu to remove weeds, wherein the stem leaf herbicide comprises 50% of dichloroquinoline and 10% of picosulfuron, and soil is in a wet state when the stem leaf herbicide is applied; after sowing for 60 days, applying urea with the mass of 10kg per mu according to the rainwater condition; in the grouting period, 88ml of plant nutrient solution is sprayed per mu.
Step S70: controlling insect pests, namely applying abamectin to prevent and control borers 8 days after the full period of insect pests according to the information of the insect pests of local plant protection stations; when the borers and the rice planthoppers appear, abamectin and pymetrozine are applied to prevent the borers and the rice planthoppers.
Step S80: preventing and controlling weeds, and using triazolone or propamocarb to prevent and control powdery mildew; when closing the line, the ustilaginoidea virens or pyricularia virens is used for preventing and treating the ustilaginoidea virens.
EXAMPLE III

The roasted soil can reduce plant insect pests and diseases, and further can effectively improve the quality of the upland rice.
Step S20: preparing the dry rice seeds with broken mouths, and sequentially soaking the dry rice seeds for 4.3 hours by using clear water and strong chlorine, wherein every 1.8kg of dry rice seeds are soaked by using 2.3kg of clear water; washing the dry rice seeds with clear water; then soaking the dry rice seeds in water at the temperature of 43 ℃ for 4 minutes to break the dry rice seeds; in addition, the tricyclazole is used for preventing and treating rice blast 3 days before the opening of the seeds of the upland rice. The seeds are soaked by strong chlorine, so that various plant diseases can be effectively controlled, and the quality of the upland rice can be effectively improved.
Step S30: and (4) sowing, wherein the underground pests in the soil can be killed and caught 3 days before sowing. In the late 6 th month, applying farmyard manure with the mass of 15kg or soil miscellaneous fertilizer with the mass of 11kg and urea per mu by adopting a hole application or furrow application method, wherein the farmyard manure is a ternary compound fertilizer containing selenium, phosphorus and calcium, sowing the crewed dry rice seeds, wherein the row spacing of the sowing is 0.6m, the plant spacing is 0.22m, and then covering soil is 2.8cm, wherein the covering soil is reasonable in depth, and the over-depth or over-shallow is not beneficial to the emergence of the seeds and the growth and development of the seeds, and particularly, the problems of low emergence rate, short spikes and low yield can be caused by the over-deep condition. 4 days after sowing, 40% direct seeding cleaning wettable powder is sprayed to remove weeds, specifically, 31g of 40% direct seeding cleaning wettable powder is applied to each mu, and 20000g of 40% direct seeding cleaning wettable powder is added into water for each 31 g.
Step S40: seedling raising, after sowing, watering soil in a proper amount respectively in a seedling stage and a heading stage according to soil humidity; the soil is kept with certain moisture, so that the dry rice can be plump in grains, and the rate of empty husks is reduced; however, the dry rice needs no water layer, so that the dry rice cannot be soaked in water for a long time in the field, and the influence on the growth of the dry rice is avoided. And covering the soil with couch grass to keep the humidity of the soil.
Step S50: and (4) replanting seedlings, namely replanting seedlings in cloudy days or rainy days if seedlings emerge unevenly when two leaves are in the same core.
Step S60: topdressing, namely applying 9.8kg of urea and 9kg of potash fertilizer per mu in the 3-4 leaf period of seedlings, spraying 78g of stem leaf herbicide per mu to remove weeds, wherein the stem leaf herbicide comprises 50% of dichloroquinoline and 10% of picosulfuron, and soil is in a wet state when the stem leaf herbicide is applied; after sowing for 62 days, applying 11kg of urea per mu according to the rainwater condition; in the grouting period, 95ml of plant nutrient solution is sprayed per mu.
Step S70: controlling insect pests, namely applying abamectin to prevent and control borers 9 days after the full period of insect pests according to the information of the insect pests at local plant protection stations; when the borers and the rice planthoppers appear, abamectin and pymetrozine are applied to prevent the borers and the rice planthoppers.
Step S80: preventing and controlling weeds, and using triazolone or propamocarb to prevent and control powdery mildew; when closing the line, the ustilaginoidea virens or pyricularia virens is used for preventing and treating the ustilaginoidea virens.
