Description
技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗菌型耐磨BOPP膜、其制备方法及应用。
背景技术
香烟的保存条件中温度和湿度是重要的因素,一般要求在低温和适当的湿度环境中进行保存,因为烟丝在湿度过高的环境下会出现吸潮,但是当湿度过低时又会出现过度干燥,同时烟丝自身又极易吸收附近的其他味道,导致香烟味道不纯正。受潮和发霉是影响香烟保质期的主要原因,而保香对于高档香烟来讲也是至关重要的。
与其他消费品不同,香烟的最小出售包装依然是多层包装,包括里层的铝箔纸、中间的软包或者硬包、以及外面透明的塑料薄膜,每一层包装的保护功能都是分别独立的,而整个包装的阻隔性是关系到香烟受潮、发霉、保香效果的关键。其中跟香烟质量联系最密切的就是外层的透明包装膜,即我们通常所说的烟膜,它是整个香烟包装中阻隔性能最高的材料。现在使用较多的烟膜是BOPP薄膜,虽然它的阻氧性能一般,但是阻湿性能良好,而且保香性也能基本满足使用要求,因此应用广泛。
普通的BOPP薄膜耐磨性差,且抗菌性能不佳,在运输、使用过程中易造成薄膜表面的刮擦以及滋生细菌,影响了香烟的外观及品质。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌型耐磨BOPP膜、其制备方法及应用,本发明中的BOPP膜具有优异的抗菌性和耐磨性。
本发明提供一种抗菌型耐磨BOPP膜,包括依次接触的下表层、芯层和上表层;
所述上表层包括以下质量分数的组分:抗粘剂1~3%、热封料74~82%、爽滑剂14~18%、银系抗菌剂3-5%;
所述芯层包括以下质量分数的组分:均聚聚丙烯母料67~80%、抗静电剂1~35%、增挺剂16~25%、银系抗菌剂3~5%;
所述下表层包括以下质量分数的组分:抗粘剂1~2%、热封料93~96%、银系抗菌剂3~5%;
所述银系抗菌剂为以聚丙烯为载体的银系抗菌剂。
优选的,所述上表层中的抗粘剂和下表层中的抗粘剂为二氧化硅。
优选的,所述上表层中的热封料和下表层中的热封料独立的选自聚丙烯无规二元共聚物和/或丙烯/乙烯/丁烯无规三元共聚物。
优选的,所述爽滑剂为硅酮和/或芥酸酰胺。
优选的,所述抗静电剂为非极性酰胺类抗静电剂;
所述增挺剂为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯。
本发明提供如上文所述的抗菌型耐磨BOPP膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A)将上表层的制备原料混合熔融后得到上表层溶体;将芯层的制备原料混合熔融后得到芯层溶体,将下表层的制备原料混合熔融后得到下表层溶体;
B)将上表层熔体、芯层熔体和下表层熔体共挤出,冷却后得到铸片;
C)将所述铸片依次进行纵向拉伸和横向拉伸,进行时效处理后,得到抗菌型耐磨BOPP膜。
优选的,所述步骤B)中共挤出的温度为225~240℃。
优选的,所述纵向拉伸前将铸片在100~110℃下预热,所述纵向拉伸的温度为60~70℃;所述纵向拉伸的拉伸倍率为4.0~6.0倍。
优选的,所述横向拉伸前将铸片在170~175℃下预热,所述横向拉伸的温度为145~155℃;所述横向拉伸的拉伸倍率为8.0~10.0倍。
本发明提供如上文所述的抗菌型耐磨BOPP膜在制备烟膜中的应用。

所述下表层包括以下质量分数的组分:抗粘剂1~2%、热封料93~96%、银系抗菌剂3~5%;
所述银系抗菌剂为以聚丙烯为载体的银系抗菌剂。
在本发明中,所述上表层中,抗粘剂优选为二氧化硅,所述抗粘剂的质量分数优选为1~3%,更优选为1~2%;
所述热封料优选为聚丙烯无规二元共聚物和/或丙烯/乙烯/丁烯无规三元共聚物;所述热封料的质量分数优选为74~82%,如74%、75%、76%、77%、78%、79%、80%、81%、82%,优选为以上述任意数值为上限或下限的范围值。具体的,在本发明的实施例中,可以使用比利时Solvay公司生产的KS409的热封料。
所述爽滑剂优选为硅酮和/或芥酸酰胺,所述爽滑剂的质量分数优选为14~18%,如14%、15%、16%、17%、18%,优选为以上述任意数值为上限或下限的范围值。具体的,在本发明的实施例中,可以使用苏州康斯坦普的SABO6554PPR作为爽滑剂
在本发明中,所述银系抗菌剂为银离子抗菌粉的PP母粒,是以银离子抗菌粉为活性抗菌成分,以PP为基料,通过双螺杆挤出的无机抗菌母粒。所述银系抗菌剂的质量分数优选为3~5%,更优选为4%。
在所述芯层中,所述均聚聚丙烯母料的质量分数优选为67~80%,如67%、68%、69%、70%、71%、72%、73%、74%、75%、76%、77%、78%、79%、80%,优选为以上述任意数值为上限或下限的范围值。
所述抗静电剂优选为非极性酰胺类抗静电剂,所述抗静电剂的质量分数优选为1~35%,更优选为5~30%,最优选为10~25%,如1%、5%、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%,优选为以上述任意数值为上限或下限的范围值。
所述增挺剂优选为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,所述增挺剂的质量分数优选为16~25%,如16%、17%、18%、19%、20%、21%、22%、23%、24%、25%,优选为以上述任意数值为上限或下限的范围值。
所述银系抗菌剂的质量分数优选为3~5%,更优选为4%。
在所述下表层中,所述抗粘剂优选为二氧化硅,所述抗粘剂的质量分数优选为1~2%;
所述热封料优选为聚丙烯无规二元共聚物和/或丙烯/乙烯/丁烯无规三元共聚物;所述热封料的质量分数优选为93~96%,93%、94%、95%、96%,优选为以上述任意数值为上限或下限的范围值。具体的,在本发明的实施例中,可以使用比利时Solvay公司生产的KS409的热封料。
所述银系抗菌剂的质量分数优选为3~5%,更优选为4%。
本发明对所述下表层、芯层和上表层的厚度没有特殊的限制,采用本领域常用的厚度即可。
本发明还提供了一种抗菌型耐磨BOPP膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A)将上表层的制备原料混合熔融后得到上表层溶体;将芯层的制备原料混合熔融后得到芯层溶体,将下表层的制备原料混合熔融后得到下表层溶体;
B)将上表层熔体、芯层熔体和下表层熔体共挤出,冷却后得到铸片;
C)将所述铸片依次进行纵向拉伸和横向拉伸,进行时效处理后,得到抗菌型耐磨BOPP膜。
本发明先将芯层原料添加至主挤出机中加热至熔融状态,经过滤网过滤后得到芯层熔体;将上表层的原料和下表层的原料分别加入两台辅助挤出机中经加热熔融、过滤,得到上表层熔体和下表层熔体;
然后将芯层熔体、上表层熔体和下表层熔体在三层结构模头中汇合挤出成膜片。
在本发明中,所述共挤出的温度优选为225~240℃,更优选为230~235℃。
得到共挤出的膜片后,本发明利用气刀将膜片贴附到激冷辊上急冷形成铸片,水浴冷却,再利用气刀对片材进行除水,得到铸片。
得到铸片后,本发明对铸片依次进行纵向拉伸和横向拉伸,具体的,所述纵向拉伸为:
将铸片预热,然后进行纵向拉伸,再进行定型。
在本发明中,所述铸片预热的温度优选为100~110℃,更优选为105℃;所述纵向拉伸的温度优选为65~70℃,更优选为66~68℃;所述纵向拉伸的拉伸倍率优选为4.5~6.0倍,更优选为5.0~5.5倍;所述定型的温度优选为63~73℃,更优选为65~70℃,最优选为68℃。
经过纵向拉伸后,本发明将纵向拉伸后的铸片进行预热,然后进行横向拉伸,再进行定型,定型后进行风冷,得到抗菌型耐磨BOPP膜。
在本发明中,所述预热的温度优选为170~175℃,所述横向拉伸的温度优选为145~155℃,更优选为150℃;所述横向拉伸的倍率优选为8.0~10.0倍,更优选为8.0~9.0倍,所述定型的温度优选为100~125℃,更优选为105~120℃,最优选为105~115℃。
经过拉伸的BOPP膜进入牵引***,展平、测厚及电晕处理,收卷,进行8小时的时效处理,即得到BOPP膜产品。
本发明中的抗菌型耐磨BOPP膜可用作香烟的烟膜,即本发明还提供了一种抗菌型耐磨BOPP膜在制备烟膜中的应用。
本发明提供了一种抗菌型耐磨BOPP膜,包括依次接触的下表层、芯层和上表层;所述上表层包括以下质量分数的组分:抗粘剂1~3%、热封料74~82%、爽滑剂14~18%、银系抗菌剂3-5%;所述芯层包括以下质量分数的组分:均聚聚丙烯母料67~80%、抗静电剂1~35%、增挺剂16~25%、银系抗菌剂3~5%;所述下表层包括以下质量分数的组分:抗粘剂1~2%、热封料93~96%、银系抗菌剂3~5%;所述银系抗菌剂为以聚丙烯为载体的银系抗菌剂。本发明在BOPP膜中添加了银系抗菌剂,,使得耐磨BOPP薄膜具有一定的抗菌性,较普通BOPP烟膜保存香烟的持久度更佳。具有抗菌性的烟膜可以抑制细菌在薄膜表面滋生,从而提高香烟的品质。同时,与普通的银抗菌剂相比,本发明中的银系抗菌剂与主料的相容性更好。
为了进一步说明本发明,以下结合实施例对本发明提供的一种抗菌型耐磨BOPP膜、其制备方法及应用进行详细描述,但不能将其理解为对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例
按照表1中的原料比例制备芯层原料、上表层原料和下表层原料。
制备芯层原料:将聚丙烯、银系抗菌剂、增挺剂、抗静电剂充分混合后通过双螺杆挤出机挤出得到芯层原料。
制备上表层原料:将热封料、银系抗菌剂、爽滑剂、抗粘剂充分混合后通过双螺杆挤出机挤出得到上表层原料。
制备下表层原料:将热封料、银系抗菌剂、抗粘剂充分混合后通过双螺杆挤出机挤出得到上表层原料。
通过流延机将三层原料熔融共挤,模头挤出温度为235℃,得到三层共挤结构的片材,利用气刀将膜片贴附到激冷辊上急冷形成铸片,水浴冷却,再利用气刀对片材进行除水。
铸片在105℃下预热,然后进行纵向拉伸,拉伸温度为68℃,拉伸倍率为5.0倍,再进行定型,定型温度为68℃。
铸片在175℃预热,然后进行横向拉伸,拉伸温度为150℃,拉伸倍率为8.0倍,进行定型,定型温度为105℃,定型后进行风冷,得到抗菌型耐磨BOPP薄膜。
进入牵引***,展平、测厚,收卷,进行8小时时效处理。

薄膜下机后进行性能检测,检测结果如下:

注:耐磨性是磨前磨后的雾度差值。耐磨性的测试依据YC/T 315-2009《烟用包装膜耐磨性能的测定》。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种抗菌型耐磨BOPP膜,包括依次接触的下表层、芯层和上表层;
所述上表层包括以下质量分数的组分:抗粘剂1~3%、热封料74~82%、爽滑剂14~18%、银系抗菌剂3-5%;
所述芯层包括以下质量分数的组分:均聚聚丙烯母料67~80%、抗静电剂1~35%、增挺剂16~25%、银系抗菌剂3~5%;
所述下表层包括以下质量分数的组分:抗粘剂1~2%、热封料93~96%、银系抗菌剂3~5%;
所述银系抗菌剂为以聚丙烯为载体的银系抗菌剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌型耐磨BOPP膜,其特征在于,所述上表层中的抗粘剂和下表层中的抗粘剂为二氧化硅。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌型耐磨BOPP膜,其特征在于,所述上表层中的热封料和下表层中的热封料独立的选自聚丙烯无规二元共聚物和/或丙烯/乙烯/丁烯无规三元共聚物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌型耐磨BOPP膜,其特征在于,所述爽滑剂为硅酮和/或芥酸酰胺。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌型耐磨BOPP膜,其特征在于,所述抗静电剂为非极性酰胺类抗静电剂;
所述增挺剂为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯。
6.如权利要求1所述的抗菌型耐磨BOPP膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A)将上表层的制备原料混合熔融后得到上表层溶体;将芯层的制备原料混合熔融后得到芯层溶体,将下表层的制备原料混合熔融后得到下表层溶体;
B)将上表层熔体、芯层熔体和下表层熔体共挤出,冷却后得到铸片;
C)将所述铸片依次进行纵向拉伸和横向拉伸,进行时效处理后,得到抗菌型耐磨BOPP膜。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤B)中共挤出的温度为225~240℃。
8.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述纵向拉伸前将铸片在100~110℃下预热,所述纵向拉伸的温度为60~70℃;所述纵向拉伸的拉伸倍率为4.0~6.0倍。
9.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述横向拉伸前将铸片在170~175℃下预热,所述横向拉伸的温度为145~155℃;所述横向拉伸的拉伸倍率为8.0~10.0倍。
10.如权利要求1所述的抗菌型耐磨BOPP膜在制备烟膜中的应用。
