step 2: erecting dragon fruit brackets, planting dragon fruits on the side edges of the brackets, and planting red fruit ginseng between the brackets;
and step 3: the pitaya is grown robustly and mature branches without diseases and insect pests, the pitaya ginseng is grown robustly and seedlings without diseases and insect pests, the pitaya is planted by adopting an A-shaped pitaya frame building cultivation and column type cultivation method, and the pitaya ginseng is planted between two stand columns;
and 4, step 4: fertilizing management, and managing flowering phase and fruit development phase;
and 5: performing field management, namely pruning and pinching branches and leaves during the planting period of the dragon fruits;
step 6: harvesting the fruits, wherein the flowering period of the pitaya is from 4 months to 11 months, and the fruits are harvested 35 to 45 days after flowering; the fruit of the red ginseng starts to be harvested when the fruit turns color to more than 80% in the mature period of 12 months to 3 months of the next year;
in the ridging operation of the step 1, the height of each ridge is 20-30 cm, the width of each ridge is 100-120 cm, and the distance between every two ridges is 100cm;
the specific process of the step 2 is that an A-shaped bracket structure is set up, the space between A-shaped brackets is set up according to 2m-2.5 m, the top end and the side surface of the bracket are connected together by a steel wire rope, a column structure is set up, the dragon fruits are planted at the column positions of ridges, the columns are set up according to the plant spacing of 1.5-2.0, and a circular steel ring bracket is set up at the top end of the columns; the red fruit ginseng is planted between the two columns of the dragon fruit, and the plant spacing of the red fruit ginseng on the ridges is 50-100 cm;
