Abstract
本发明涉及纺织助剂技术领域,具体涉及一种中性环保织物除油剂,所述织物除油剂包括如下重量份的原料:表面活性10~25%;环保溶剂5%~15%;消泡剂0.01~1%;除油增效剂A 3~10%;除油增效剂B 5~15%;水余量。本发明通过以上组份混合制得的中性环保织物除油剂用于织物前处理除油工序中,解决织物(尤其是带氨纶的面料、开纤面料、超细面料等油污多的面料)的除油问题,确保油滴不回沾织物及机器上,且对织物无损伤。

技术领域
本发明涉及除油技术领域,特别是涉及一种织物除油剂。
背景技术
随着化纤品种的发展,化纤油剂和织造工艺的改善,留余在化纤织物上的油污(即纺丝油剂、织造油剂)已经发生很大变化,各厂使用的纺丝油剂、织造油剂都不相同。近年来,纺织机械向高速化发展,油剂使用量也随之增加;部分化纤针织物片面追求克重大,油剂使用量增加;有些化纤织物放在室外,沾满了大量污物与油污;这些都给染整前处理的除油工序带来了一定难度。特别是含氨纶的面料、超细面料、开纤面料除油难度更大,对除油剂的要求也更高。因此,近年来除油剂的使用量和开发的除油剂的品种越来越多。然而,现有的环保除油剂在氨纶等难除油的织物上效果欠佳。
发明内容
为了克服现有产品存在的缺点和不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种中性环保织物除油剂,该织物除油剂用于前处理除油,解决织物(尤其是带氨纶的面料、开纤面料、超细面料等油污多的面料)的除油问题,确保油滴不回沾织物及机器上,且对织物无损伤。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:一种织物除油剂,所述织物除油剂包括如下重量份的原料:
优选的,所述表面活性剂为AEO-9、AEO-7、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和土耳其红油中的至少一种。
优选的,所述溶剂为醚类、烷烃类、醇类中的至少二种。具体的,所述醚类为四乙二醇单丁醚、三乙二醇单丁醚中的至少一种,醇类为异己二醇。
优选的,所述消泡剂为耐高温、耐碱的高效消泡剂。
优选的,所述除油增效剂A为烷烃衍生物类清洗剂。
优选的,所述除油增效剂B为碱性或中性除油剂的专用添加剂。具体的为上海荷源环保科技有限公司的HY-Y01,其可以增进除油效果。
本发明通过引入多种HLB值在10-15(O/W型)之间的乳化剂,以及多元醇醚、醇类环保有机溶剂,既能使得整个体系的表面张力下降,同时还具有较高沸点,且在较宽的温度范围内具有流动性,同时由于引入除油增效剂A和除油增效剂B使该混/聚合物对各类织物上的油剂有很好的渗透、乳化、分散、防回沾能力。

实施例1 一种织物除油剂,所述织物除油剂包括如下重量份的原料:
所述消泡剂为耐高温耐碱消泡剂。
所述除油增效剂A为烷烃衍生物类清洗剂。
实施例2 本实施例与上述实施例1的不同之处在于:所述织物除油剂包括如下重量份的原料:
对比例为厦门保视丽无尘科技有限公司使用的常规除油剂。
对实施例1、2以及对比例1制得的除油剂对织物处理后的结果如下表所示:

测试条件如下:油污滴到含氨纶的针织物上,105℃烘干,1g/L除油剂,2g/L纯碱,90℃处理20min,处理后织物拍照。
从上表可以看出,本发明的实施例除油效果较好。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实现方案,除此之外,本发明还可以其它方式实现,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下任何显而易见的替换均在本发明的保护范围之内。

2.根据权利要求1所述的除油剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为AEO-9、AEO-7、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和土耳其红油中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的除油剂,其特征在于,所述溶剂为醚类、烷烃类、醇类中的至少二种。
4.根据权利要求3所述除油剂的,其特征在于,所述醚类为四乙二醇单丁醚、三乙二醇单丁醚中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求3所述除油剂的,其特征在于,所述醇类为异己二醇。
6.根据权利要求1所述的中性除油剂,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为耐高温、耐碱的高效消泡剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的中性除油剂,其特征在于,所述除油增效剂A为烷烃衍生物类清洗剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的中性除油剂,其特征在于,所述除油增效剂B为碱性或中性除油剂的专用添加剂。
