It should be further noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present disclosure may be combined with each other without conflict. The present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.
FIG. 1 shows a flow chart of a community abnormal event alert method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 1, the method includes operations S110 to S150.
In operation S110, video monitoring data is acquired;
identifying a target person included in the video surveillance data in operation S120;
determining whether there is a fellow person who fellow with the target person in operation S130;
in operation S140, in the case that there is a fellow person who fellow with the target person, identifying feature data of the target person and the fellow person and recording a fellow event;
in operation S150, alarm information is generated based on the event of the same line.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, video monitoring data are acquired; identifying target personnel contained in the video monitoring data; determining whether there are peer people who are in peer with the target person; under the condition that the co-workers who are in the same line with the target person exist, identifying characteristic data of the target person and the co-workers and recording a co-workers event; and generating alarm information based on the event of the same line. Through the identification of the event of the same row, more abnormal events of the community can be detected, and the cost of manpower investigation is reduced.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, video monitoring data can be collected through cameras arranged at various positions of a community. The camera may be located at an entrance to the community, for example, to monitor people entering and exiting the community. The method of the embodiment of the disclosure can mainly adopt video monitoring data collected by the cameras arranged at the exit and entrance of the community as assistance, and can also be used together with video monitoring data collected by other cameras arranged in the community.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, in order to simplify the processing, the plurality of image data may be acquired by means of video stream snapshot, that is, consecutive video frames may be sampled at intervals, and only the sampled plurality of snapshot image data is processed, but the complete video data is not processed.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the target person may be defined as a registered community resident person, and the living condition of the corresponding resident may be identified through the behavior of the target person. The target person in the crowd can be identified through various modes such as face identification or gait identification. Alternatively, the target person may be a person suspected of an illegal crime designated by an administrative department or a criminal investigation department.
According to embodiments of the present disclosure, a peer may be a two-person peer or a more-person peer. The peer is typically a non-registered person. If two people in the same row are registered community inhabitants and are registered in the same house, the two people have the common inhabitation relationship with high probability, the registered information is taken as the standard, and additional identification is not needed.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic diagram of video surveillance data according to an embodiment of the disclosure. Pedestrians in the video may be identified by the method of object detection, as shown by the dashed box in fig. 2. Whether the pedestrian is the target person can be identified through various modes such as face identification or gait identification. Alternatively, the moving speed of the pedestrian may also be identified by a method of target tracking, as indicated by an arrow in fig. 2.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, whether more than two pedestrians are in the same-row relationship can be determined through various technical means.
For example, the determination may be performed by the number of times that different pedestrians appear together within a predetermined time period, and if two people appear in the same visual field multiple times within the predetermined time period, it is determined that the two people are the same pedestrian. The predetermined period of time may be set to, for example, 2 seconds, and if two persons appear together in the same visual field a plurality of times within 2 seconds, the two persons are in a peer relationship with a high probability. Because the focusing area of the camera is small, the speeds of pedestrians who generally rub against the shoulders are inconsistent, and under the condition of snapshot, the probability that the pedestrians simultaneously appear in the same lens within 2 seconds is small. Although the method is not completely accurate, the method can accurately identify the fellow persons in most scenes, and is simple to implement and occupies few system resources.
For another example, in addition to the above-described embodiments, the distance between two persons can be further determined. And if the two persons appear in the same visual field for a plurality of times within the preset time length and the distance between the two persons is kept within the first threshold value range, determining that the two persons are the same personnel. The distance between two persons in the image can be converted into an actual distance through affine transformation, for example, the first threshold value can be set to be 1 meter, and if two persons appear simultaneously within 2 seconds and the distance is kept within 1 meter, the two persons are considered to be in the same-row relationship.
Or, the judgment can be performed through the distance change, and if the two people appear in the same visual field for multiple times within the preset time length and the distance change between the two people is kept within the second threshold range, the two people are determined to be the same person. For example, the second threshold value may be set to be 1 meter, and if two persons appear simultaneously for 2 seconds, and within the 2 seconds, the maximum distance between the two persons is 2 meters, the minimum distance is 1.5 meters, the distance variation is 0.5 meter, and is smaller than the second threshold value, that is, the distance variation between the two persons is kept within the second threshold value range, the two persons are considered to be in the same-row relationship.
For another example, it may be determined whether the two persons are the same-person by determining a difference in moving speed between the two persons, and if the two persons appear in the same visual field multiple times within a predetermined time period and the difference in moving speed between the two persons remains within the third threshold range, the two persons are determined to be the same-person. The moving speed can be defined as a vector, and the third threshold can be a scalar, and the difference between the moving speeds of the two persons can be determined, then the modulus is taken and compared with the third threshold, so that whether the two persons are in the same-row relationship can be judged.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the feature data of the target person and the fellow person includes one or more of gender, age, and whether the target person and the fellow person are registered persons; the peer event comprises one or more of characteristic data of the target person and the peer person, peer time and peer location.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, in the case that the presence of the fellow person who fellow with the target person is recognized, feature extraction can be performed on the target person and the fellow person.
For example, in the case where the target person is a registered person, the characteristic information of the target person may be directly queried from the database; when the target person is a specific person suspected of illegal crime, the target person and the fellow persons thereof may be judged to be registered persons according to the data in the database, and information such as sex, age, etc. of the target person and the fellow persons may be identified by independent models.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, after the feature data of the target person and the peer person is obtained, the peer event can be recorded for triggering an alarm event, and the peer event can include the time and the place of occurrence of the peer event, the target person, the feature data of the peer person, and the like.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the alarm event can be set as required, for example, the alarm information can be generated under the condition that at least one of the following alarm events is triggered:
when a preset number of same-row events occur in a certain time, the same-row persons in the preset number of same-row events are different, and the gender of the same-row persons is different from that of the target person;
when the same target person has a preset number of same-row events within a certain time, the same-row persons in the preset number of same-row events are different and the condition that the same-row persons are all unregistered persons is met; and/or
When the target person does not detect a passage record in a specified period of time within a certain time.
For example, if the target person is a woman, as determined from a peer event, who has passed in and out of the community with different men multiple times over a period of time, an alert may be generated of a suspected fossa. Alternatively, the alarm information of suspected selling caves can be generated only by further limiting that the persons in the same row are all unregistered persons. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the target person may be defined as a woman of a specific exotic location (customizable, precise to city), specified age group (customizable, default 25-45). The alarm information can be triggered when the same row is male in 3 times (self-defined value) within 7 days and all strangers not registered in the community exist.
As another example, a non-passing record may be identified as an anomaly for a specified period of time (e.g., 6:00-18:00) over a period of time (e.g., 15 working days in total). Similarly, the above-described alarm event may also be defined as a target person meeting at least one characteristic of a particular foreign location, a specified age group, or a specified gender.
In other embodiments of the present disclosure, the gender may not be limited, and as long as the target person is in the same line with different unregistered persons for a plurality of times within a period of time, an exception is reported, and whether an illegal act such as opening a casino exists needs to be checked.
In particular, in other embodiments of the present disclosure, peer events may also be identified without identifying the target person. At this time, a file can be established for two or more persons in the same row, and if the event in the same row of non-target persons triggers a certain alarm event, an alarm can be given. For example, if a plurality of persons who are not registered in the community enter and exit the community by the same trip in a nighttime period for a plurality of times within 10 days according to the same-trip event, alarm information may be generated to indicate that there may be illegal activities involving a plurality of persons. The method comprises the steps of obtaining video monitoring data, determining whether more than two persons have the event of the same line according to the video monitoring data, identifying characteristic data of target persons and the persons in the same line and recording the event of the same line under the condition that the event of the same line exists, and generating alarm information based on the event of the same line.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the method further comprises:
the method comprises the steps of collecting information of terminal equipment entering and exiting a community through a probe, and determining passing records of target personnel and co-workers based on video monitoring data and the information of the terminal equipment collected by the probe, wherein the probe comprises an IMSI probe and/or a WiFi probe, and the determining of the passing records of the target personnel and the co-workers based on the video monitoring data comprises determining the passing information of the target personnel and the co-workers based on face recognition and/or license plate recognition results.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the method further comprises:
one or more of water, electricity and gas costs of the resident are collected.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the method further comprises:
and acquiring the access control authorization quantity and the access control service condition of the resident.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the information of the personnel and the vehicles entering the community can be collected and recorded in the information system through a plurality of different data collection modes.
For example, a camera deployed at a community entrance can identify pedestrians and vehicles entering and exiting the community, and specific personnel information, vehicle license plate information, time of entering the community and other information can be determined and stored in an information system through identification of vehicle identifications.
For another example, the IMSI information of the person entering the community can be recorded by an IMSI probe deployed in the community; and mobile phone Mac information recording can be carried out on people entering the community through WiFi probes deployed in the community.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the living information of the user can be collected and recorded in the information system.
For example, municipal hydropower and gas related information systems are docked by using an inter-system interface docking mode, and monthly consumption cost of hydropower and gas of the households of community residents is collected.
If the community access control system supports the community access control card, the authorization number of the community access control card can be read, and information collection is carried out on the number of times of opening the door through the APP in a physical access control card operation or remote mode.
Through the multiple information, the system integrates portrait recognition, license plate recognition, IMSI probe, WiFi probe, access control system and water, electricity and gas information system butt joint, collects various comprehensive data such as community resident trip information and daily water, electricity and gas consumption, combines the service logic comprehensive analysis prefabricated by the system to obtain the result of the abnormal living condition of community residents, and can inform corresponding community management staff in time in a message informing mode. The alarm information can be output in real time when the alarm event is triggered, and can also be output at a specific time in a timing mode.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the alarm event may include an alarm event for a suspected group rental housing, and the method further includes generating a suspected group rental housing alarm if at least one of the following conditions is satisfied:
the total number of registered people of the resident and the total number of the people in the same row of the registered people of the resident exceeds a threshold number, wherein the registered people of the resident is the people registered under the resident, the registered people number of the resident is the number of the people registered under the resident, the threshold value can be 5 people for example, and when the total number of the people not registered in the same row of the registered people of each resident under the resident reaches more than 5 people, a suspected group renting alarm is generated;
if the access authorization number of the residents exceeds an authorization number threshold value, for example, the authorization threshold number of one room and one hall of a certain room is 5 persons, and if the access authorization number exceeds 5 persons, suspected group renting alarm is generated;
the cost information of the residents exceeds a cost threshold, for example, the increase amplitude of the water, electricity and gas counting in the last 3 months continuously exceeds 50 percent;
the door opening frequency of the household entrance guard exceeds a frequency threshold value, for example, the door opening frequency of the household entrance guard continuously lasts for more than 15 times every day for one month.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the alarm event may include an alarm event for a suspected vacant house, and the method further includes generating a suspected vacant house alarm if at least one of the following conditions is satisfied:
the resident has no registered person;
the passing record of the registered resident is not detected within a certain time, namely the passing record of the registered resident is not detected through the camera, the IMSI and the WiFi probes;
