The invention realizes the management of community population and community houses, the management of doubtful newly-added population, doubtful leaving population and doubtful vacant houses, and further provides important data reference for community security protection and the like.
In an embodiment, the associated feature information includes face feature information, body feature information, and feature information with an identification mark. The face feature information includes face features such as eyes, nose, mouth, and the like. The face feature information is captured by a face capturing machine (for example, a property management cell, which may include a face capturing machine disposed at a cell gate, and each floor position) disposed at an entrance and an exit of the community management area. The human body characteristic information comprises fingerprint characteristic information, voiceprint characteristic information, iris characteristic information, palm print characteristic information, vein characteristic information and the like. The characteristic information with the identification mark, namely the prestored characteristic information which can determine the identification information of the target object through the identification information, can be a string of character strings, such as identification card numbers or other numbers, and the numbers have uniqueness, so that the corresponding identification information can be obtained through the numbers; the character string may be pre-stored in an identification card, such as an identification card or RFID card. The identity information is the identity information of the target object and can include name, age, gender, certificate number, certificate photo and the like.
In an embodiment, behavior feature information of the target object in the community management area is determined according to the frequency and time regulation of the target object.
Specifically, if the number of times that the target object is detected by the detection device within a first set time period is greater than a set number of times but the target object cannot be detected in the management library, behavior feature information of the target object in the community management area is suspected to be newly added; if a certain target object can be detected in the management library but is not detected by the detection device within a second set time period, the behavior characteristic information of the target object in the community management area is suspected to leave. When determining whether the behavior feature information of a certain target object is suspected to leave, acquiring the associated feature information of the target object, and acquiring the corresponding associated feature information from the management library by traversing the management library.
More specifically, if a target object can be detected by the detection device in a fixed place in five days, morning and afternoon every day, but the target object is not found in the management library, the behavior feature information of the target object can be considered as a suspected new addition; if a target object can be detected in the management library, but the target object is not detected by the detection device within one month, the behavior feature information of the target object can be considered as suspected departure. The detection equipment can be a camera, a face snapshot, a card reader, a fingerprint identification device, an iris identification device and the like.
In one embodiment, the types of the house include a real house, an empty house, and a suspected empty house; if no personnel are registered in the house or all registered personnel are moved out, the house is an empty house; if the house has personnel registration, but all the registered personnel are suspected to leave, the house is suspected to be empty; the number of the real houses is equal to the number of all houses in the community management area, namely, empty houses, and suspected empty houses.
In an embodiment, when determining the house associated with the suspected newly-added target object, the house associated with the suspected newly-added target object is determined according to the motion trajectory of the suspected newly-added target object.
Specifically, a target object is determined, the target object is captured through a community management area gate, an entrance and an exit of each building/unit, a face capturing machine or a face door controller or a camera in each building/unit elevator and each floor corridor, a motion track of the target object is generated according to the time and the place of capturing the target object, and then house information related to the target object can be found according to the motion track. Of course, if there is not enough capturing devices, the motion track can be determined by an access card or the like, and the house type associated with the target object can be determined manually.
And determining the position of the target object which is last out according to the motion track of the target object, and further determining the house into which the target object enters. If the house into which the target object enters is an actual house, the target object can be considered to have a corresponding relationship with at least a homeowner of the actual house, possibly a visitor and possibly a relative. Then, at this time, a first management policy is generated to manage the target object. If the house where the target object enters is suspected to be empty, the house is suspected to be empty because the house is registered by the house personnel, but all registered personnel are suspected to leave, so that the house which is suspected to be empty is leased, and the second management strategy is generated to manage the target object. Of course, whether the house associated with the target object is leased or not is judged, and life index data associated with the house information can be acquired; and judging the use state of the house according to the life index.
If the house where the target object enters is an empty house, since the empty house is defined as no person is registered or all registered persons are removed, the behavior that the target object enters the house can be considered as a suspected dangerous behavior, and at this time, a third management policy can be generated to manage the target object.
It is understood that the strictness degree of the first management policy, the second management policy and the third management policy is increased in sequence. For example, the first management policy may be to let the property manager perform confirmation by contacting the property owner; the second management strategy can be to make the property management party perform door-to-door confirmation; the third management strategy can be that report information is generated and output to a community security manager, and the authenticity of the target object is rechecked through the community security manager.
In an embodiment, a motion trajectory of the suspected newly added target object is generated according to the time and the place of the detected suspected newly added target object. The track of the target object can be reflected by the device identifier of the device which detects the target object, wherein the device identifier comprises a device number and a device position.
Specifically, the time when the target object is detected and the corresponding location are sequenced according to the time sequence, and the motion trail of the target object is obtained based on the sequenced time and corresponding location of the target object.
Assume, 1, snapshot time: position of snapshot device at 9 am and 15 am on 30 am of 12 and 30 months in 2019: a1; 2. and (3) snapshot time: position of the snapshotting device at 9 am for 25 minutes in 30 am in 12/2019: b2; 3. and (3) snapshot time: 30 am at 9 am on 30 th of 12/2019, and the position of the snapshot device: c1; 4. and (3) snapshot time: position of the snapshotting device at 9 am and 40 am on 12/30/2019: D3. the walking trajectory of the target object can be determined, as shown in fig. 2, from a1 to B2, to C1, and finally to D3.
In steps S15 and S16, if the behavior feature information of the target object is suspected to leave, determining a house associated with the suspected leaving target object; and determining the state of the house associated with the suspected leaving target object according to the life index data of the house associated with the suspected leaving target object.
It can be understood that the target object suspected of leaving belongs to the registered population in the community management area, and the management library stores the associated characteristic information, the house information and the historical life index data of the target object; the house information includes a specific location of the house and the number of people living in the house. It is understood that the life index data of the house is related to the number of people living in the house, and the larger the number of people, the larger the life index data, and the smaller the number of people, the smaller the life index data. Thus, the state of the house associated with the target object can be judged by the life index data.
If a decrease in the number of occupants of the house is detected, i.e., if the house is detected to have a target object suspected of leaving, the life index data of the house should theoretically decrease. If the data of the living index of the house is not reduced or the reduction range is in a normal range, a certain room in the house can be regarded as being rented out; if the number of people living in the house is detected to be reduced, that is, the house is detected to have a target object which is suspected to leave, and the life index data of the house is also reduced correspondingly, the house can be regarded as not being rented out.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, a community management apparatus includes:
an associated feature information obtaining module 21, configured to obtain associated feature information of the target object;
a behavior feature information obtaining module 22, configured to determine, through the associated feature information, behavior feature information of the target object in a community management area, where the behavior feature information includes a suspected new addition and a suspected departure;
a first house determining module 23, configured to determine, when the behavior feature information of the target object is suspected to be newly added, a house associated with the suspected newly added target object;
a management policy generating module 24, configured to generate a corresponding management policy according to the type of the house associated with the suspected newly added target object;
a second house determining module 25, configured to determine, when the behavioral characteristic information of the target object is suspected to leave, a house associated with the suspected leaving target object;
a state determining module 26, configured to determine, according to the life index data of the house associated with the suspected departing target object, a state of the house associated with the suspected departing target object.
In an embodiment, the behavior feature information acquiring module determines the behavior feature information of the target object in the community management area according to the frequency and time regulation of the target object being detected.
In an embodiment, when determining the house associated with the suspected newly-added target object, the first house type determining module determines the house associated with the suspected newly-added target object through a motion trajectory of the suspected newly-added target object.
If the house into which the target object enters is the real house, the target object can be considered to have a corresponding relationship with at least a homeowner of the real house, and can be a visitor, a relative or a tenant of the real house.
In an embodiment, the first house type determining module generates a motion trajectory of the target object suspected of being newly added according to the time and the place of detecting the target object suspected of being newly added.
