Abstract

本发明公开了合金长丝与普通纱线混纺设备及工艺,属于纺织技术领域,包括机头、机体、机尾和设置在机头一侧的电脑控制箱,所述机体的内部从上之下依次设置有上罗拉、第一包覆锭子、第二包覆锭子、加热定型箱、下罗拉和收卷装置。本方案通过对设备进行了技术改造,用合金长丝作芯,然后用各种普通纱线进行一包和二包,然后定型,最后卷绕络筒成纱,实现了纱线在一台设备上完成包覆、加捻、络筒等流程,一体成纱,这项工艺属于国内首创,等同于纺纱界的芯片,这样既省工又省时、省力,大大地提高了经济效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,更具体地说,涉及合金长丝与普通纱线混纺设备及工艺。
背景技术
目前国内外尚无将金属长丝应用于纺织的实例,且用于纺织的金属纳米涂层抗菌除静电等。纳米涂层存在种种弊端,如:误入人体后难以清除、威胁人体健康、易对环境造成污染等,难以用于制作日常穿用的衣物。
目前国内外纱线复合混纺包芯包覆工艺流程复杂,费时费力,所有的机器都比较单一化,比如说纱线复合把两股纱线并在一起,先要用并线机并线,然后再拿到捻线机上进行加捻,然后再上络筒机络筒成纱。这样采用的机器工艺流程繁多,程序复杂,从时间上、效益上造成了极大的浪费。
国内尚无将金属丝应用于纺织的实例,且用于纺织的金属纳米涂层由于其本身颗粒过细使其移动性过强,易吸入人体,进入人体后甚至能穿越血脑屏障,且会因其难以降解而在器官内聚集,这些弊端由于纳米材料本身的物理性质难以避免,其次,纳米材料成本过高,且难以加工。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供合金长丝与普通纱线混纺设备及工艺,以解决上述的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案。
合金长丝与普通纱线混纺设备,包括机头、机体、机尾和设置在机头一侧的电脑控制箱,所述机体的内部从上之下依次设置有上罗拉、第一包覆锭子、第二包覆锭子、加热定型箱、下罗拉和收卷装置。
作为上述技术方案的进一步描述:所述机头的顶部设置有废气处理排风机,所述加热定型箱与废气处理排风机之间连通有废气排风管道。
作为上述技术方案的进一步描述:所述机体内设置与合金长丝对应的合金丝断线报警器和与包覆纱对应的包覆纱断线报警器。
本发明需要解决的另一技术问题是提供合金长丝与普通纱线混纺工艺,包括以下步骤:
一、备料:准备普通纱线的原料;
二、前纺:经前纺阶段将普通纱线原料制成成型良好的熟条,有规则地盘放在纺丝机中;
三、后纺:经后纺阶段将熟条形成具有一定捻度和强力的细纱并卷绕在筒管上,作包覆线,备用;
四、选取合金长丝,并均匀地卷绕在筒管上,备用;
五、取两筒包覆线放置在第一包覆锭子、第二包覆锭子上,将合金丝和包覆线喂入上罗拉,并经下罗拉进行牵引,同时以合金长丝为芯线,用包覆线对合金长丝进行包覆、加捻,其中,所述合金丝断线报警器和包覆纱断线报警器,实时监测合金长丝和包覆纱的断线情况并在断线时报警,提醒工作人员及时处理;
六、包覆完成后通过混纺设备上的所述加热定型箱进行加热定型,最后经收卷装置进行收卷。
作为上述技术方案的进一步描述:所述前纺阶段包括以下步骤:
①压缩:通过挤压机挤压原材料,以方便混合;
②除杂:清除原材料中的大部分杂质、疵点以及不宜纺纱的原纤维;
③纱线成卷;
④精梳;
⑤并条。
作为上述技术方案的进一步描述:所述并条包括以下步骤:
a、用6-8根棉条进行合并,改善棉条长度不均;
b、将棉条拉长抽细到规定重量,并进一步提高纤维伸直平行程度;
c、在并条机上进行棉条混合;
d、将圈条做成成型良好的熟条,有规则地盘放在纺丝机中。
作为上述技术方案的进一步描述:所述后纺阶段包括以下步骤:
①粗纱:对并条合成的熟条经过牵伸、加捻,使纱条具有一定的强力,以利于粗纱卷绕,并有助于纱条在细纱机上的退绕;
②细纱:将粗纱牵伸拉细到所需细度,并加捻,形成具有一定捻度和强力的细纱并卷绕在筒管上。
相比于现有技术,本发明的优点在于:
(1)本方案通过对设备进行了技术改造,用合金长丝作芯,然后用各种普通纱线进行一包和二包,然后定型,最后卷绕络筒成纱,实现了纱线在一台设备上完成包覆、加捻、络筒等流程,一体成纱,这项工艺属于国内首创,等同于纺纱界的芯片,这样既省工又省时、省力,大大地提高了经济效益。
(2)本方案采用合金长丝与各种普通纱线混纺解决抗菌、除静电的功能,并能达到和纳米涂层具有同等的效果,用合金长丝混纺纱线制作出来的衣物即能永久性除静电,又能永久性抗菌、除臭等功能,并且具有不怕水洗、没有重金属脱落、可以任意着色等优点,合金长丝混纺织物相较纳米涂层就克服了重金属污染的问题,制作工艺采用物理牵伸,一不排污、二不冒烟,完全环保,响应国家节能减排的发展趋势。
(3)本方案纺出的纱线可以有效抵抗新冠病毒、H3N2病毒、脊髓灰质炎病毒、H1N1病毒、肠道病毒71型、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌、白色念珠菌。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述;
请参阅图1~2,合金长丝与普通纱线混纺设备,包括机头1、机体2、机尾3和设置在机头1一侧的电脑控制箱4,其特征在于:机体2的内部从上之下依次设置有上罗拉5、第一包覆锭子6、第二包覆锭子7、加热定型箱8、下罗拉9和收卷装置10。
其中,机头1的顶部设置有废气处理排风机11,加热定型箱8与废气处理排风机11之间连通有废气排风管道12。
另外,机体2内设置合金丝断线报警器13和包覆纱断线报警器14,用于合金长丝或包覆纱断线报警。
本方案还提供一种合金长丝与普通纱线混纺工艺,包括以下步骤:
一、备料:准备普通纱线的原料,普通纱线的种类不做限定,可以根据需求调整;
二、前纺:经前纺阶段将普通纱线原料制成成型良好的熟条,有规则地盘放在纺丝机中;
三、后纺:经后纺阶段将熟条形成具有一定捻度和强力的细纱并卷绕在筒管上,作包覆线,备用;
四、选取合金长丝,并均匀地卷绕在筒管上,备用;
五、取两筒包覆线放置在第一包覆锭子6、第二包覆锭子7上,将合金丝和包覆线喂入上罗拉5,并经下罗拉9进行牵引,同时以合金长丝为芯线,用包覆线对合金长丝进行包覆、加捻,其中,合金丝断线报警器13和包覆纱断线报警器14,实时监测合金长丝和包覆纱的断线情况并在断线时报警,提醒工作人员及时处理;
六、包覆完成后通过混纺设备上的加热定型箱8进行加热定型,最后经收卷装置10进行收卷。

本方案的效果在于:
整体的集成密度高,省工又省力,制作工艺采用物理牵伸,一不排污、二不冒烟,完全环保,响应国家节能减排的发展趋势,且本方案纺出的纱线可以有效抵抗新冠病毒、H3N2病毒、脊髓灰质炎病毒、H1N1病毒、肠道病毒71型、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌、白色念珠菌。

Claims (5)

1.合金长丝与普通纱线混纺设备及工艺,包括机头(1)、机体(2)、机尾(3)和设置在机头(1)一侧的电脑控制箱(4),其特征在于:所述机体(2)的内部从上之下依次设置有上罗拉(5)、第一包覆锭子(6)、第二包覆锭子(7)、加热定型箱(8)、下罗拉(9)和收卷装置(10),
所述机头(1)的顶部设置有废气处理排风机(11),所述加热定型箱(8)与废气处理排风机(11)之间连通有废气排风管道(12),
所述机体(2)内设置与合金长丝对应的合金丝断线报警器(13)和与包覆纱对应的包覆纱断线报警器(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的合金长丝与普通纱线混纺设备及工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
一、备料:准备普通纱线的原料;
二、前纺:经前纺阶段将普通纱线原料制成成型良好的熟条,有规则地盘放在纺丝机中;
三、后纺:经后纺阶段将熟条形成具有一定捻度和强力的细纱并卷绕在筒管上,作包覆线,备用;
四、选取合金长丝,并均匀地卷绕在筒管上,备用;
五、取两筒包覆线放置在第一包覆锭子(6)、第二包覆锭子(7)上,将合金丝和包覆线喂入上罗拉(5),并经下罗拉(9)进行牵引,同时以合金长丝为芯线,用包覆线对合金长丝进行包覆、加捻,其中,所述合金丝断线报警器(13)和包覆纱断线报警器(14),实时监测合金长丝和包覆纱的断线情况并在断线时报警,提醒工作人员及时处理;
六、包覆完成后通过混纺设备上的所述加热定型箱(8)进行加热定型,最后经收卷装置(10)进行收卷。
3.根据权利要求4所述的合金长丝与普通纱线混纺工艺,其特征在于:所述前纺阶段包括以下步骤:
