Claims (8)

1. The quick die changing system of the die changing trolley comprises a machine table (1) and is characterized in that side plates (2) are fixed on two sides of the top of the machine table (1), a plurality of rotating rollers (3) are rotatably connected between the two side plates (2), a driving source for controlling the rotating rollers (3) to rotate is arranged at the rear end of the machine table (1), a die base (4) is placed at the top of each rotating roller (3), rectangular grooves (5) are formed in two sides of the bottom of each die base (4), a first rack (6) is fixed on the inner wall of the top of each rectangular groove (5), an inner cavity (7) is formed in the top of the machine table (1), and a limiting mechanism for limiting the die base (4) when moving on the rotating rollers (3) is arranged inside each inner cavity (7);

The rapid die changing system of a die changing trolley according to claim 1, wherein the limiting mechanism comprises two first telescopic devices (8) arranged at the bottom of the inner cavity (7), a supporting plate (9) is fixed at the top of each first telescopic device (8), a plurality of limiting rods (10) used for limiting the moving path of the die base (4) are fixed on two sides of the top of each supporting plate (9), and a limiting plate (11) used for blocking the die base (4) from moving is fixed on the other side of the top of each supporting plate (9).

The quick die changing system of the die changing trolley according to claim 1, wherein the driving mechanism comprises a driving device (14) installed at the top of the front end of the machine platform (1), the output end of the driving device (14) is fixed with one end of the screw rod (12), two groups of third telescopic devices (22) are fixed on two sides of the top of the first U-shaped plate (16), two groups of second telescopic devices (19) are fixed on two sides of the top of the second U-shaped plate (17), a rectangular plate (20) is fixed on the top of the second telescopic devices (19), a second rack (21) meshed with the first rack (6) is fixed on the top of the rectangular plate (20), a top plate (23) is fixed on the top of the two groups of third telescopic devices (22), and the top plate (23) is connected with the rectangular plate (20) in a sliding manner.
4. The rapid die changing system of a die changing trolley according to claim 3, wherein a T-shaped plate (24) is fixed on the top of the top plate (23), and a T-shaped groove (25) for the T-shaped plate (24) to slide is formed at the bottom of the rectangular plate (20).

The system for rapidly changing the mold of the mold changing trolley according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a sliding groove (27) for a corresponding sliding rod (26) to slide is formed in the first U-shaped plate (16), a baffle plate (28) is fixed at the end part of the sliding groove (27) close to the second U-shaped plate (17), and a convex plate (29) is fixed at the end part of the sliding rod (26) located in the sliding groove (27).

The system for rapidly changing the mold of the mold changing trolley according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the limiting rod (10), the limiting plate (11) and the rectangular plate (20) can penetrate through a gap between two adjacent rotating rollers (3), and a dragging plate (15) for supporting the driving device (14) is fixed at the top of the front end of the machine table (1).
