Referring to fig. 4, a biodegradable film production cooling device, further comprising a second slide rail 40, the second slide rail 40 is fixed on both sides of the upper surface of the worktable 5 by bolts, the second slide rail 40 is connected with a slide bar 41 in a sliding manner, one side of the two slide bars 41 is fixed with a same cutter 44 by bolts, the coiled biodegradable film can be directly divided by the arrangement of the cutter 44 on the slide bar 41, which not only facilitates the use of operators, but also ensures the smoothness of the cut of the produced film, avoids the waste of the film, one side of the slide bar 41 is fixed with a third rack by bolts, both sides of the worktable 5 are fixed with an inserting plate by bolts, one side of the inserting plate is provided with an inserting hole, the same adjusting rod is inserted in the inserting hole, one side of the adjusting rod is sleeved with an adjusting knob 43, both sides of the circumference of the adjusting rod are connected with adjusting gears 42 by keys, the arrangement of the adjusting gear 42 and the adjusting knob 43 on the adjusting rod can be, the required cutting force and the length of membrane are mastered accurately, the membrane can be fully used, and the adjusting gear 42 is meshed with the third rack.
