Description
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of skin care products, and particularly relates to a skin care grease composition, a preparation method thereof and a skin care product.
Background
The oil is a matrix material of a cosmetic formula and mainly plays roles in moistening, moisturizing, smoothing and the like. The oil can form a hydrophobic film on the surface of the skin, so that on one hand, the loss of moisture is inhibited, and the skin is prevented from being dried and cracked; on the other hand, the utility model can prevent the invasion of the external harmful substances to a certain extent and resist the attack of a plurality of factors in the nature. The common oils and fats used in cosmetic formulations include mineral oils and fats, synthetic oils and fats, and natural vegetable oils and fats. The natural vegetable oil has good affinity with skin and better permeability than mineral oil. More importantly, most of the natural vegetable oil contains unsaturated fatty acid which is necessary for human body, and can effectively resist free radical and delay senility. Therefore, more and more natural vegetable oil is added to cosmetic formulations as a basic functional ingredient for skin care.
However, natural vegetable oils and fats contain a large amount of unsaturated fatty acids, and are easily oxidized during long-term storage, particularly under high temperature and light conditions, to cause off-flavor, discoloration, and rancidity. This has a fatal effect on the formulation of cosmetics, which not only destroys the quality of skin care products, but also produces a series of substances harmful to the human body. Therefore, the oxidation stability of the oil directly influences the quality of the cosmetic formula, and the comprehensive control of the oxidation stability of the oil is very important for the formula design.

For example, "at least one (one) of a, b, or c," or "at least one (one) of a, b, and c," may each represent: a, b, c, a-b (i.e., a and b), a-c, b-c, or a-b-c, wherein a, b, and c may be single or plural, respectively.
It should be understood that, in various embodiments of the present invention, the sequence numbers of the above-mentioned processes do not mean the execution sequence, some or all of the steps may be executed in parallel or executed sequentially, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present invention.

The weight of the related components mentioned in the description of the embodiments of the present invention may not only refer to the specific content of each component, but also represent the proportional relationship of the weight among the components, and therefore, the content of the related components is scaled up or down within the scope disclosed in the description of the embodiments of the present invention as long as it is in accordance with the description of the embodiments of the present invention. Specifically, the mass in the description of the embodiments of the present invention may be a mass unit known in the chemical industry field such as μ g, mg, g, kg, etc.
The terms "first" and "second" are used for descriptive purposes only and are used for distinguishing purposes such as substances from one another, and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implying any number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of that feature.
The first aspect of the embodiments of the present application provides a skin care oil composition, which includes the following raw material components, by taking the total mass of the skin care oil composition as 100%:
in the skin care oil composition provided by the first aspect of the application, on one hand, oil components such as saturated liquid oil, unsaturated fatty acid and saturated fatty acid can form a hydrophobic film on the surface of skin, so that the skin care oil composition can inhibit the water loss of the skin, prevent the skin from chapping, and has the effects of moistening, moisturizing, softening the skin and the like. On the other hand, 26 to 34 percent of omega-3 unsaturated fatty acid, 32 to 42 percent of omega-6 unsaturated fatty acid and 18 to 30 percent of omega-9 unsaturated fatty acid are in balanced distribution, so that the skin care oil composition has the characteristics of oxidation resistance, inflammation resistance, oil stability improvement and the like, can form a protective film on skin, has the biological effects of reinforcing skin barrier and delaying skin aging, can effectively prevent oxidative denaturation of saturated liquid oil and saturated fatty acid, improves the overall anti-inflammatory capability and moisturizing effect of the oil composition, and enhances the skin barrier capability and oxidative stability.
In some embodiments, an Omega-3 (also known as Omega-3) polyunsaturated fatty acid is a fatty acid having one carbon-carbon double bond at the third carbon atom of the methyl terminus of the carbon chain, including: at least one of alpha-linolenic acid, eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid. The omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid grease of the embodiment of the application has a molecular structure containing a plurality of unsaturated bonds, so that the omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid grease is very easy to oxidize. In the grease composition, omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid protects other grease components from being oxidized by 'sacrificing' self unsaturated bonds, so as to achieve the biological effect of resisting inflammatory reaction.
In some embodiments, an Omega-6 (also known as Omega-6) polyunsaturated fatty acid is a fatty acid having one carbon-carbon double bond at the sixth carbon atom of the methyl terminus of the carbon chain, including: at least one of linoleic acid, gamma-linoleic acid, conjugated linoleic acid and arachidonic acid. The omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid disclosed by the embodiment of the application has the biological effects of softening the skin, forming a protective film on the skin, reinforcing the skin barrier and delaying skin aging. And the oxidation stability is higher because the unsaturated bonds in the omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid are less than those in the omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid.
In some embodiments, an Omega-9 (also known as Omega-9) unsaturated fatty acid having a carbon-carbon double bond at the ninth carbon atom of the methyl terminus of the carbon chain comprises: at least one of oleic acid, erucic acid and nervonic acid. In the embodiment of the application, the omega-9 unsaturated fatty acid has only 1 unsaturated C ═ C double bond, and has the strongest oxidation stability in omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 unsaturated fatty acids, so that the stability of omega-3, omega-6 and grease combination can be effectively improved.
In the skin care oil composition, 26-34% of omega-3 unsaturated fatty acid, 32-42% of omega-6 unsaturated fatty acid and 18-30% of omega-9 unsaturated fatty acid are in balanced distribution. Because of omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 unsaturated fatty acid, the functions and effects of all the components in the grease composition are different, and the proportion and the functions and effects of the three components need to be balanced. When the proportion of the omega-3, the omega-6 and the omega-9 unsaturated fatty acid is in the above percentage content ratio range, the three reach a balanced distribution state, and the three can better protect the other side and enhance the total antioxidant capacity of the unsaturated fatty acid through the synergistic effect of the three in balanced distribution, such as: the oxidized omega-3 is reduced by omega-6, and the oxidized omega-6 is reduced by omega-9, thereby enhancing the oxidation stability of other unsaturated grease. The oil and fat composition has the advantages of being most beneficial to playing the biological effects of reinforcing the skin barrier and delaying skin aging, and well protecting the oxidation stability of other oil and fat, so that the oil and fat composition has the optimal oxidation resistance, inflammation resistance and stability. Among them, omega-3 unsaturated fatty acid, because of having anti-inflammatory effects, if the proportion is too low, can't reach the ideal anti-inflammatory effect; if the ratio is too high, the oil is easily oxidized, so that the oil is easily rancid. Omega-6 unsaturated fatty acid has the effect of strengthening the skin barrier, and if the proportion is too low, ideal skin repairing and moisturizing effects cannot be achieved; if the ratio is too high, the oxidized ω -3 can be reduced, but the oxidized ω -3 itself causes rancidity of the oil. The omega-9 unsaturated fatty acid has the highest oxidation stability, and if the proportion is too low, oxidized omega-3 and omega-6 cannot be protected ideally; because it risks irritation to the skin and is milder and less favourable if the ratio is too high.
In some embodiments, the skin care oil composition may be prepared by extracting omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids, omega-6 unsaturated fatty acids, and omega-9 unsaturated fatty acids from natural vegetable oils such as avocado oil, sweet almond oil, rice bran oil, wheat germ oil, palm oil, coconut oil, olive oil, argan oil, sunflower seed oil, raspberry oil, dog rose hip oil, safflower oil, soybean oil, rapeseed oil, linseed oil, corn oil, and peanut oil, respectively, and mixing the extracts with saturated liquid oils and saturated fatty acids in a formula amount.
In other embodiments, the mixture of omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 unsaturated fatty acids can also be directly extracted from natural oil such as cranberry seed oil and macadamia nut oil. The content of omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 unsaturated fatty acid in the plants is generally in balanced distribution, and the omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 unsaturated fatty acid in balanced distribution can be directly extracted. In some embodiments, natural oil such as cranberry seed oil and macadamia nut oil containing omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 unsaturated fatty acids can be directly mixed with saturated liquid oil and saturated fatty acids to obtain the skin care oil composition.
In some embodiments, the saturated liquid grease is selected from: at least one of mineral oil, liquid paraffin oil, squalane, hydrogenated polyisobutene, hydrogenated polydecene, dioctyl ether, octyl dodecanol, dioctyl carbonate and caprylic capric triglyceride, wherein the saturated liquid oil can further stabilize the unsaturated oil and improve the moisturizing effect of the oil composition.
In some embodiments, the saturated fatty acids include: at least one of caprylic acid, capric acid, lauric acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, arachidic acid, and behenic acid. Because these saturated fatty acids have a higher molecular weight than unsaturated fatty acids, they can provide additional occlusive effects to the skin care oil composition, increasing the moisture retention and moisturization of the skin. These saturated fatty acids may be extracted from natural oils and fats, which include at least one of avocado oil, sweet almond oil, rice bran oil, wheat germ oil, palm oil, coconut oil, olive oil, argan oil, sunflower seed oil, raspberry oil, dog rose fruit oil, safflower oil, soybean oil, rapeseed oil, linseed oil, corn oil, peanut oil, cranberry seed oil, and macadamia nut oil.
In some preferred embodiments, the skin care oil composition comprises the following raw material components in percentage by mass based on 100% of the total mass of the skin care oil composition:
the skin care oil composition further limits the minimum content of saturated liquid oil, and further improves the effects of skin softening, moisture preservation, antioxidant stability and the like of the skin care oil composition.

The preparation method of the skin care oil composition is simple in process, simple and convenient to operate, and suitable for industrial large-scale production and application.
Specifically, in step S10, the step of obtaining an ω -3 unsaturated fatty acid, an ω -6 unsaturated fatty acid, and an ω -9 unsaturated fatty acid includes: the omega-3 unsaturated fatty acid, the omega-6 unsaturated fatty acid and the omega-9 unsaturated fatty acid are extracted from at least one natural oil of avocado oil, sweet almond oil, rice bran oil, wheat germ oil, palm oil, coconut oil, olive oil, argan oil, sunflower seed oil, raspberry oil, dog rose hip oil, safflower oil, soybean oil, rapeseed oil, linseed oil, corn oil and peanut oil. Wherein, the content of unsaturated fatty acid in the rapeseed oil is as follows: 11% Omega 3, 21% Omega 6, 61% Omega 9; the content of unsaturated fatty acid in safflower oil is: 1% Omega 3, 14% Omega 6, 77% Omega 9; the content of unsaturated fatty acid in linseed oil is as follows: 57% Omega 3, 18% Omega 6, 16% Omega 9; the content of unsaturated fatty acid in the sunflower seed oil is as follows: 1% Omega 3, 71% Omega 6, 16% Omega 9; the content of unsaturated fatty acid in the corn oil is as follows: 1% Omega 3, 57% Omega 6, 29% Omega 9; the content of unsaturated fatty acids in olive oil is: 1% Omega 3, 9% Omega 6, 75% Omega 9; the content of unsaturated fatty acids in soybean oil was: 8% Omega 3, 54% Omega 6, 23% Omega 9; the content of unsaturated fatty acid in the peanut oil is as follows: 0% Omega 3, 33% Omega 6, 48% Omega 9; the content of unsaturated fatty acid in palm oil is: 0% Omega 3, 10% Omega 6, 39% Omega 9; the content of unsaturated fatty acids in coconut oil is: 0% Omega, 32% Omega 6, 7% Omega 9; the content of unsaturated fatty acid in the avocado oil is as follows: 0.5% Omega 3, 18% Omega 6, 65% Omega 9; the content of unsaturated fatty acid in sweet almond oil is as follows: 1.1% Omega 3, 20% Omega 6, 69% Omega 9; the content of unsaturated fatty acid in the rice bran oil is as follows: 0.8% Omega 3, 39% Omega 6, 45% Omega 9; the content of unsaturated fatty acids in the wheat germ oil was: 6.4% Omega 3, 58% Omega 6, 17% Omega 9; the content of unsaturated fatty acids in the argan oil was: 0% Omega 3, 35% Omega 6, 45% Omega 9; the content of unsaturated fatty acid in the Rosa canina fruit oil is as follows: 30% Omega 3, 45% Omega 6, 13% Omega 9; the content of unsaturated fatty acid in the raspberry oil is: 32% Omega 3, 55% Omega 6, 11% Omega 9.
In other embodiments, the step of obtaining omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids, omega-6 unsaturated fatty acids, and omega-9 unsaturated fatty acids comprises: omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids, omega-6 unsaturated fatty acids and omega-9 unsaturated fatty acids are extracted from cranberry seed oil and/or macadamia nut oil in balanced distribution. In some embodiments, the inert atmosphere comprises at least one gas of nitrogen, argon, helium.
In some embodiments, the room temperature conditions are at a temperature of 20-37 ℃.
Specifically, in step S20, since the polarities of the saturated liquid oil and the unsaturated oil are different, it is necessary to increase the mixing rate to ensure that all the oils and fats are uniformly stirred. And carrying out second mixing treatment on the saturated fatty acid, the saturated liquid oil and the unsaturated fatty acid in balanced distribution at the rotating speed of 200-500 rpm to obtain the skin care oil composition.

When the proportion of the Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9 unsaturated fatty acids in the balanced distribution is within the range of the application, the effect of the pair of unsaturated fatty acids can be well synergistically protected, and the total antioxidant capacity of the unsaturated fatty acids is enhanced (for example, oxidized Omega 3 is reduced by Omega 6, and oxidized Omega 6 is reduced by Omega 9), so that the oxidation stability of other unsaturated oil is enhanced.
The above description is only exemplary of the present application and should not be taken as limiting the present application, as any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included in the protection scope of the present application.
