Abstract
本发明涉及一种包覆铜、锡、铅或其合金的锌粉的制备方法,使铜盐、锡盐、铅盐中的一种或一种以上和锌粉在溶剂中进行置换反应生成包覆铜、锡、铅或其合金的锌粉,所述溶剂为无水溶剂。本发明通过控制溶液条件进行置换反应,避免了反应性强的水体系,从而在置换反应过程中不会产生大量氢气和热,包覆的金属层厚度可控,制备过程温和。并且制备出的包覆铜、锡、铅或其合金的锌粉可用于锌锰电池、碱锰电池、中性水溶液锌离子电池以及锌空电池等,在电动工具、电动车、电网等储能方面有广阔的应用前景。

技术领域
本发明属于电化学工程与工业装置领域,特别涉及一种包覆铜、锡、铅或其合金的锌粉的制备方法。
背景技术
人类社会迈入工业化以来,对煤和石油等矿物能源的需求巨大,随着煤和石油等不可再生能源的巨大消耗而资源日益缺乏。二氧化碳排放加剧的温室效应和日渐严重的空气、生态环境的污染已经对我们赖以生活的地球家园构成了较为严峻的威胁。大力发展风能、太阳能等可再生能源是实现我国能源可持续发展的重要途径。可再生能源发电具有时差性和不稳定性,限制了其大规模并网利用。蓄电是解决可再生能源的不稳定性问题的一个有效方法,可实现可再生能源大规模应用。
化学蓄电池是电动工具、电动车、电网等储能的重要手段,是正在发展的储能技术,是智能电网、智能微网和能源互联网的关键技术之一。电池具有良好的电性能,且容易做到环保清洁无污染,因此竞争力很强,应用前景非常广阔。
锌基电池是化学蓄电池的重要分支,是化学电源的研发热点。锌的贮藏量丰富、价格便宜、比容量高,而且锌基电池的生产和使用不会对环境产生污染,是真正的绿色电池负极材料。由于具有这些优良特性,锌基电池,如锌镍二次电池、锌镍液流电池、锌溴电池等,备受研究者关注,成为储能电池的重要研发方向。
二次锌电极通常采用氧化锌(ZnO)粉和金属锌粉的混合物作为电极材料,一次锌电极通常采用金属锌粉作为电极材料。
在环保要求及国家支持下,电池锌粉无汞化等技术取得成功,有力支持和推动了中国锌基电池产业的发展。无汞锌粉的合金成分主要由铟、铋、铝、钙等合金组合。铟有较高的析氢过电位,能减缓锌的自溶,且使锌表面亲和性好,降低表面接触电阻;铋也是减缓锌的自溶;铝、钙的主要作用是改善锌的表面性能。铟、铋、铝、钙的组合还可以提高电池的放电容量。
金属锌粉在一次电池及二次电池中应用既作为活性物质部分参与放电(充放电),又起到导电剂的作用。在一次电池中,金属锌粉放电产生的氧化锌或氢氧化锌将覆盖在金属锌粉外表面,放电到指定程度后导电性下降将影响锌粉的进一步放电,降低锌粉的容量利用率。二次电池中,金属锌粉放电时也发生如一次电池中类似的效果。另外,二次锌电极的氧化锌(ZnO)粉和金属锌粉的混合物充电时,因氧化锌导电性较差而与金属锌粉接触的氧化锌粉颗粒才易于充电,从而导致极化和锌电极充电不足而衰减等问题。
金属锌的熔点419.5℃,因此难以直接在金属锌粉外表面包覆碳等导电材料。文献(Electrochimica Acta 105 (2013) 40– 46)研究了氧化锌外包覆导电碳的技术及电池应用,但导电碳析氢电位较低。电镀及化学镀技术可以在锌板或锌箔表面沉积一层铜等金属或合金;但是锌粉比表面远大于箔材,在水溶液中采用电镀、化学镀及浸镀均产生大量氢气泡和热,导致很难在锌粉表面均匀沉积铜等金属或合金层。
专利(申请号201510941019.0)设计了一种锌电极材料及其制备和应用,由锌粉通过在第二金属(所述第二金属为铁、锡、铅、铜、银、铂、金、铟、铋、铊、镓、镉中的一种或两种以上的合金)盐的可溶性酸溶液中置换反应得到,被置换出的金属在锌颗粒表面原位生长成一层第二金属壳,当金属壳完全覆盖锌颗粒表面时,置换反应停止,金属层厚度不会进一步增大。但是,由于锌粉比表面大,反应时产生大量氢气泡和热,有一定危险性;细锌粉容易发生热团聚并产生粗大颗粒,导致锌粉颗粒均匀性显著变化。此外,置换反应反应停止后第二金属层厚度约1μm,对于电池应用仍太薄,导电性和抑制枝晶的效果仍需提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种置换反应可控的包覆铜、锡、铅或其合金的锌粉的制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取如下技术方案:
本发明一方面提供了一种包覆铜、锡、铅或其合金的锌粉的制备方法,使铜盐、锡盐、铅盐中的一种或一种以上和锌粉在溶剂中进行置换反应生成包覆铜、锡、铅或其合金的锌粉,所述溶剂为无水溶剂。
根据一些具体且优选实施方式,所述溶剂为二恶烷、乙腈、丙腈、苯甲腈、二甲亚砜、二甲砜、环丁砜、γ-丁内酯、磷酸二乙酯、磷酸三乙酯、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺中的一种或一种以上。
根据一些具体且优选实施方式,所述铜盐为选自硝酸铜、硫酸铜、氯化铜、氯酸铜、高氯酸铜、溴化铜、溴酸铜、甲酸铜、乙酸铜、氟硼酸铜、氟磺酸铜、甲基磺酸铜、三氟甲基磺酸铜、苯磺酸铜、柠檬酸铜、酒石酸铜、氨三乙酸铜中的一种或一种以上;所述锡盐为选自硝酸锡、硫酸锡、氯化锡、氯酸锡、高氯酸锡、溴化锡、溴酸锡、甲酸锡、乙酸锡、氟硼酸锡、氟磺酸锡、甲基磺酸锡、三氟甲基磺酸锡、苯磺酸锡、柠檬酸锡、酒石酸锡、氨三乙酸锡中的一种或一种以上;所述的铅盐为选自硝酸铅、硫酸铅、氯化铅、氯酸铅、高氯酸铅、溴化铅、溴酸铅、甲酸铅、乙酸铅、氟硼酸铅、氟磺酸铅、甲基磺酸铅、三氟甲基磺酸铅、苯磺酸铅、柠檬酸铅、酒石酸铅、氨三乙酸铅中的一种或一种以上。
优选地,在反应起始状态下,所述铜盐的浓度为1~100 g/L,和/或,所述的锡盐的浓度为1~100g/L,和/或,所述的铅盐的浓度为1~100g/L。
根据一些具体且优选实施方式,所述置换反应还在还原剂的存在下进行,所述还原剂为选自甲醛、乙醛、乙二醛、葡萄糖、次磷酸钾、次磷酸钠、肼、硫酸肼、盐酸肼、二甲胺基硼烷、二乙氨基硼烷、硼氢化钠中的一种或一种以上。
进一步优选地,在反应起始状态下,所述的还原剂的浓度为10~100g/L。
根据一些具体且优选实施方式,所述置换反应还在助剂的存在下进行,所述助剂为选自硫酸、高氯酸、甲酸、乙酸、氟磺酸、甲基磺酸、三氟甲基磺酸、苯磺酸、柠檬酸、酒石酸、氨三乙酸、乙二胺、三乙醇胺、硼酸、乙二胺四乙酸、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钾、酒石酸钾、酒石酸钠、酒石酸钾钠、酒石酸铵、柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸钾、柠檬酸铵、乙酸钠、乙酸钾、乙酸铵、氢氧化钾、氢氧化钠中的一种或一种以上。
进一步优选地,在反应起始状态下,所述的助剂的浓度为10~110g/L。
根据一些具体且优选实施方式,在反应起始状态下,所述铜盐、锡盐、铅盐中的一种或一种以上的总质量与所述锌粉的总质量之比为1:1~3。
根据一些具体且优选实施方式,控制所述置换反应的温度为10~90℃。
根据一些具体且优选实施方式,控制所述置换反应的时间为0.1~1小时。
根据一些更为具体且优选实施方式,所述置换反应的具体实施方式包括如下步骤:
(1)将所述铜盐、锡盐、铅盐中的一种或一种以上加入到持续搅拌的溶剂中;
(2)将所述锌粉加入到步骤(1)得到的溶液中,并持续搅拌进行所述置换反应。
根据一些具体且优选实施方式,所述置换反应结束后,对悬浊液进行过滤,然后用所述溶剂进行清洗,再用甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、丁酮中的一种或一种以上的溶剂进行清洗,再在40~110℃下烘干得到所述的包覆铜、锡、铅或其合金的锌粉。
进一步优选地,用所述溶剂进行清洗的次数为1~3次。
进一步优选地,用所述甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、丁酮中的一种或一种以上的溶剂进行清洗的次数为1~3次。
优选地,所述锌粉的颗粒度不大于200目。
进一步优选地,所述锌粉的颗粒度不大于325目。
进一步优选地,所述锌粉的颗粒度大于2000目,进一步大于1250目,再进一步大于800目,更进一步大于625目,最优选大于425目。
优选地,所述包覆铜、锡、铅或其合金的锌粉中,所述铜、锡、铅或其合金的重量为所述包覆铜、锡、铅或其合金的锌粉总重量的比例不大于20%,优选大于10%,更优选大于15%。
本发明第二方面提供一种所述的制备方法制得的包覆铜、锡、铅或其合金的锌粉在电极中的应用。
优选地,所述包覆铜、锡、铅或其合金的锌粉作为电极活性成分用于电极中。
优选地,所述电极适用于碱性或中性水溶液电池体系。
由于以上技术方案的实施,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优势:
本发明通过控制溶液条件进行置换反应,避免了反应性强的水体系,从而在置换反应过程中不会产生大量氢气和热,包覆的金属层厚度可控,制备过程温和。并且制备出的包覆铜、锡、铅或其合金的锌粉可用于锌锰电池、碱锰电池、中性水溶液锌离子电池以及锌空电池等,在电动工具、电动车、电网等储能方面有广阔的应用前景。
具体实施方式
本发明通过铜盐、锡盐、铅盐中的一种或一种以上与锌在无水溶剂中发生电化学置换反应生成较薄的包覆金属层,并且由于在无水溶剂中进行,因此,反应过程中不会产生大量氢气和热,锌粉不易团聚。进一步地,在还原剂作用下包覆金属层可控增厚。本发明的制备方法具有制备成本低、活性高、污染少的优点,易于工业化应用。
由于本发明制备的包覆金属层的锌粉不仅在金属锌粉表面形成稳定的电子导电结构,而且在放电(或充放电)中易于保持活性物质形状,电化学性能高。在与氧化锌混合作为活性物质时,电极活性材料比常规方法得到的电极导电性更好、活性物质利用率高。本发明制备的包覆有金属层的锌粉可用于锌锰电池、碱锰电池、中性水溶液锌离子电池以及锌空电池等,在电动工具、电动车、电网等储能方面有广阔的应用前景。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述。但本发明并不限于以下实施例。实施例中采用的实施条件可以根据具体使用的不同要求做进一步调整,未注明的实施条件为本行业中的常规条件。本发明各个实施方式中所涉及到的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。如无特别说明,本发明的实施例中的原料和试剂均通过商业途径购买。
实施例1
包覆有金属铜层的锌粉制备方法。(1)室温下,将无水硫酸铜30g、酒石酸53g、乙二胺55ml分别缓慢加入到持续搅拌的溶剂中得到溶液,最终用溶剂定容为1L,其中溶剂为体积比1:1的二恶烷和二甲亚砜混合物;(2)将40g过200目筛的锌粉加入到步骤(1)的溶液中并持续搅拌1h(温度保持在约10℃);(3)将步骤(2)的悬浊液过滤,以(1)所用溶剂洗3次,再用乙醇洗3次,置于真空烘箱中真空40℃烘干24h以上,即得到包覆有金属铜层的锌粉。经检测,包覆铜占包覆有金属铜层的锌粉总重量的约18%。在制备过程中,金属锌与溶液中的铜离子反应,铜离子被金属锌置换并在锌粉颗粒表面沉积为金属铜薄层,反应的锌变成锌离子进入溶液。酒石酸和乙二胺组成缓冲溶液对铜离子有一定络合作用,能够缓和的进行置换反应;同时二恶烷和二甲亚砜混合物作为溶剂,其中不含水,降低了锌的反应活性,没有了锌直接与水反应析出氢气的副反应,从而降低发热、减轻锌粉团聚、结块等。
按照以上制备方法得到的包覆有金属铜层的锌粉用作碱锰电池负极材料(直接替代电池无汞锌粉),制备LR6电池的1W放电时间比用工业电池无汞锌粉的电池提高20%以上。
按照以上制备方法得到的包覆有金属铜的锌粉,在1mol/L硫酸锂和1mol/L硫酸锌的混合水溶液中测试的充放电比容量大于350mAh/g,可用做水系钠离子、锂离子电池负极材料。在7摩尔/升氢氧化钾溶液中测试的比容量大于400mAh/g,可用做锌镍电池负极材料。
实施例2
包覆有金属铜锡合金的锌粉制备方法。(1)室温下,将无水氯化铜16.1g、无水氯化亚锡2g、酒石酸50g分别缓慢加入到持续搅拌的溶剂中得到溶液,最终用溶剂定容为1L,其中溶剂为体积比1:1的二甲亚砜和乙腈的混合物;(2)将步骤(1)的溶液恒温于50℃,将40g过325目筛的锌粉加入到步骤(1)的溶液中并持续搅拌1h(并保持恒温50℃);(3)将步骤(2)得到的悬浊液过滤,以(1)所用溶剂洗3次,再用乙醇洗3次,置于真空烘箱中真空110℃烘干0.5h以上,即得到包覆有铜锡合金的锌粉。经检测,包覆铜锡合金占包覆有铜锡合金的锌粉总重量的约15%。在制备过程中,金属锌与溶液中的铜离子和锡离子反应,铜离子和锡离子被金属锌置换并在锌粉颗粒表面沉积为金属铜锡合金薄层,反应的锌变成锌离子进入溶液。由于溶剂基本不含水,基本消除了金属锌直接析出氢气的副反应,从而降低发热、减轻锌粉团聚、结块等。
按照以上制备方法得到的包覆有金属铜锡合金的锌粉用作碱性锌空电池的负极材料,按照文献(电池2007(37(5))380)方法制备成锌空电池负极并以相同条件进行放电,包覆有金属铜锡合金的锌粉放电比容量达到625.5mAh/g、利用率大于89%(仅锌),比该文献的588.8mAh/g的放电比容量提高约6.2%。
按照以上制备方法得到的包覆有金属铜锡合金的锌粉,在1mol/L硫酸钠和1mol/L硫酸锌的混合水溶液中测试的充放电比容量大于360mAh/g,可用做水系钠离子、锂离子电池负极材料。在7摩尔/升氢氧化钾溶液中测试的比容量大于400mAh/g,可用做锌镍电池负极材料。
实施例3
包覆有金属铜铅合金的锌粉制备方法。(1)10℃,将无水氯化铜16.1g、乙酸铅2g、酒石酸钾钠50g、乙二胺四乙酸二钠20g分别缓慢加入到持续搅拌的溶剂中得到溶液,最终用溶剂定容为1L,其中溶剂为体积比1:1的二甲砜和乙腈混合物;(2)将步骤(1)的溶液恒温于10℃,将40g过200目筛的锌粉加入到步骤(1)的溶液中并持续搅拌1h(并保持恒温10℃);(3)将步骤(2)的悬浊液过滤,以(1)所用溶剂洗3次,再用丁酮洗3次,置于真空烘箱中真空110℃烘干0.5h以上,即得到包覆有金属铜铅合金的锌粉。经检测,包覆铜铅合金占包覆有铜铅合金的锌粉总重量的约16%。在制备过程中,金属锌与溶液中的铜离子和铅离子反应,铜离子和铅离子被金属锌置换并在锌粉颗粒表面沉积为金属铜铅合金薄层,反应的锌变成锌离子进入溶液。由于溶剂基本不含水,基本消除了金属锌直接析出氢气的副反应,从而降低发热、减轻锌粉团聚、结块等。
按照以上制备方法得到的包覆有金属铜铅合金的锌粉用作碱性锌空电池的负极材料,按照文献(电池2007(37(5))380)方法制备成锌空电池负极并以相同条件进行放电,包覆有金属铜铅合金的锌粉放电比容量达到634.1mAh/g、利用率大于92%(仅锌),比该文献的588.8mAh/g的放电比容量提高约7.7%。
按照以上制备方法得到的包覆有金属铜铅合金的锌粉,在1mol/L硫酸锂和1mol/L硫酸锌的混合水溶液中测试的充放电比容量大于390mAh/g,可用做水系钠离子、锂离子电池负极材料。在7摩尔/升氢氧化钾溶液中测试的比容量大于430mAh/g,可用做锌镍电池负极材料。
实施例4
包覆有金属铅铜合金的锌粉制备方法。(1)90℃,将酒石酸铅17.8g、酒石酸铜2g、酒石酸钾钠50g、乙二胺四乙酸二钠20g分别缓慢加入到持续搅拌的溶剂中得到溶液,最终用溶剂定容为1L,其中溶剂为体积比1:1的环丁砜和γ-丁内酯混合物;(2)将步骤(1)的溶液恒温于90℃,将45g过400目筛的锌粉加入到步骤(1)的溶液中并持续搅拌1h(并保持恒温90℃);(3)将步骤(2)的悬浊液过滤,以(1)所用溶剂洗3次,再用甲醇洗3次,置于真空烘箱中真空80℃烘干10h以上,即得到包覆有金属铅铜合金的锌粉。经检测,包覆铜铅合金占包覆有铜铅合金的锌粉总重量的约20%。在制备过程中,金属锌与溶液中的铜离子和铅离子反应,铜离子和铅离子被金属锌置换并在锌粉颗粒表面沉积为金属铜铅合金薄层,反应的锌变成锌离子进入溶液。由于溶剂基本不含水,基本消除了金属锌直接析出氢气的副反应,从而降低发热、减轻锌粉团聚、结块等。
按照以上制备方法得到的包覆有金属铅铜合金的锌粉用作碱性锌空电池的负极材料,按照文献(电池2007(37(5))380)方法制备成锌空电池负极并以相同条件进行放电,包覆有金属铅铜合金的锌粉放电比容量达到635mAh/g以上。
按照以上制备方法得到的包覆有金属铅铜合金的锌粉,在1mol/L硫酸锂和1mol/L硫酸锌的混合水溶液中测试的充放电比容量大于380mAh/g,可用做水系钠离子、锂离子电池负极材料。在7摩尔/升氢氧化钾溶液中测试的比容量大于410mAh/g,可用做锌镍电池负极材料。
实施例5
包覆有金属铅铜合金的锌粉制备方法。(1)90℃,将酒石酸铅17.8g、酒石酸铜2g、酒石酸钾钠50g、二甲基氨基硼烷20g分别缓慢加入到持续搅拌的溶剂中得到溶液,最终用溶剂定容为1L,其中溶剂为体积比1:1的环丁砜和γ-丁内酯混合物;(2)将步骤(1)的溶液恒温于90℃,将45g过400目筛的锌粉加入到步骤(1)的溶液中并持续搅拌0.2h(并保持恒温90℃);(3)将步骤(2)的悬浊液过滤,以(1)所用溶剂洗3次,再用甲醇洗3次,置于真空烘箱中真空80℃烘干10h以上,即得到包覆有金属铅铜合金的锌粉。经检测,包覆铜铅合金占包覆有铜铅合金的锌粉总重量的约20%。在制备过程中,金属锌与溶液中的铜离子和铅离子反应,铜离子和铅离子被金属锌置换并在锌粉颗粒表面沉积为金属铜铅合金薄层,反应的锌变成锌离子进入溶液。由于溶剂基本不含水,基本消除了金属锌直接析出氢气的副反应,从而降低发热、减轻锌粉团聚、结块等。
按照以上制备方法得到的包覆有金属铅铜合金的锌粉用作碱性锌空电池的负极材料,按照文献(电池2007(37(5))380)方法制备成锌空电池负极并以相同条件进行放电,包覆有金属铅铜合金的锌粉放电比容量达到630mAh/g以上。
按照以上制备方法得到的包覆有金属铅铜合金的锌粉,在1mol/L硫酸锂和1mol/L硫酸锌的混合水溶液中测试的充放电比容量大于370mAh/g,可用做水系钠离子、锂离子电池负极材料。在7摩尔/升氢氧化钾溶液中测试的比容量大于400mAh/g,可用做锌镍电池负极材料。

Claims (10)
1.一种包覆铜、锡、铅或其合金的锌粉的制备方法,使铜盐、锡盐、铅盐中的一种或一种以上和锌粉在溶剂中进行置换反应生成包覆铜、锡、铅或其合金的锌粉,其特征在于:所述溶剂为无水溶剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包覆铜、锡、铅或其合金的锌粉的制备方法,其特征在于:所述溶剂为二恶烷、乙腈、丙腈、苯甲腈、二甲亚砜、二甲砜、环丁砜、γ-丁内酯、磷酸二乙酯、磷酸三乙酯、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺中的一种或一种以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的包覆铜、锡、铅或其合金的锌粉的制备方法,其特征在于:所述铜盐为选自硝酸铜、硫酸铜、氯化铜、氯酸铜、高氯酸铜、溴化铜、溴酸铜、甲酸铜、乙酸铜、氟硼酸铜、氟磺酸铜、甲基磺酸铜、三氟甲基磺酸铜、苯磺酸铜、柠檬酸铜、酒石酸铜、氨三乙酸铜中的一种或一种以上;所述锡盐为选自硝酸锡、硫酸锡、氯化锡、氯酸锡、高氯酸锡、溴化锡、溴酸锡、甲酸锡、乙酸锡、氟硼酸锡、氟磺酸锡、甲基磺酸锡、三氟甲基磺酸锡、苯磺酸锡、柠檬酸锡、酒石酸锡、氨三乙酸锡中的一种或一种以上;所述的铅盐为选自硝酸铅、硫酸铅、氯化铅、氯酸铅、高氯酸铅、溴化铅、溴酸铅、甲酸铅、乙酸铅、氟硼酸铅、氟磺酸铅、甲基磺酸铅、三氟甲基磺酸铅、苯磺酸铅、柠檬酸铅、酒石酸铅、氨三乙酸铅中的一种或一种以上。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的包覆铜、锡、铅或其合金的锌粉的制备方法,其特征在于:在反应起始状态下,所述铜盐的浓度为1~100 g/L,和/或,所述的锡盐的浓度为1~100g/L,和/或,所述的铅盐的浓度为1~100g/L。
5.根据权利要求1所述的包覆铜、锡、铅或其合金的锌粉的制备方法,其特征在于:所述置换反应还在还原剂的存在下进行,所述还原剂为选自甲醛、乙醛、乙二醛、葡萄糖、次磷酸钾、次磷酸钠、肼、硫酸肼、盐酸肼、二甲胺基硼烷、二乙氨基硼烷、硼氢化钠中的一种或一种以上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的包覆铜、锡、铅或其合金的锌粉的制备方法,其特征在于:在反应起始状态下,所述的还原剂的浓度为10~100g/L。
7.根据权利要求1所述的包覆铜、锡、铅或其合金的锌粉的制备方法,其特征在于:所述置换反应还在助剂的存在下进行,所述助剂为选自硫酸、高氯酸、甲酸、乙酸、氟磺酸、甲基磺酸、三氟甲基磺酸、苯磺酸、柠檬酸、酒石酸、氨三乙酸、乙二胺、三乙醇胺、硼酸、乙二胺四乙酸、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钾、酒石酸钾、酒石酸钠、酒石酸钾钠、酒石酸铵、柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸钾、柠檬酸铵、乙酸钠、乙酸钾、乙酸铵、氢氧化钾、氢氧化钠中的一种或一种以上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的包覆铜、锡、铅或其合金的锌粉的制备方法,其特征在于:在反应起始状态下,所述的助剂的浓度为10~110g/L。
9.根据权利要求1所述的包覆铜、锡、铅或其合金的锌粉的制备方法,其特征在于:在反应起始状态下,所述铜盐、锡盐、铅盐中的一种或一种以上的总质量与所述锌粉的总质量之比为1:1~3。
10.根据权利要求1所述的包覆铜、锡、铅或其合金的锌粉的制备方法,其特征在于:控制所述置换反应的温度为10~90℃,和/或,控制所述置换反应的时间为0.1~1小时。
