技术领域
本发明涉及汽车变速器技术领域,具体为一种分布式混合动力车辆驱动装置。
背景技术
随着现代社会环境的污染以及能源问题的加剧,国际以及中国均在大力倡导新能源汽车的开发,由于混合动力比较符合中国国情,因此,其变速器***构型也就成为各公司研发的重点,现有的变速器***构型不能满足多种工作实况,且对电机扭矩需求和制造成本都较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种分布式混合动力车辆驱动装置,能够满足更多工作实况,同时也能降低电机扭矩需求和制造成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种分布式混合动力车辆驱动装置,包括动力源一、动力源二、动力源三、PGS行星排组件以及差速器总成,所述动力源一、动力源二、PGS行星排组件均以变速器内壳体为载体进行构建;
所述动力源一包括ISG电机和第一传动组件,所述第一传动组件包括第一传动齿轮、第二传动齿轮,所述ISG电机通过ISG电机轴与第一传动齿轮连接,所述第一传动齿轮与第二传动齿轮啮合;
所述动力源二包括TM电机和第二传动组件,所述第二传动组件包括第三传动齿轮、第四传动齿轮,TM电机通过TM电机轴与第三传动齿轮连接,所述第三传动齿轮与第四传动齿轮啮合;
所述动力源三为发动机;
所述PSG行星排组件包括PGS行星排太阳轮、PGS行星排行星轮、PGS行星排行星架以及PGS行星排齿圈,PGS行星排行星轮设置在PGS行星排行星架上且同时与PGS行星排太阳轮和PGS行星排齿圈啮合,所述第二传动齿轮与PGS行星排太阳轮同轴固定连接,所述第四传动齿轮与PGS行星排齿圈同轴固定连接,所述PGS行星排行星架同轴固定在发动机的发动机输入轴上,所述PGS行星排齿圈的转轴与车辆车桥上的差速器总成通过锥齿轮组连接;

优选的,所述动力源一或动力源二均以PGS行星排组件的轴线为中心周向分布有至少一组。
优选的,每组所述第一传动组件共用第二传动齿轮;

优选的,每组ISG电机或TM电机分别以前向或后向等方式组合耦合排布。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
在本发明中,ISG电机通过ISG电机轴与第一传动齿轮相连,进而通过第二传动齿轮与PGS行星排太阳轮相连接,TM电机通过TM电机轴与第三传动齿轮相连,进而通过第四传动齿轮与PGS行星排齿圈相连接,PGS行星排齿圈与车辆车桥的差速器总成相连接,可以将动力传递至汽车车轮,通过各动力源不同组合使用,能够实现多挡位混动和纯电动等多种工作模式,满足更多工作实况,同时也能降低电机扭矩需求和制造成本;根据车辆工况需求,多组ISG电机和TM电机可协同或单独工作,降低电机失效率,进而提高变速器可靠性;多组ISG电机和TM电机可选择性能以及几何尺寸相同的电机型号,降低电机开发成本;多组ISG电机和TM电机以PGS行星排组件的轴线为中心周向分布,周向上可布置在相同位置,亦可以前向或后向等方式组合耦合排布,变速器结构紧凑,便于安装,并可降低制造成本。

该动力源一包括ISG电机3和第一传动组件2,所述第一传动组件2包括第一传动齿轮2A、第二传动齿轮2B,所述ISG电机3通过ISG电机轴10与第一传动齿轮2A连接,所述第一传动齿轮2A与第二传动齿轮2B啮合;该述动力源二包括TM电机6和第二传动组件5,所述第二传动组件5包括第三传动齿轮5A、第四传动齿轮5B,TM电机6通过TM电机轴11与第三传动齿轮5A连接,所述第三传动齿轮5A与第四传动齿轮5B啮合;该动力源三为发动机1;该PSG行星排组件4包括PGS行星排太阳轮4A、PGS行星排行星轮4D、PGS行星排行星架4B以及PGS行星排齿圈4C,PGS行星排行星轮4D设置在PGS行星排行星架4B上且同时与PGS行星排太阳轮4A和PGS行星排齿圈4C啮合,所述第二传动齿轮2B与PGS行星排太阳轮4A同轴固定连接,所述第四传动齿轮5B与PGS行星排齿圈4C同轴固定连接,所述PGS行星排行星架4B同轴固定在发动机1的发动机输入轴12上,所述PGS行星排齿圈4C的转轴与车辆车桥7上的差速器总成8通过锥齿轮组连接;该发动机1、第二传动齿轮2B、PGS行星排太阳轮4A、PGS行星排行星架4B、PGS行星排齿圈4C、以及第四传动齿轮5B的轴线重合。
动力源一工作时,ISG电机3通过ISG电机轴10将扭矩传递给第一传动齿轮2A,继而传递至与第一传动齿轮2A啮合的第二传动齿轮2B,因为第二传动齿轮2B与PGS行星排太阳轮4A同轴固定连接,所以继而将扭矩传递至PGS行星排太阳轮4A,PGS行星排太阳轮4A通过PGS行星排行星轮4D将扭矩传递至PGS行星排齿圈4C,由于PGS行星排齿圈4C的转轴与车辆车桥7上的差速器总成8通过锥齿轮组连接,所以可以将扭矩传递至车辆车桥7上,带动汽车车轮转动。
动力源二工作时,TM电机6通过TM电机轴11将扭矩传递给第三传动齿轮5A,继而传递至于第三传动齿轮5A啮合的第四传动齿轮5B,由于第四传动齿轮5B与PGS行星排齿圈4C同轴固定连接,PGS行星排齿圈4C的转轴又与车辆车桥7上的差速器总成8通过锥齿轮组连接,所以可以将扭矩传递至车辆车桥7上,带动汽车车轮转动。
动力源三工作时,发动机1通过发动机输入轴12将扭矩传递至PGS行星排行星架4B上,PGS行星排行星架4B通过PGS行星排行星轮4D带动PGS行星排齿圈4C转动,通过PGS行星排齿圈4C的转轴又与车辆车桥7上的差速器总成8通过锥齿轮组连接,所以可以将扭矩传递至车辆车桥7上,带动汽车车轮转动。
具体来说,所述发动机1输出端连接有TSA扭转减振器9,所述TSA扭转减振器9通过花键与发动机输入轴12相连。
具体来说,所述动力源一以PGS行星排组件4的轴线为中心周向分布有至少一组,且每组第一传动组件共用第二传动齿轮2B;动力源二以PGS行星排组件4的轴线为中心周向分布有至少一组,且每组第二传动组件5共用第四传动齿轮5B;每个ISG电机3与每个TM电机6均以PGS行星排组件4的轴线为中心周向分布,且与PGS行星排组件4的中心距两两相等,ISG电机3和TM电机6均能够前向排布或后向排布,且ISG电机3和TM电机6周向上布置在相同位置。
在本实施例中,动力源一设置有一组,动力源二设置有三组,具体来说,一个ISG电机3与三个TM电机6以PGS行星排组件4的轴线为中心周向分布,且ISG电机3为前向排布,TM电机6为后向分布,ISG电机3和TM电机6在周向上距离PGS行星排组件4的轴线的距离相同。
车辆在实际行驶过程中,各动力源组合使用将产生六种不同的工作模式,下面将对多个档位纯电动驱动和混合动力驱动下的工作过程进行描述,各工作模式和动力源组合使用的控制关系如图3所示,其中〇表示处于不工作状态,●表示处于工作状态,●的个数代表电机同时工作个数。
在纯电动模式时,发动机1和ISG电机3不工作,TM电机6工作,当只有一个TM电机工作时,定义为第一挡位纯电动驱动模式EV1;当同时有两个TM电机工作时,定义为第二挡位纯电动驱动模式EV2;当三个TM电机同时工作时,定义为第三挡位纯电动驱动模式EV3。
在混合动力驱动模式下,发动机1、ISG电机3以及TM电机6同时处于工作状态,可实现***串联驱动或原地给电池包充电;当只有一个TM电机工作时,定义为第一挡位混合动力驱动模式HEV1;当同时有两个TM电机工作时,定义为第二挡位混合动力驱动模式HEV2;当三个TM电机同时工作时,定义为第三挡位混合动力驱动模式HEV3。
实施例二
如图4所示,在实施例一的基础上,对动力源一和动力源二的数量和布置方向进行改进,改进后的动力源一和动力源二可分别至少设置一组,ISG电机3与TM电机6以PGS行星排组件4的轴线为中心周向分布,且ISG电机3为后向排布,TM电机6为前向分布。
实施例三
如图5所示,在实施例一的基础上,对动力源一和动力源二的数量和布置方向进行改进,改进后的动力源一和动力源二可分别至少设置一组,ISG电机3与TM电机6以PGS行星排组件4的轴线为中心周向分布,且ISG电机3和TM电机6均为前向分布。
实施例四
如图6所示,在实施例一的基础上,对动力源一和动力源二的数量和布置方向进行改进,改进后的动力源一和动力源二均分别至少设置一组,ISG电机3与TM电机6以PGS行星排组件4的轴线为中心周向分布,且两个ISG电机3和两个TM电机6均为后向分布。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的第一实施例、第二实施例、第三实施例以及第四实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (7)

1.一种分布式混合动力车辆驱动装置,包括动力源一、动力源二、动力源三、PGS行星排组件(4)以及差速器总成(10),所述动力源一、动力源二、PGS行星排组件(4)均以变速器内壳体为载体进行构建,其特征在于:
所述动力源一包括ISG电机(3)和第一传动组件,所述第一传动组件包括第一传动齿轮(2A)、第二传动齿轮(2B),所述ISG电机(3)通过ISG电机轴(10)与第一传动齿轮(2A)连接,所述第一传动齿轮(2A)与第二传动齿轮(2B)啮合;
所述动力源二包括TM电机(6)和第二传动组件(5),所述第二传动组件包括第三传动齿轮(5A)、第四传动齿轮(5B),TM电机(6)通过TM电机轴(11)与第三传动齿轮(5A)连接,所述第三传动齿轮(5A)与第四传动齿轮(5B)啮合;
所述动力源三为发动机(1);
所述PSG行星排组件(4)包括PGS行星排太阳轮(4A)、PGS行星排行星轮(4D)、PGS行星排行星架(4B)以及PGS行星排齿圈(4C),PGS行星排行星轮(4D)设置在PGS行星排行星架(4B)上且同时与PGS行星排太阳轮(4A)和PGS行星排齿圈(4C)啮合,所述第二传动齿轮(2B)与PGS行星排太阳轮(4A)同轴固定连接,所述第四传动齿轮(5B)与PGS行星排齿圈(4C)同轴固定连接,所述PGS行星排行星架(4B)同轴固定在发动机(1)的发动机输入轴(12)上,所述PGS行星排齿圈(4C)的转轴与车辆车桥(7)上的差速器总成(8)通过锥齿轮组连接;
所述发动机(1)、第二传动齿轮(2B)、PGS行星排太阳轮(4A)、PGS行星排行星架(4B)、PGS行星排齿圈(4C)、以及第四传动齿轮(5B)的轴线重合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种分布式混合动力车辆驱动装置,其特征在于:所述发动机(1)输出端连接有TSA扭转减振器(9),所述TSA扭转减振器(9)通过花键与发动机输入轴(12)相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种分布式混合动力车辆驱动装置,其特征在于:所述ISG电机(3)与TM电机(6)以PGS行星排组件(4)的轴线为中心周向分布。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种分布式混合动力车辆驱动装置,其特征在于:所述动力源一或动力源二均以PGS行星排组件(4)的轴线为中心周向分布有至少一组。
5.据权利要求4所述的一种分布式混合动力车辆驱动装置,其特征在于:每组所述第一传动组件(2)共用第二传动齿轮(2B)。
6.据权利要求4所述的一种分布式混合动力车辆驱动装置,其特征在于:每组所述第二传动组件(5)共用第四传动齿轮(5B)。
7.据权利要求4所述的一种分布式混合动力车辆驱动装置,其特征在于:每组ISG电机(3)或TM电机(6)分别以前向或后向等方式组合耦合排布。
