发明内容
本发明的目的是:旨在提供一种混合动力汽车动力***,使汽车动力***传动结构结构更加紧凑,并且能够实现不同的动力输出方式以及在各个不同的动力输出方式中能够实现转换不同的两驱四驱方式,同时具有原地发电、巡航和低负荷辅助、行进充电以及制动能量回收等功能,具有更加多样的功能变化,能够高效的利用多余的动能。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种混合动力汽车动力***,包括第一驱动端和第二驱动端,所述第一驱动端包括有第一驱轴,所述第一驱轴前端连接有发动机,所述发动机与第一驱轴之间设有离合器,所述第二驱动端包括有第二驱轴,所述第一驱轴外侧套设有第一轴套,所述第二驱轴外侧套设有的第二轴套,所述第一轴套外侧和第二轴套外侧共同套设有齿圈,所述第一轴套前端连接有启动电机,所述齿圈前端连接有第一输出端,所述第一轴套后端固定设有第一太阳轮,所述第一驱轴后端设有第一行星传动机构,所述第一行星传动机构分别与第一太阳轮以及齿圈传动连接;

齿圈8锁死,第一联轴键18、第二联轴键19和联轴器20之间断开连接,使第一驱轴1和第二驱轴4之间断开,启动电机7的48V BSG电机启动,带动第一轴套5的第一太阳轮10转动,从而使第一行星轮12带动第一行星架11转动,从而使第一驱轴1转动,使发动机2转速由零快速增加至怠速以上,使汽车快速启动;当汽车采用第一输出端9输出动力时,第一联轴键18、第二联轴键19和联轴器20之间断开连接,将第二行星架14和第二太阳轮16锁死,发动机2的动力通过第一驱轴1、第一太阳轮10、第一行星架11和第一行星轮12将动力传动至齿圈8中,从而将动力从第一输出端9输出;当汽车采用第二输出端17输出动力时,第一联轴键18、第二联轴键19和联轴器20之间连接,将齿圈8锁死,发动机2的动力通过第一驱轴1传递至第二驱轴4,由第二驱轴4将动力通过第二行星架14和第二行星轮15传递至第二太阳轮16,从而使动力从第二轴套6的第二输出端17输出;当汽车同时采用第一输出端9和第二输出端17输出动力时,第一联轴键18、第二联轴键19和联轴器20之间断开连接,发动机2的动力通过第一驱轴1通过第一太阳轮10、第一行星架11和第一行星轮12将动力输出至齿圈8,使第一输出端9输出动力的同时,齿圈8会通过第二行星架14和第二行星轮15将动力传递至第二太阳轮16,从而使第二输出端17输出动力;
②电动机13作为单独的动力输出时:
当汽车采用第一输出端9输出动力时,第一联轴键18、第二联轴键19和联轴器20之间断开连接,将第二太阳轮16锁死,电动机13的动力输出至第二驱轴4,第二驱轴4通过第二行星架14和第二行星轮15将动力传递至齿圈8,从而将动力从第一输出端9输出;当汽车采用第二输出端17输出动力时,第一联轴键18、第二联轴键19和联轴器20之间断开连接,将齿圈8锁死,电动机13的动力输出至第二驱轴4,第二驱轴4通过第二行星架14、第二行星轮15和第二太阳轮16将动力传递至第二轴套6,从而将动力通过第二输出端17输出;当汽车同时采用第一输出端9和第二输出端17输出动力时,第一联轴键18、第二联轴键19和联轴器20之间断开连接,电动机13的动力输出至第二驱轴4,第二驱轴4通过第二行星架14和第二行星轮15,将动力传递至第二太阳轮16和齿圈8,第二太阳轮16通过第二输出端17将动力输出,齿圈8通过第一输出端9将动力输出;
③同时使用发动机2和电动机13作为动力输出时:
当汽车采用第一输出端9输出动力时,第一联轴键18、第二联轴键19和联轴器20之间断开连接,将第二太阳轮16锁死,发动机2的动力通过第一驱轴1传递至齿圈8,同时,电动机13的动力通过第二驱轴4传递至齿圈8,齿圈8将动力通过第一输出端9输出;当汽车采用第二输出端17输出动力时,第一联轴键18、第二联轴键19和联轴器20之间连接,将齿圈8锁死,发动机2的动力先由第一驱轴1传递至第二驱轴4,再由第二驱轴4将动力通过第二输出端17输出,同时,电动机13的动力通过第二驱轴4直接传递至第二输出端17输出;当汽车同时采用第一输出端9和第二输出端17输出动力时,第一联轴键18、第二联轴键19和联轴器20之间断开连接,发动机2的动力通过第一驱轴1传递至齿圈8,通过第一输出端9将动力输出,电动机13的动力通过第二驱轴4传递至第二轴套6,通过第二输出端17将动力输出。在发动机2工作中,第一驱轴1的输出扭矩要求较高时,启动电机7的48V BSG电机处于用电运行状态,输出辅助动力至第一轴套5,从而能够对发动机2的输出扭矩进行辅助;第一驱轴1的输出扭矩要求较低时,发动机2的输出功率溢出,此时,多余的输出功率将带动启动电机7的48V BSG电机转动,从而对48V BSG电机的48V蓄电池进行充电;
④原地发电:
第一联轴键18、第二联轴键19和联轴器20之间连接,将齿圈8和第二太阳轮16锁死,发动机2输出动力,车辆将保持原地不动的状态,第一驱轴1会将动力传递至第一轴套6和第二驱轴4,第一轴套6输出的动力使48V BSG电机转动,从而对48V蓄电池进行充电,第二驱轴4输出的动力能够带动电动机13转动,从而对车辆驱动电池进行充电;
⑤巡航和低负荷状态:
发动机2停止工作,由启动电机7的48V BSG电机提供很小的输出动力,维持巡航和低负荷状态所需动力;
⑥行进中充电:
在第一输出端9和第二输出端17的转动时,能够分别驱动启动电机7的48V BSG电机以及电动机13转动,从而在车辆的行进过程中,能够对48V蓄电池和车辆驱动电池充电;
⑦制动能量回收:
车辆在制动减速时,车辆轮毂带动电动机13转动,使车辆的制动能量能够通过电动机13转动为车辆蓄电池充电;
本发明能够使汽车动力***传动结构结构更加紧凑,并且能够实现不同的动力输出方式以及在各个不同的动力输出方式中能够实现转换不同的两驱四驱方式,同时具有原地发电、巡航和低负荷辅助、行进充电以及制动能量回收等功能,具有更加多样的功能变化,能够高效的利用多余的动能。
请参阅图1,齿圈8为两级齿圈,第一行星轮12和第二行星轮15分别与齿圈8的两级相啮合。
同时,启动电机7为48V BSG电机。这样的方式,采用48V BSG电机通过皮带传动在极短时间内将发动机转速由零增加至怠速以上,从而实现汽车的快速起停。

Claims (6)

1.一种混合动力汽车动力***,包括第一驱动端和第二驱动端,所述第一驱动端包括有第一驱轴,所述第一驱轴前端连接有发动机,所述发动机与第一驱轴之间设有离合器,所述第二驱动端包括有第二驱轴,其特征在于:所述第一驱轴外侧套设有第一轴套,所述第二驱轴外侧套设有的第二轴套,所述第一轴套外侧和第二轴套外侧共同套设有齿圈,所述第一轴套前端连接有启动电机,所述齿圈前端连接有第一输出端,所述第一轴套后端固定设有第一太阳轮,所述第一驱轴后端设有第一行星传动机构,所述第一行星传动机构分别与第一太阳轮以及齿圈传动连接;
所述第二驱轴后端连接有电动机,所述第二驱轴前端设有第二行星传动机构,所述第二轴套前端设有第二太阳轮,所述第二行星传动机构分别与第二太阳轮以及齿圈传动连接,所述第二轴套后端设有第二输出端,所述第二驱轴与第一驱轴之间还设有连轴机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种混合动力汽车动力***,其特征在于:所述第一行星传动机构包括有第一行星架和若干设置于第一行星架的第一行星轮,所述第一行星轮位于第一太阳轮和齿圈之间且分别与第一太阳轮和齿圈相啮合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种混合动力汽车动力***,其特征在于:所述第二行星传动机构包括有第二行星架和若干设置于第二行星架的第二行星轮,所述第二行星轮设置于第二太阳轮与齿圈之间且分别与第二太阳轮和齿圈相啮合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种混合动力汽车动力***,其特征在于:所述齿圈为两级齿圈,所述第一行星轮和第二行星轮分别与齿圈的两级相啮合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种混合动力汽车动力***,其特征在于:所述连轴机构包括有设置于第一驱轴后端的第一联轴键和设置于第二驱轴前端的第二联轴键,所述第一联轴键和第二联轴键之间设有联轴器。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种混合动力汽车动力***,其特征在于:所述启动电机为48V BSG电机。
