The hydraulic mechanism M1 includes a hydraulic cylinder support base 6, a hydraulic cylinder support plate 7 is disposed on the hydraulic cylinder support base 6, and a detachable hydraulic cylinder 8 is disposed on the hydraulic cylinder support plate 7.

It should be noted that, a strain gauge is provided between the grinding wheel dressing block 26 and the grinding wheel 1, and the pressure between the grinding wheel dressing block 26 and the grinding wheel 1 can be recorded and thus adjusted in time.
In addition, a pipe thread interface is arranged on the grinding fluid pipeline interface seat 12 and can be connected with a grinding fluid pipeline. Grinding fluid pipelines are arranged inside the T-shaped connecting block 14 and the swinging block 13, and grinding fluid can enter from the interface seat and is sprayed out from a grinding fluid spray pipe 15.

When the eccentric excircle is ground, the grinding wheel 1 contacts with the surface of the eccentric excircle and moves along the radial direction along with the position of the eccentric excircle, so that the grinding wheel 1 is always kept in contact with the surface of the eccentric excircle during grinding. Meanwhile, the V-shaped detection head 19 of the detection mechanism clamps the eccentric outer circular surface, and the diameter of the eccentric outer circular surface is detected in real time to ensure the processing precision.
