This example provides a method of preparing a lyophilized powder of plant exosomes, the method comprising the steps of:
s1, adding 250mL of sterilized PBS into 250g of fresh plants, and crushing for 15min by using a crusher to obtain plant homogenate;
s2, centrifuging the plant homogenate obtained in the step S1 at 4 ℃ and 4500 Xg for 20min, and removing large residues, wherein the solution is divided into three layers, the upper layer is light residues, the middle layer is transparent solution with various plant colors, and the lower layer is a small amount of precipitate;
s3, centrifuging the middle layer liquid obtained in the step S2 at 4 ℃ at 10000 Xg for 60min, and reserving the upper layer liquid to obtain a plant exosome extracting solution;

The calculation of FSH values is similar to E2. The results are shown in Table 4 below.

From the above results, it can be seen that:

When the composition for maintaining the ovary, which is provided by the invention and contains the lotus seed exosome, is used for feeding mice, compared with a blank group, the FSH value is obviously reduced, and the FSH value is high, so that endocrine disorders are easily caused, and the composition for maintaining the ovary, which contains the lotus seed exosome, has the effect of obviously improving the endocrine level, and in the example group, the effect of improving the endocrine level is the best in example 3. Namely, the composition containing the lotus seed exosome for maintaining the ovary has a good effect of improving the endocrine level.
After the composition containing the lotus seed exosome for maintaining the ovary is used for feeding mice, the ovary maintaining and endocrine improving effects are not obvious.
