2. The method of cooking congee of claim 1, wherein the environmental parameter comprises a first temperature value of food material within a cooking appliance, the method comprising:
acquiring a first temperature value of food materials in a cooking appliance in real time;
judging whether a first temperature value of food materials in the cooking appliance is greater than or equal to a preset first temperature threshold value or not;
if the first temperature value of the food in the cooking appliance is greater than or equal to a preset first temperature threshold value, determining an adjusting parameter of an adjustable steam valve on the cover body according to the first temperature value.
3. The cooking method of porridge according to claim 2, characterized in that said first temperature threshold is comprised between 70 ℃ and 90 ℃.
4. The method of cooking congee according to claim 1, wherein the environmental parameter comprises a pressure value or a humidity value within a cooking appliance, the method comprising:
acquiring a pressure value or a humidity value in the cooking utensil;
and if the pressure value in the cooking utensil is greater than or equal to a preset pressure threshold value, or the humidity value in the cooking utensil is greater than or equal to a preset humidity threshold value, determining the adjusting parameters of the adjustable steam valve on the cover body according to the pressure value or the humidity value.
5. The method of cooking porridge cooking of claim 1-4, wherein the determining of the adjustment parameter of the adjustable steam valve on the cover based on the value of the environmental parameter comprises:
searching a target opening height of the adjustable steam valve matched with the environmental parameter value in the cooking appliance and the opening duration required when the adjustable steam valve is opened to the target opening height according to a preset corresponding relation table;
and controlling the adjustable steam valve to rise to the target opening height within the opening duration.
6. The method of cooking congee of claim 1, wherein after determining the adjustment parameter of the adjustable steam valve on the cover based on the environmental parameter value, the method further comprises:
controlling the heating assembly to heat at a second power, and acquiring a second temperature value of food materials in the cooking appliance in real time;
judging whether the second temperature value is greater than or equal to a preset second temperature threshold value or not;
and if the second temperature value is greater than or equal to a preset second temperature threshold value, controlling the heating assembly to heat at a third power.
7. The cooking method of porridge according to claim 6, wherein the second temperature threshold is between 90 ℃ and 100 ℃, the first power is between 800W and 1200W, the second power is between 300W and 800W, and the third power is between 200W and 600W, wherein the third power is less than or equal to the second power.
8. The method of cooking congee of claim 6, wherein said controlling the heating assembly to heat at a third power comprises:
recording a first heating time length of the heating assembly heated at the third power in real time;
judging whether the first heating time length is greater than or equal to a preset first time length threshold value or not;
and if the first heating time is longer than or equal to the preset first time threshold, controlling the heating assembly to heat at the fourth power until the second heating time for heating the heating assembly at the fourth power is longer than or equal to the preset second heating time.
9. The cooking method of porridge according to claim 8, wherein the sum of the first time threshold and the second time threshold is between 50min and 70min, and the fourth power is between 100W and 500W.
10. A cooking utensil comprises a cover body and is characterized in that an adjustable steam valve with adjustable opening and closing height is arranged on the cover body.
11. The cooking appliance of claim 10, wherein the adjustable steam valve comprises a steam valve cover and a lifting mechanism, one end of the lifting mechanism is connected to the cover, and the other end of the lifting mechanism is connected to the steam valve cover.
