However, although the coating material has a high removal rate of oil stains, a lot of oil stains which cannot be decomposed in time are inevitably deposited on the surface of the coating after long-time use, and a thick organic substance layer is formed to cover the active sites of the catalytic coating, so that the purification efficiency of the coating material is remarkably reduced, and the oven oil stain self-cleaning function is disabled. The invention provides a catalytic coating active site in-situ regeneration technology and a catalytic coating active site in-situ regeneration scheme, which can oxidize and remove organic matters on the surface of a coating through a simple temperature rise program and air purging, thereby realizing the complete recovery of the oil stain purification function of a coating material and delaying the service life of the coating material.

The regenerated catalytic coating is used for purifying oil stain molecules of the household electric oven, the oil smoke is still effectively removed in the normal use process of the oven, and the removal efficiency is not obviously different compared with that before regeneration, so that the operability and applicability of the scheme are verified.
The main advantages of the present invention include:
