Description

Vertical falling film evaporation type condenser
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of condensers, in particular to a vertical falling film evaporative condenser.
Background
The closed cooling tower is a high-efficiency cooling device, mainly utilizes the evaporation latent heat of water to take away the heat of process fluid, completes the cooling of the process fluid, and simultaneously realizes the cyclic utilization of spray water, and mainly utilizes the evaporation cooling technology, so that the process fluid in the pipe can not generate phase change.
The evaporative condenser utilizes an evaporative condensation technology to manage the phase change of the process fluid. For evaporative condensers, the process fluid flows within the coil, conducting heat out of the tube through the tube walls, and the process fluid condenses from a gaseous state to a liquid state.
Meanwhile, spray water is sprayed outside the pipe, a water film is formed on the outer wall of the pipe, and a heat exchange process of heat transfer and mass transfer is carried out outside the pipe through spray evaporation under the action of air, so that heat transfer is realized. The evaporative condenser can ensure that the working medium in the pipe is not polluted, well protects the high-efficiency operation of the main equipment and prolongs the service life.
The tubular evaporative cooling coil and the filler heat exchange layer are used as core components of the evaporative condenser, and the performance of the tubular evaporative cooling coil and the filler heat exchange layer directly influences the cooling effect of the evaporative condenser. The evaporative condenser filler heat exchange layer has the function of further cooling spray water which is heated by heat exchange with process fluid in the coil pipe by increasing the contact surface area of water and air and prolonging the contact time, so that the efficiency of the cooling tower is improved.
The existing evaporative condenser mostly adopts a horizontal tube type heat exchanger as heat exchange equipment, and a coil pipe mostly adopts a smooth metal round tube, so that the heat exchange efficiency is relatively low, the material consumption is high, the manufacturing cost is high, and the use and the popularization of the evaporative condenser are limited to a certain extent due to the factors.
In the horizontal coil evaporative condenser, spray water collides with a smooth circular tube for heat exchange, and when the spray water flow is large, the coil is easy to resonate, and the collision noise is large. The spray water flows from top to bottom, the cooling water in the pipe flows horizontally, the spray water and the cooling water flow in a staggered manner, and the logarithmic mean temperature difference of the spray water and the cooling water is smaller than that of a pure countercurrent; in addition, because the coil pipes are mostly arranged in a regular triangle staggered mode, the area of the cross section of air circulation is small, the resistance is large, and scales are easily formed on the windward side, so that the heat exchange effect is influenced and the service life is prolonged.
The evaporative condenser is widely applied to cooling systems in the fields of refrigeration, electric power, chemical industry, food and the like, and the condenser is used as important equipment, so that the selection of the scheme directly influences the overall performance and energy consumption of the system. But also the requirements for size, weight, capacity and efficiency of the evaporative condenser are more and more emphasized in the aspects of high efficiency and energy saving.

The vertical condensing device comprises a second inlet header 5, a second outlet header 6 and vertical condensing heat exchange tubes 7, wherein the vertical condensing heat exchange tubes 7 are vertically arranged between the second inlet header 5 and the second outlet header 6.
A number of second inlet headers 5 are each horizontally connected to the first inlet header 3 and a number of second outlet headers 6 are each horizontally connected to the first outlet header 4.
The spraying system comprises a spraying device 8, the spraying device 8 is arranged above the vertical falling film efficient condensing device 2, and a water collecting tray 9 is arranged below the vertical falling film efficient condensing device 2.
In the present invention, the process fluid passes from the first inlet header 3 into the second inlet header 5, then into the vertical condensing heat exchange tubes 7, then from the vertical condensing heat exchange tubes 7 into the second outlet header 6, then into the first outlet header 4. The vertical arrangement of the present invention is ensured because the vertical condensing heat exchange tubes 7 are vertically disposed between the second inlet header 5 and the second outlet header 6, the second inlet header 5 being connected in parallel with the first inlet header 3, and the second outlet header 6 being connected in parallel with the first outlet header 4. When the vertical falling-film high-efficiency condensing device is used, water is sprayed to the vertical falling-film high-efficiency condensing device 2 through the spraying device 8 in the spraying system, a descending water film flowing from top to bottom is formed on the outer surface of the vertical condensing heat exchange tube 7 by the sprayed water, and the condensing effect is more obvious and more efficient through the heat and moisture exchange of the descending water film and the process fluid in the vertical condensing heat exchange tube 7.

When the spraying water is sprayed, the spraying direction is from top to bottom, the spraying water flows from top to bottom, the spraying water forms a descending water film on the outer surface of the vertical condensation heat exchange tube 7, the water film absorbs heat of process fluid in the vertical condensation heat exchange tube 7 to generate heat and humidity exchange and heat up, partial water vapor is taken away by air, the temperature of the spraying water is reduced, and the efficient condensation effect through the vertical falling film is realized. Compare with the coil pipe that horizontal coil pipe or regular triangle form fork row mode among the prior art arranged, under the effect of gravity, the shower water down forms descending formula water film on vertical condensation heat exchange tube 7's surface from last, simultaneously, under the effect of shower water, under the condition of the same water yield, can accelerate the flow rate of the shower water that forms the water film, realizes the effect of condensation more efficiently.
In detail, the direction of the shower water outside the vertical condensing heat exchange tube 7 is consistent with the air flowing direction, and the falling water film flows along the axial direction of the vertical condensing heat exchange tube 7. Because the air and the spray water flow on the same direction and pass through the outer surface of the vertical condensation heat exchange tube 7, the spray water can well cover the outer surface of the vertical condensation heat exchange tube 7 and form a descending water film by virtue of the wind force of the water, the outer surface of the vertical condensation heat exchange tube 7 is ensured to be completely wet, and the possibility of dry spots or scaling formed on the windward side of the vertical condensation heat exchange tube 7 by the air and the water flowing in the same direction can be reduced. Meanwhile, when the vertical falling film high-efficiency condenser is used, the falling water film and the air flow are in the same direction and driven by the air flow, the flowing speed of the falling water film is accelerated, the outer surface of the vertical condensation heat exchange tube 7 is in a turbulent flow state, and then the boundary layer of the falling water film on the outer surface of the vertical condensation heat exchange tube 7 is thin, so that the heat exchange effect of the falling water film and the vertical condensation heat exchange tube 7 is better, the utilization rate of spray water can be saved, the power of a spray water pump is reduced, the overall heat exchange effect of the vertical falling film high-efficiency condenser is more efficient, the floor area of the vertical falling film high-efficiency condenser is reduced, the weight of the vertical falling film high-efficiency condenser is reduced, the consumable material of the vertical falling film high-efficiency condenser is saved, and the cost of the vertical falling film high-efficiency condenser is lower.
