Technical Field

Background
The cigarette blasting bead serving as a novel cigarette material can improve the smoking experience and the sensory quality of the traditional cigarettes. The luminous cigarette blasting bead comprises a blasting bead inclusion and the luminous blasting bead wall material.
Optionally, the diameter of the luminous cigarette blasting bead is 2.0-4.0 mm.
According to a third aspect of the invention, a preparation method of the luminous cigarette blasting bead is provided.
The preparation method of the luminous cigarette blasting bead comprises the following steps:

The bead-blasting cigarette comprises a cigarette filter stick, wherein a noctilucent bead-blasting section is arranged on the cigarette filter stick, and the noctilucent bead-blasting section comprises transparent tipping paper and the noctilucent bead-blasting cigarette of the invention.
Optionally, the cigarette filter rod further comprises a first filter rod tow segment and a second filter rod tow segment, and the first filter rod tow segment, the noctilucent bead-blasting segment and the second filter rod tow segment are sequentially arranged.
Optionally, the first filter rod tow segment and the second filter rod tow segment are equal in length.
Optionally, the length of the noctilucent bead-blasting segment is smaller than that of the first filter rod tow segment and that of the second filter rod tow segment.
The noctilucent bead blasting wall material can provide the noctilucent effect of bead blasting, and is beneficial to improving the competitiveness and application value of cigarette products.

In order to provide better noctilucent effect, the noctilucent powder comprises 35% of alumina, 35% of strontium carbonate and 40% of rare earth by mass percent.
In order to provide better noctilucent effect and ensure the strength of the popping beads, the luminous pearl comprises 95.0 percent of calcium alginate, 2.0 percent of Arabic gum, 0.2 percent of pullulan polysaccharide, 0.45 percent of dextrin, 0.1 percent of carrageenan, 0.2 percent of flexibilizer, 2.0 percent of noctilucent powder and 0.05 percent of edible pigment by mass percent.
The luminous cigarette blasting bead provided by the disclosure comprises a blasting bead content and the luminous blasting bead wall material provided by the disclosure. The inclusions of the beads are typically flavours or fragrances.
The diameter of the luminous cigarette blasting bead can be 2.0-4.0 mm. The specific size of the luminous cigarette blasting beads can be adjusted according to different machine equipment and different sizes of used filter sticks, for example, the diameter of the blasting beads can be 3.65mm, and the weight can be 23 mg/particle.
The preparation method of the luminous cigarette blasting bead can comprise the following steps:

The noctilucent bead blasting wall material is used for preparing the noctilucent cigarette bead blasting, the diameter of the bead blasting is 3.65mm, and the weight of the bead blasting is 23 mg/grain.
