The invention relates to a knocking type low impurity content sunflower seed combine harvester, which aims at the problems of high impurity content and damage to seed phase when sunflower is harvested and threshed, and is different from the commonly used principle of flower disc crushing and threshing through a threshing cylinder or a crushing roller. When having avoided the flower disc breakage to thresh the back and produce a large amount of stalk piece pieces, also reduced the broken seed grain that threshes and cause and have impaired mutually, the artifical threshing process that strikes of simulation utilizes to strike the board and strikes the inertial force that the flower disc produced, realizes the separation of seed grain and flower disc, guarantees that the flower disc does not produce a large amount of broken impurity, reduces to a great extent and cleans the operation work load.

Claims (8)

1. A knocking type low impurity content sunflower seed and melon seed combined harvester is characterized by comprising a picking and conveying device (1), a first conveying system (3), a knocking and threshing device (4), a second conveying system (5), a flower disc collecting and discharging device (8), a sunflower seed bin (9), a walking system (10) and a main frame (11);
the walking system (10) is provided with a main frame (11), and the picking and conveying device (1) is arranged on the main frame (11) through a lifting support rod and used for enabling the sunflower discs to enter the first conveying system (3); the sunflower discs can sequentially enter the bin through a first conveying system (3) and a second conveying system (5); the knocking threshing device (4) is positioned above the second conveying system (5), and the knocking threshing device (4) comprises a lifting rod (401), a cam mechanism, a cross rod (409), a supporting rod (408), a fixed hinge (406) and a knocking plate (405); a lever fulcrum is arranged in the middle of the cross rod (409), the fulcrum is supported on the main frame (11) above the second conveying system (5), one end of the cross rod (409) is hinged with the lifting rod (401), a supporting rod (408) is installed at the other end of the cross rod (409), and the other end of the cross rod (409) can move along the supporting rod (408); the knocking plate (405) is arranged on the supporting rod (408) through a fixed hinge (406); the lifting rod (401) is driven to do reciprocating linear motion through a cam mechanism, so that the knocking plate (405) can knock the sunflower disc on the second conveying system (5) in a reciprocating mode;
the bin comprises a flower disc collecting and discharging device (8) and a melon seed bin (9) which are separated from each other, and the flower disc collecting and discharging device (8) is positioned behind the second conveying system (5) and used for collecting the threshed sunflower discs; the sunflower seed bin (9) is located below the second conveying system (5) and used for collecting sunflower seeds.

The knock-type low-impurity-content sunflower seed combine harvester according to claim 1, wherein the knock-type threshing device (4) further comprises a force unloading spring (407), one end of the force unloading spring (407) is fixed on the cross bar (409), the other end of the force unloading spring (407) is fixed on the knock plate (405), and the force unloading spring plays a role in rebounding after being hit.

The knock-type low-impurity-content sunflower seed combine harvester according to claim 1, wherein the disc chuck collecting and discharging device (8) comprises a box cover rotating hinge (801), a liftable box cover (802), a locking buckle (803), a box body supporting hydraulic rod (804) and a disc chuck collecting box body (805); one end of the box body supporting hydraulic rod (804) is fixed on the main rack (11), and the other end of the box body supporting hydraulic rod (804) is fixed on the disc chuck collecting box body (805); the liftable box cover (802) is connected with the flower disc collecting box body (805) through a box cover rotating hinge (801); and two ends of the locking buckle (803) are fixed on the flower disc collecting box body (805) and used for locking the liftable box cover (802).

The knocking type low-impurity-content sunflower seed and melon seed combine harvester according to claim 1, wherein the second conveying system (5) comprises a driving motor (501), a conveying belt (502), a driving wheel (503), a supporting wheel (504) and a driven wheel (505); a plurality of supporting wheels (504) are arranged between the driving wheel (503) and the driven wheel (505) and are used for providing supporting points for beating the sunflower disc; the driving motor (501) is used for driving a driving wheel (503); the surface of the conveying belt (502) is in a grid shape and is used for loading and striking the dropped sunflower seeds.

The knocking type low impurity rate sunflower seed and melon seed combine harvester according to claim 4, wherein a plurality of square grids are uniformly distributed on the surface of the conveying belt (502), and the depth of each square grid is not more than 0.5 time of the thickness of the conveying belt (502).

The knocking type low-impurity-content sunflower seed and melon seed combined harvester according to claim 1, characterized in that a melon seed blanking guide plate (6) and a vibrating screen (7) are further arranged in the melon seed bin (9); the vibrating screen (7) is positioned in the middle of the sunflower seed bin (9) and is used for cleaning sunflower seeds; melon seed feed bin (9) entrance is equipped with melon seed blanking guide plate (6) for guide sunflower seeds to shale shaker (7).

The knocking type low impurity rate sunflower seed and melon seed combined harvester according to claim 6, wherein the melon seed blanking guide plate (6) comprises a fixed side plate (601), a bottom plate and a guide strip (602); a plurality of fixed side plates (601) are welded on two sides of the bottom plate, and a plurality of guide strips (602) are welded on the bottom plate; the fixed side plate (601) is fixed at the inlet of the melon seed bin (9).

The knocking type low-impurity-content sunflower seed and sunflower seed combined harvester according to claim 1, characterized in that a gap of 8-12 cm is reserved between the second conveying system (5) and the disk chuck collecting and discharging device (8) and used for enabling sunflower seeds to fall into a sunflower seed bin (9) from the gap, and the sunflower disks can pass through the gap to enter the disk chuck collecting and discharging device (8).
