背景技术

(4)原料粉碎:将上述干燥、炒制的各原料按配方比例称重,先粉碎成粗粉,过筛(24目以上),得原料粗粉;再与牡蛎肽粉、全脂奶粉按配方比例混合,经细粉碎机粉碎,过筛(120目以上);
(5)总混:将上述物料经总混机混匀;
本申请还提出了一种包含上述组合物的药物、保健品或食品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

具体地,所述步骤(4)添加的辅料包括麦芽糊精、微晶纤维素、糊精、可溶性淀粉中的一种或几种,优选为麦芽糊精、微晶纤维素。
具体地,所述步骤(4)添加的甜味剂包括木糖醇、赤藓糖醇、山梨糖醇、甜菊糖苷、三氯蔗糖中的一种或几种,优选为木糖醇。
具体地,所述步骤(4)添加的稳定剂包括黄原胶、卡拉胶、明胶、海藻酸钠中的一种或几种,优选为黄原胶。
进一步地,原料粗粉:牡蛎肽粉:全脂奶粉:麦芽糊精:微晶纤维素:木糖醇:黄原胶的重量之比为(50~70):(0.1~1.0):(1~5):(10~30):(1~5):(10~25):(0.2~0.8),优选为56:0.2:3.4:21.8:3:15:0.6。
本申请中组合物的原料中,茯苓利水渗湿、健脾、宁心,薏苡仁健脾止泻、除痹、排脓、解毒散结。茯苓、薏苡仁健脾祛湿,先清除体内湿气,不影响消化吸收。莲子具有清心醒脾、安神明目的功效,芡实入脾肾二经,具有固肾涩精、补脾止泻的作用,山药具有健脾补肺、固肾益精的作用,白扁豆补脾和中、化湿消暑,防止腹泻,四者共同作用补脾又收涩固肾。黄精甘平厚腻,能补中益气,又能养阴益精,枸杞具有补肝肾、明目的功效,人参具有大补元气、补益脾肺、生津、安神的功效。三者相互配伍,补阴之中有助阳之力,补气之中兼具填精之功;且黄精多入脾而补后天,枸杞多入肾而助先天,人参则大补元气,补脾益肺,行气,助力全身气血循环,补诸虚劳损,精气两衰之证,提高机体免疫力。南瓜子仁含有丰富的锌,参与人体内核酸、蛋白质的合成,是人体生长发育的重要物质。核桃仁补肾固精,润肠通便,消肿散毒。黑豆则还有丰富的蛋白质含量、氨基酸组成、膳食纤维、多酚、花色苷、异黄酮等。糙米富含维生素E,能促进血液循环,能有效调节体内新陈代谢,有效维护全身机能,同时添加牡蛎肽粉、全脂奶粉,为机体提供丰富的营养物质,这些营养物质对胃酸中和及胃肠道粘膜修复、再生和正常分泌功能极为有效,特别适用于肠胃患者;将以上组分通过合理的分量比例组合在一起的冲调粉,具有性温和、不伤身,能够共同发挥祛湿健脾益胃、补气益中、滋补肝肾、扶正驱邪,提高精气神的作用,解决食欲不振、精神萎靡不佳、腰膝酸软的状况。
另外,组方选用的黑豆、糙米、南瓜子仁、茯苓、莲子、淮山药、芡实、枸杞、核桃仁、白扁豆、薏苡仁、黄精、人参,经过清洗、烘干、炒制等工艺,增加原料的特有香气,去掉原料本身可能带有的涩味、苦味,口感更适宜食用,同时添加牡蛎肽粉、全脂乳粉,再加入麦芽糊精、微晶纤维素、木糖醇、黄原胶进行粉碎、混合均匀而成,味道好,老少咸宜。其不仅具有健脾养胃、益气补肾的功效,而且选用功能性甜味剂如木糖醇,甜度较高,口味纯正,清凉爽口,没有任何异味或苦涩味,且对涩味、苦味等不快的味道有一定的掩盖效果,安全性极高,不会引起肥胖、龋齿,不会引起血糖值升高,是适合糖尿病患者食用的营养性的食糖代替品。
本申请将组合物制备成冲调粉,具有以下优点:(a)冲调粉含水量较低,微生物不易繁殖,不会引起变质或腐败,便于储藏与运输;(b)冲调方法简单,小袋包装携带方便;(c)口感风味俱佳,速溶性好,食用方便。随着经济发展,人们生活水平的提高,对健康越来越关注,那些具有有益健康的功能性冲调粉越来越受到人们的欢迎。因此,许多药食同源的药材需要大力开发成既具有一定的功效,又能够有较佳口感风味的方便冲调粉,以满足广大消费者的需求,方便人们携带与长期服用,促进身体健康。
综上所述,本申请中组合物的有益效果主要在于:
组合物中添加了多种健脾养胃、益气补肾的药食两用植物原料进行配伍,既保证食用安全性,保留传统风味和最大营养成分,又能够发挥健脾养胃、益气补肾的功效,长期食用可以有效促进脾胃肾脏的健康。此外,组合物采用科学合理的生产工艺加工而成,长期食用安全可靠,口感滋味俱佳,食用与携带方便,利于广大消费者接受,具有广阔的市场前景。
具体实施方式
发明人对本申请提供的技术方案进行了实验研究,用来证明本申请的技术效果,下述实验用于进一步说明本申请的技术效果,但不受制于本申请。
需要注意的是,如未注明具体条件者,均按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行,所用原料或辅料,以及所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市购获得的常规产品。除非另外说明,否则所有的百分数、比率、比例或份数按重量计。
除非另行定义,文中所使用的所有专业与科学用语与本领域技术人员所熟悉的意义相同。此外,任何与所记载内容相似或均等的方法及材料皆可应用于本申请。
1、原料粗粉制备
(1)原料挑选和清洗:剔除黑豆、糙米、南瓜子仁、茯苓、莲子、淮山药、芡实、枸杞、核桃仁、白扁豆、薏苡仁、黄精、人参中的杂质,将黑豆、糙米、南瓜子仁、茯苓、莲子、淮山药、芡实、枸杞、核桃仁、白扁豆、薏苡仁、黄精、人参清水洗净;
(2)原料干燥:将洗净的黑豆、糙米、南瓜子仁、茯苓、莲子、淮山药、芡实、枸杞、核桃仁、白扁豆、薏苡仁、黄精、人参放入电热恒温干燥箱烘干;优选在65~75℃烘干至水分少于5%;
(3)原料炒制:干燥后的黑豆、糙米、南瓜子仁、莲子、淮山药、芡实、核桃仁、白扁豆、薏苡仁分别焙炒;具体地,黑豆、糙米、莲子、淮山药、芡实、白扁豆、薏苡仁置于炒货机中150~200℃焙炒1.5h~2.0h,炒至表面微发黄,口感酥脆,本身特有的微焦香味出来为止;南瓜子仁、核桃仁置于炒货机中120~180℃焙炒1.0h~1.5h,炒至表面微发黄,本身特有的微焦香味出来为止;
(4)原料粉碎:将上述干燥、炒制的各原料按配方比例称重,黑豆1.2kg、糙米0.6kg、南瓜子仁0.5kg、茯苓0.4kg、莲子0.4kg、淮山药0.4kg、芡实0.4kg、枸杞0.4kg、核桃仁0.3kg、白扁豆0.3kg、薏苡仁0.3kg、黄精0.3kg、人参0.1kg,先粉碎成粗粉,过筛(24目以上),得原料粗粉。
2、冲调粉的口感调配及感官评价
冲调粉在冲调时需要有较好的溶解性,不结团,形成的糊状物黏性适度,具有良好的稳定性,同时保证其具有较好的口感滋味。故需要加入辅料、甜味剂和稳定剂。
2.1不同辅料对冲调粉感官评价结果的影响
称取上述原料粗粉56g,同时添加牡蛎肽粉0.2g、全脂乳粉3.4g,分别加入不同辅料,粉碎、过筛(120目以上),混合均匀,进行感官评价,评价结果见表1。

由表1可知,优选麦芽糊精、微晶纤维素作为辅料,评价结果最好,故原料粗粉:牡蛎肽粉:全脂乳粉:麦芽糊精:微晶纤维素优选的重量比为56:0.2:3.4:21.8:3。
2.2不同甜味剂对冲调粉感官评价结果的影响
称取上述原料粗粉56g,同时添加牡蛎肽粉0.2g、全脂乳粉3.4g,麦芽糊精21.8g,微晶纤维素3g,分别加入不同甜味剂种类及其用量,评价结果见表2。

由表2可知,甜味剂优选木糖醇,评价结果最好,故原料粗粉:牡蛎肽粉:全脂乳粉:麦芽糊精:微晶纤维素:木糖醇优选的重量比为56:0.2:3.4:21.8:3:15。2.3不同稳定剂对冲调粉感官评价结果的影响称取原料粗粉56g,牡蛎肽粉0.2g,全脂乳粉3.4g,麦芽糊精21.8g、微晶纤维素3g,木糖醇15g,分别加入不同稳定剂及其用量,评价结果见表3。

由表3可知,稳定剂优选黄原胶,评价结果最好,故原料粗粉:牡蛎肽粉:全脂乳粉:麦芽糊精:微晶纤维素:木糖醇:黄原胶优选的重量比为56:0.2:3.4:21.8:3:0.6。
实施例1
将黑豆、糙米、南瓜子仁、茯苓、莲子、淮山药、芡实、枸杞、核桃仁、白扁豆、薏苡仁、黄精、人参中的杂质剔除,并用清水洗净,放入电热恒温干燥箱在70±5℃烘干至水分少于5%。干燥后的黑豆、糙米、南瓜子仁、莲子、淮山药、芡实、核桃仁、白扁豆、薏苡仁分别置于炒货机中150~200℃焙炒1.5h~2.0h,炒至表面微发黄,口感酥脆,本身特有的微焦香味出来为止;南瓜子仁、核桃仁置于炒货机中120~180℃焙炒1.0h~1.5h,炒至表面微发黄,本身特有的微焦香味出来为止。将上述干燥、炒制的各原料按黑豆15份、糙米10份、南瓜子仁4份、茯苓5份、莲子4份、淮山药5份、芡实4份、枸杞4份、核桃仁5份、白扁豆4份、薏苡仁5份、黄精2份、人参1份称重,先粉碎成粗粉,过筛(24目以上),得到原料粗粉;再添加牡蛎肽粉0.1份、全脂乳粉4.5份、麦芽糊精15份、微晶纤维素2份、木糖醇10份、黄原胶0.4份,经细粉碎机粉碎,过筛(120目以上),混合均匀,得到冲调粉。
实施例2
将黑豆、糙米、南瓜子仁、茯苓、莲子、淮山药、芡实、枸杞、核桃仁、白扁豆、薏苡仁、黄精、人参中的杂质剔除,并用清水洗净,放入电热恒温干燥箱在65±5℃烘干至水分少于5%。干燥后的黑豆、糙米、南瓜子仁、莲子、淮山药、芡实、核桃仁、白扁豆、薏苡仁分别置于炒货机中150~200℃焙炒1.5h~2.0h,炒至表面微发黄,口感酥脆,本身特有的微焦香味出来为止;南瓜子仁、核桃仁置于炒货机中120~180℃焙炒1.0h~1.5h,炒至表面微发黄,本身特有的微焦香味出来为止。将上述干燥、炒制的各原料按黑豆12份、糙米6份、南瓜子仁5份、茯苓4份、莲子4份、淮山药4份、芡实4份、枸杞4份、核桃仁3份、白扁豆3份、薏苡仁3份、黄精3份、人参1份称重,先粉碎成粗粉,过筛(24目以上),得到原料粗粉;再添加牡蛎肽粉0.2份、全脂乳粉3.4份、麦芽糊精21.8份、微晶纤维素3份、木糖醇15份、黄原胶0.6份,经细粉碎机粉碎,过筛(120目以上),混合均匀,得到冲调粉。
实施例3
将黑豆、糙米、南瓜子仁、茯苓、莲子、淮山药、芡实、枸杞、核桃仁、白扁豆、薏苡仁、黄精、人参中的杂质剔除,并用清水洗净,放入电热恒温干燥箱在70±5℃烘干至水分小于5%。干燥后的黑豆、糙米、南瓜子仁、莲子、淮山药、芡实、核桃仁、白扁豆、薏苡仁分别置于炒货机中150~200℃焙炒1.5h~2.0h,炒至表面微发黄,口感酥脆,本身特有的微焦香味出来为止;南瓜子仁、核桃仁置于炒货机中120~180℃焙炒1.0h~1.5h,炒至表面微发黄,本身特有的微焦香味出来为止。将上述干燥、炒制的各原料按黑豆10份、糙米13份、南瓜子仁3份、茯苓5份、莲子5份、淮山药5份、芡实5份、枸杞5份、核桃仁2份、白扁豆2份、薏苡仁2份、黄精3份、人参2份称重,先粉碎成粗粉,过筛(24目以上),得原料粗粉;再添加牡蛎肽粉0.4份、全脂乳粉2.6份、麦芽糊精17.5份、微晶纤维素5份、木糖醇12份、黄原胶0.5份,经细粉碎机粉碎,过筛(120目以上),混合均匀,得到冲调粉。
组合物健脾养胃、益气补肾效果实验
1、受试例来源:选取96名成年志愿者参加,其中18~30岁28例,31~45岁45例,45~60岁23例。实验人群随机分成3组,每组32人,分别服用冲调粉。
2、受试人群症状表现:脾胃虚弱,食欲不振、腹胀、消化不良、湿气重、腰膝酸软、体倦乏力、精神萎靡不振等症状。
3、服用方法:三组实验人群分别给予实施例1、实施例2、实施例3中的冲调粉,早晚各食用1次,25g/次,连续食用三个月。观察期间,不服用其它健脾养胃与益气补肾药物,正常饮食,以清淡为主,忌烟酒、浓茶及辛辣刺激之品,避免劳累。
4、评价标准:按症状改善程度分为:①痊愈:食欲不振、消化不良、腹胀、湿气重、腰膝酸软、体倦乏力、精神萎靡不振等常见症状基本消失不见;②有效:食欲不振、消化不良、腹胀、湿气重、腰膝酸软、体倦乏力、精神萎靡不振等常见症状消失大半或部分缓解;③无效:食欲不振、消化不良、腹胀、湿气重、腰膝酸软、体倦乏力、精神萎靡不振等常见症状无任何明显变化。

实验结果表明,本申请的组合物对脾胃虚弱,食欲不振、消化不良、腹胀、湿气重、腰膝酸软、体倦乏力、精神萎靡不振等患者具有良好的调节效果。因而,本申请的组合物具有健脾养胃、益气补肾的效果。

Claims (8)
1.一种具有健脾养胃、益气补肾功能的组合物,其特征在于,该组合物由下列重量份的原料制成:黑豆10~15份、糙米5~10份、南瓜子仁4~8份、茯苓3~6份、莲子3-6份、淮山药3~6份、芡实3~6份、枸杞3~6份、核桃仁1~5份、白扁豆1~5份、薏苡仁1~5份、黄精1~5份、人参1~2份,牡蛎肽粉0.1~1份、全脂乳粉1~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,组合物由下列重量份的原料制成:黑豆12~15份、糙米5~8份、南瓜子仁4~6份、茯苓4~5份、莲子4~5份、淮山药4~5份、芡实4~5份、枸杞4~6份、核桃仁3~5份、白扁豆2~4份、薏苡仁2~4份、黄精2~4份、人参1~2份,牡蛎肽粉0.1~0.5份、全脂乳粉3~5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,组合物由下列重量份的原料制成:黑豆12份、糙米6份、南瓜子仁5份、茯苓4份、莲子4份、淮山药4份、芡实4份、枸杞4份、核桃仁3份、白扁豆3份、薏苡仁3份、黄精3份、人参1份,牡蛎肽粉0.2份、全脂乳粉3.4份。
4.权利要求1~3任一项所述的组合物在制备用于健脾养胃、益气补肾的药品、保健品或食品中的应用。
5.一种具有健脾养胃、益气补肾功能的药物、保健品或食品,其特征在于,含有权利要求1-3任一项所述的组合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的保健品或食品,其特征在于,该保健品或食品选自冲调粉。
7.一种根据权利要求1-3任一所述组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)原料预处理:剔除黑豆、糙米、南瓜子仁、茯苓、莲子、淮山药、芡实、枸杞、核桃仁、白扁豆、薏苡仁、黄精、人参中的杂质,将黑豆、糙米、南瓜子仁、茯苓、莲子、淮山药、芡实、枸杞、核桃仁、白扁豆、薏苡仁、黄精、人参用清水洗净;
(2)原料干燥:将洗净的黑豆、糙米、南瓜子仁、茯苓、莲子、淮山药、芡实、枸杞、核桃仁、白扁豆、薏苡仁、黄精、人参放入电热恒温干燥箱烘干在65~75℃烘干至水分少于5%;
(3)原料炒制:将干燥后的黑豆、糙米、南瓜子仁、莲子、淮山药、芡实、核桃仁、白扁豆、薏苡仁分别焙炒;具体地,黑豆、糙米、莲子、淮山药、芡实、白扁豆、薏苡仁置于炒货机中,以150~200℃焙炒1.5h~2.0h,炒至表面微发黄,口感酥脆,本身特有的微焦香味出来为止;南瓜子仁、核桃仁置于炒货机中以120~180℃焙炒1.0h~1.5h,炒至表面微发黄,本身特有的微焦香味出来为止;
(4)原料粉碎:将上述干燥、炒制的各原料按配方比例称重,先粉碎成粗粉,过筛(24目以上),得原料粗粉;再与牡蛎肽粉、全脂奶粉按配方比例混合,经细粉碎机粉碎,过筛(120目以上);
(5)总混:将上述物料经总混机混匀。
8.一种根据权利要求5所述的药物、保健品或食品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)-(3)步骤与组合物的制备方法相同:
