Abstract
本发明公开了含有益生菌和复合酶的膨化羔羊犊牛颗粒,涉及羔羊犊牛饲料的技术领域。所述膨化颗粒包括如下质量份数的下列组分:玉米30‑45份、膨化玉米20‑35份、膨化大豆5‑10份、豆粕10‑15份、葡萄糖2‑5份、米糠10‑20份、磷酸氢钙0.2‑1份、石粉0.5‑1份、食盐0.3‑0.5份、枯草芽孢杆菌0.02‑0.05份、地衣芽孢杆菌0.02‑0.05份、复合酶0.05‑0.1份、乙氧基喹啉0.02‑0.03份、粗纤维1‑10份、复合预混0.2份。克服了抗生素带来的危害,提高了羔羊犊牛的吸收转化率,减少了腹泻的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及羔羊犊牛饲料的技术领域,具体是含有益生菌和复合酶的膨化羔羊犊牛颗粒。
背景技术
现有的羔羊犊牛膨化颗粒通常由玉米、豆粕、膨化大豆粉、复合维生素、复合微量元素等组成,在70-75℃高温下制成膨化颗粒,其中通常含有抗生素。这种饲料中含有的抗生素对羔羊的生长会造成危害,且饲料的吸收转化率低,腹泻率高。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,即解决上述背景技术提出的问题,本发明提出了一种含有益生菌和复合酶的膨化羔羊犊牛颗粒,具体技术方案如下:
含有益生菌和复合酶的膨化羔羊犊牛颗粒,包括如下质量份数的下列组分:玉米30-45份、膨化玉米20-35份、膨化大豆5-10份、豆粕10-15份、葡萄糖 2-5份、米糠10-20份、磷酸氢钙0.2-1份、石粉0.5-1份、食盐0.3-0.5份、枯草芽孢杆菌0.02-0.05份、地衣芽孢杆菌0.02-0.05份、复合酶0.05-0.1份、乙氧基喹啉0.02-0.03份、粗纤维1-10份、复合预混0.2份。
所述膨化颗粒包括如下质量份数的下列组分:玉米30份、膨化玉米34份、膨化大豆5份、豆粕10份、葡萄糖2.5份、米糠12份、磷酸氢钙0.2份、石粉1份、食盐0.3份、枯草芽孢杆菌0.05份、地衣芽孢杆菌0.05份、复合酶 0.08份、乙氧基喹啉0.02份、粗纤维5份、复合预混0.2份。
所述复合酶包括如下质量份数的下列组分:纤维素酶3-6份、木聚糖酶5-10 份、β-葡萄糖酶2-5份、淀粉酶1-2份、蛋白酶1-3份、植酸酶3-5份。
所述复合酶包括如下质量份数的下列组分:纤维素酶5份、木聚糖酶7份、β-葡萄糖酶3份、淀粉酶1份、蛋白酶2份、植酸酶4份。
所述枯草芽孢杆菌为50亿cfu/g。
所述地衣芽孢杆菌为30亿cfu/g。
所述复合预混为沈阳有发实业生产的牛羊预混料。
本发明的有益技术效果为:克服了抗生素带来的危害,提高了羔羊犊牛的吸收转化率,减少了腹泻的问题。

含有益生菌和复合酶的膨化羔羊犊牛颗粒,包括玉米30份、膨化玉米34 份、膨化大豆5份、豆粕10份、葡萄糖2.5份、米糠12份、磷酸氢钙0.2份、石粉1份、食盐0.3份、枯草芽孢杆菌0.05份、地衣芽孢杆菌0.05份、复合酶0.08份、乙氧基喹啉0.02份、粗纤维5份、复合预混0.2份。
其中复合酶包括纤维素酶5份、木聚糖酶7份、β-葡萄糖酶3份、淀粉酶 1份、蛋白酶2份、植酸酶4份。
其中所述枯草芽孢杆菌为50亿cfu/g,所述地衣芽孢杆菌为30亿cfu/g,所述复合预混为沈阳有发实业生产的牛羊预混料。
实施例2
含有益生菌和复合酶的膨化羔羊犊牛颗粒,包括玉米37份、膨化玉米 20份、膨化大豆8份、豆粕13份、葡萄糖2份、米糠20份、磷酸氢钙1份、石粉0.7份、食盐0.4份、枯草芽孢杆菌0.02份、地衣芽孢杆菌0.02份、复合酶0.05份、乙氧基喹啉0.02份、粗纤维10份、复合预混0.2份。
其中复合酶包括纤维素酶3份、木聚糖酶5份、β-葡萄糖酶5份、淀粉酶1.5份、蛋白酶1份、植酸酶3份。
其中所述枯草芽孢杆菌为50亿cfu/g,所述地衣芽孢杆菌为30亿cfu/g,所述复合预混为沈阳有发实业生产的牛羊预混料。
实施例3
含有益生菌和复合酶的膨化羔羊犊牛颗粒,包括玉米45份、膨化玉米 35份、膨化大豆10份、豆粕15份、葡萄糖5份、米糠10份、磷酸氢钙0.7 份、石粉0.5份、食盐0.5份、枯草芽孢杆菌0.03份、地衣芽孢杆菌0.03 份、复合酶0.1份、乙氧基喹啉0.03份、粗纤维1份、复合预混0.2份。
其中复合酶包括纤维素酶6份、木聚糖酶10份、β-葡萄糖酶2份、淀粉酶2份、蛋白酶3份、植酸酶5份。
其中所述枯草芽孢杆菌为50亿cfu/g,所述地衣芽孢杆菌为30亿cfu/g,所述复合预混为沈阳有发实业生产的牛羊预混料。
选取400只2周龄羔羊,随机分为4组,每组100只,其中3组分别使用实施例1-3所配制饲料饲喂,第四组使用普通饲料饲喂;选取400只1周龄犊牛,随机分为4组,每组100只,其中3组分别使用实施例1-3所配制饲料饲喂,第四组使用普通饲料饲喂。共饲喂50日,测定平均日增重,实验结果如下:

如表所示,本发明所配制的羔羊犊牛膨化颗粒对比现有的羔羊犊牛饲料,能够更好的促进羔羊犊牛的生长,减少生病率,其中实施例1所配制的饲料效果最佳。

1.含有益生菌和复合酶的膨化羔羊犊牛颗粒,其特征在于:所述膨化颗粒包括如下质量份数的下列组分:玉米30-45份、膨化玉米20-35份、膨化大豆5-10份、豆粕10-15份、葡萄糖2-5份、米糠10-20份、磷酸氢钙0.2-1份、石粉0.5-1份、食盐0.3-0.5份、枯草芽孢杆菌0.02-0.05份、地衣芽孢杆菌0.02-0.05份、复合酶0.05-0.1份、乙氧基喹啉0.02-0.03份、粗纤维1-10份、复合预混0.2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有益生菌和复合酶的膨化羔羊犊牛颗粒,其特征在于:所述膨化颗粒包括如下质量份数的下列组分:玉米30份、膨化玉米34份、膨化大豆5份、豆粕10份、葡萄糖2.5份、米糠12份、磷酸氢钙0.2份、石粉1份、食盐0.3份、枯草芽孢杆菌0.05份、地衣芽孢杆菌0.05份、复合酶0.08份、乙氧基喹啉0.02份、粗纤维5份、复合预混0.2份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的含有益生菌和复合酶的膨化羔羊犊牛颗粒,其特征在于:所述复合酶包括如下质量份数的下列组分:纤维素酶3-6份、木聚糖酶5-10份、β-葡萄糖酶2-5份、淀粉酶1-2份、蛋白酶1-3份、植酸酶3-5份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的含有益生菌和复合酶的膨化羔羊犊牛颗粒,其特征在于:所述复合酶包括如下质量份数的下列组分:纤维素酶5份、木聚糖酶7份、β-葡萄糖酶3份、淀粉酶1份、蛋白酶2份、植酸酶4份。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的含有益生菌和复合酶的膨化羔羊犊牛颗粒,其特征在于:所述枯草芽孢杆菌为50亿cfu/g。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的含有益生菌和复合酶的膨化羔羊犊牛颗粒,其特征在于:所述地衣芽孢杆菌为30亿cfu/g。
