The vehicle information acquisition unit 301 acquires information (vehicle information) related to the sold vehicle from the communication device 101. The vehicle information is transmitted from the communication device 101 at the time of registration thereof. Further, the personal information may be transmitted from the communication device 101 (when confirmation of the vehicle information is requested to the third party 106, for example) for addition.
The vehicle information includes general items such as a vehicle type, a year type, a grade, items related to a failure condition, and personal information, which will be described in detail later. The vehicle information transmitted from the communication device 101 includes at least general items such as the vehicle type and the year. The items related to the failure and the personal information are not necessary for registering the vehicle information, and therefore may or may not be included in the vehicle information transmitted from the communication device 101.
The vehicle information management unit 302 writes the vehicle information acquired by the vehicle information acquisition unit 301 in the vehicle information DB310 or reads it. The vehicle information DB310 is a database that stores vehicle information.
The evaluation information acquisition unit 303 acquires the evaluation information created by the third person 106 from the communication device 103. The evaluation information includes information indicating the correctness and errors of each item of the vehicle information described by the seller 104, and information on the same item as the item related to the failure condition of the vehicle information, which will be described in detail later. The service information management unit 304 writes or reads service information such as evaluation information, repair charge quotation information, or traffic charge quotation information, which is provided from the communication device 103 of the third party 106, into the service information DB 311. The service information DB is a database that stores evaluation information, repair cost price information, and delivery cost price information, which are service information provided from the third party 106.
The additional information acquisition unit 305 acquires quote information of repair costs and quote information of traffic costs in the service information from the communication device 103 of the third party 106.
The user evaluation value acquisition unit 306 acquires information indicating an evaluation of a transaction with the seller 104 from the communication device 102 of the prospective purchaser 105. The user evaluation value acquisition unit 306 acquires information indicating the evaluation of the transaction for the prospective purchaser 105 from the communication device 101 of the seller 104. The information acquired by the user evaluation value acquisition section 306 is stored in a user evaluation value DB312 that stores evaluation for transactions.
The information providing unit 307 acquires information stored in each database through the vehicle information management unit 302, the service information management unit 304, and the like, and provides display information to the communication device 101 of the seller 104 and the communication device 102 of the prospective purchaser 105.
[ vehicle information ]
Next, a data format of the vehicle information will be described with reference to fig. 6. The vehicle information 600 includes a vehicle ID601, general items 602, items 603 related to a failure condition, and personal information 604. The vehicle information shown in fig. 6 is managed by each vehicle ID as an identifier for identifying the vehicle information. The general event 602 is a general event indicating the attribute of the vehicle being sold. The general item 602 includes, as sub items, descriptions of a model, a grade, an exterior color, an interior color, a travel distance, a vehicle inspection end date, a tire, an air conditioner, a navigation system, an outside company product, other equipment, and the like of a vehicle to be sold, or information indicating whether or not the equipment is mounted. Typically, information for the generic transaction 602 is entered by the seller 104 using the communication device 101. These items are information used as information indicating the attribute of the vehicle when buying and selling a new vehicle or a second-hand vehicle, and are not limited to these examples, and may be other information. The seller 104 can input the information 603 about the failure condition and the personal information 604 using the communication device 101, and transmit the information to the information processing device 100.
The vehicle information identified by the vehicle ID may include images, animation, other VR images, and the like of the vehicle so that general matters and matters related to a failure can be grasped more accurately with respect to the state of the vehicle being sold. Alternatively, the vehicle information may include information (remark information) related to a question related to the vehicle from the prospective purchaser 105 and an answer to the question from the seller.
[ evaluation information ]
Next, the data format of the evaluation information will be described with reference to fig. 7. The evaluation information 700 includes an evaluation ID701, a general event 702, and an event 703 relating to a failure. The evaluation ID701 is an identifier for identifying evaluation information. The general event 702 and the event 703 related to the failure include information 705 described in the vehicle information by the seller, an evaluation result 706 by the third party, and information on whether or not the seller 104 has permission 707 to disclose the information, for each sub-item 704.
In the example shown in fig. 7, for an evaluation having an evaluation ID of "IDz", information items such as { vehicle type 1, class 1, year 1, color 1, … } are stored in the row of the information 705. In the line of the evaluation result 706 by the third party, the third party 106 confirms the description content of the seller and stores "OK" indicating that there is no error. That is, in the example shown in fig. 7, all the information indicating the general items described by the seller 104 is correct as a result of being confirmed by the third party 106.
In addition, in the event 703 relating to the failure, it is shown that "information relating to the flaw/dent" of the seller 104 with respect to the sub-item 704 is described as "the flaw is present in the portion P1", and "information relating to the replacement/repair possibility" with respect to the sub-item 704 is not described. On the other hand, as for the "information on the flaw/dent", the information "flaw/dent in the P2 part" is added to the "flaw/dent in the P1 part" in the result of the evaluation by the third person (row of the third person's evaluation result 706). This means that the information of the flaw/dent that the seller 104 overlooked (or forgotten to describe) is updated to more accurate information by the confirmation of the third party 106. Further, the confirmation by the third party 106 indicates that the replacement term is close to "information on the replacement/repair possibility" such as "the part P3 needs to be replaced until XX". The possibility of replacement or repair is often information that cannot be grasped by an actual user (seller) and is added by a professional third person confirmation that can provide a vehicle maintenance service. On the other hand, if the purchaser 105 can grasp such information before the transaction, it is desirable to separately consider the cost for replacement and repair when replacement and repair are required in the near future.
However, when the third party 106 finds unfavorable information (for example, information on the possibility of replacement/repair) that the seller 104 does not know while checking the vehicle of the seller 104, if the information described by the third party 106 is unconditionally disclosed to the prospective purchaser 105, the benefit of the seller 104 may be impaired. Therefore, when the evaluation information is described by the third party 106, the seller 104 can set whether or not to permit disclosure of each piece of information related to the event 703 related to the failure. For example, as shown in fig. 7, an allowable difference can be set for each item of the event 703 related to the failure. In this way, in the system for mediating the buying and selling of the used vehicle, the reliability of the information on the vehicle proposed by the seller can be improved by the confirmation of the third party, and the loss of the profit of the seller, which may be caused by the confirmation result, can be suppressed.
[ service information ]
Next, a data format of the service information will be described with reference to fig. 8. The service information is information that stores information provided from a third person 106 who is a worker who can provide the maintenance service for the vehicle. The third party 106 can provide a repair service for a portion requiring repair and a service related to a delivery until the prospective purchaser 105 starts riding the purchased vehicle, in addition to checking the state of the sold vehicle.
For example, as shown in FIG. 8, the service information integrates information provided by the third party 106. In this example, the service ID805 is managed by associating vehicle information (vehicle ID801), evaluation information (evaluation ID802), information on a quoted price related to repair, and information related to delivery. That is, the evaluation information and the information of the quoted price related to the repair and delivery of the vehicle can be extracted from the predetermined vehicle information.
The repair-related quote information 803 is associated with a quote amount for repairing the defect described in the vehicle information by the seller 104 (for example, a flaw in the portion P1), and a defect found when the vehicle is confirmed by the third party 106 (for example, a dent in the portion P2). The offer information 804 related to the delivery describes an amount of an offer for a fee for an item required for checking the vehicle, an agent of a registration procedure, or the like.
[ user evaluation value information ]
User evaluation value information is set for each user, and is stored in the user evaluation value DB 312.
The user evaluation value information can be evaluated by both the seller 104 and the desired purchaser 105 after the transaction between the seller 104 and the desired purchaser 105 is completed. The rating information can be referenced by other users when the seller 104 or the prospective buyer 105 conducts other transactions.
The user evaluation value information is information in which, for example, the user who has been evaluated and the evaluation content are recorded on the side that receives the evaluation (the seller 104 when input by the prospective purchaser 105). For example, when the prospective purchaser 105 inputs the user evaluation value information to the seller 104, the user ID indicating the seller 104 is associated with the evaluation content of the prospective purchaser 105 by the user ID identifying the evaluator (the prospective purchaser 105 in this case). The evaluation content may be, for example, information specifying any one of the one to five stages, or information in a remark form such as "the user has been satisfied with quickly coping with the evaluation", or both of them.
[ example of functional configuration of communication device 101 ]
Next, a functional configuration example of the communication device 101 used by the seller will be described. Fig. 4 is a block diagram showing an example of the functional configuration of the communication apparatus 101. It is to be noted that the communication device 102 used by the purchaser 105 may have the same configuration as the communication device 101. The control unit 410 includes one or more CPUs 411, ROMs 412, and RAMs 413. The CPU411 controls various processes in the communication apparatus by reading and executing programs stored in the ROM 412. The ROM412 is a nonvolatile storage medium and stores programs corresponding to various processes. The RAM413 is a volatile storage medium, and is used as a working memory or the like, for example. The control unit 410 may further include a GPU, an ASIC, or a dedicated circuit.
Further, the communication device 101 of the present embodiment includes various configurations such as an interface for providing information with the outside and power necessary for the operation of the communication device 101. Each of the configurations described below operates under the control of the control unit 410.
The operation unit 414 receives various operations for the communication device, including, for example, a switch, a touch panel, and the like. The operation unit 414 receives, for example, vehicle information related to a vehicle to be sold (user operation on a vehicle information input screen described later), or an operation for setting the presence or absence of disclosure of evaluation information of the third party 106 (user operation on a disclosure item permission screen described later). The operation unit 141 may include a soft keyboard for inputting characters.
The communication unit 415 is configured to communicate with an external device (for example, the information processing device 100) via a network, and the communication method, the communication protocol, and the like are not particularly limited. The communication unit 415 transmits vehicle information and settings related to public matters to the information processing device 100, or receives evaluation information of the third person 106, for example.
The power supply unit 416 is configured to supply power to each unit of the communication device 101, and corresponds to a battery, for example. The display unit 417 is configured to display various user interfaces related to operation menus and sales of vehicles, and includes a display and the like. The display portion 417 and the operation portion 414 may be integrated as a touch panel display, for example.
The sensor unit 421 includes various sensors such as a GPS (Global Positioning System) and a camera for detecting position information of the sensor unit. The imaging unit 422 is, for example, a camera, and can capture an image of a vehicle for sale.
[ example of functional configuration of communication device 103 ]
Next, a functional configuration example of the communication device 103 will be explained. Fig. 5 is a block diagram showing an example of the functional configuration of the communication device 103. The control unit 510 includes one or more CPUs 511, ROMs 512, and RAMs 513. The CPU511 controls various processes in the communication apparatus by reading and executing programs stored in the ROM 512. The ROM512 is a nonvolatile storage medium and stores programs corresponding to various processes. The RAM513 is a volatile storage medium, and is used as a work memory or the like, for example.
Further, the communication device 103 according to the present embodiment includes various configurations such as an interface for providing information with the outside and power necessary for the operation of the communication device 103. Each of the configurations described below operates under the control of the control unit 510.
The operation unit 514 receives various operations for the communication device, including a mouse, a keyboard, and a touch panel, for example. In the present embodiment, the operation unit 514 is used when the third party 106 confirms and checks the vehicle of the seller 104, and creates the result of the confirmation as the evaluation information.
The communication unit 515 communicates with an external apparatus (for example, the information processing apparatus 100) via a network, and the communication method, the communication protocol, and the like are not particularly limited. The communication unit 515 transmits the input evaluation information to the information processing apparatus 100, or receives vehicle information input by the seller 104 from the information processing apparatus 100, for example.
The power supply unit 516 is configured to supply power to each unit of the communication device 103, and corresponds to a battery. The display unit 517 is configured to output various information such as an operation menu, and includes a display and the like.
[ series of operations of vehicle information providing processing ]
Next, a series of operations of the vehicle information providing process executed by the information processing device 100 in the used vehicle trading system will be described with reference to fig. 11A and 11B. In addition, the present process is performed by the used-car sales service provided by the information processing apparatus 100, and the seller and the prospective purchaser are registered in the service using their own user IDs. Further, the operation of each device is realized by executing a program stored in a ROM of each device by a CPU.
In S1101, the communication device 101 inputs vehicle information of a vehicle to be sold in accordance with the operation of the seller 104, and transmits the vehicle information to the information processing device 100. Fig. 9 shows an example of a vehicle information input screen 901 displayed on the display unit 417 when the seller 104 inputs vehicle information. The vehicle information input screen 901 is configured to be capable of inputting information corresponding to the vehicle information described above, and includes, for example, a column 902 for inputting general items such as the type of the vehicle to be sold, and a column 903 for inputting items related to the failure condition of the vehicle to be sold. In the example shown in fig. 9, for example, an input field 904 related to a flaw and an input field 905 related to an accident history are provided for the items related to the failure.
Further, the communication device 101 can add an image, a moving image, another VR image, and the like of the vehicle captured in advance or captured while being input to the vehicle information input screen 901. In S1102, the information processing device 100 acquires the vehicle information from the communication device 101 and stores it in the vehicle information DB 310.
In S1103, the communication device 102 searches for the vehicle information by the operation of the prospective purchaser 105, specifies the specific vehicle information, and transmits a viewing request. In the timing chart shown in fig. 11A, in consideration of the intuitiveness of the drawing, a search request is transmitted from the communication apparatus 102 to the information processing apparatus 100, and the process of transmitting the search result from the information processing apparatus 100 is omitted.
In S1104, the information processing device 100 transmits the vehicle information (for example, by the vehicle information ID or the like) designated to the communication device 102. In S1105, the communication device 102 receives the target vehicle information and displays the vehicle information on the display unit 417. It is desirable that the purchaser 105 can confirm general items and items related to the trouble in the vehicle information. At this time, when the purchaser 105 further requests confirmation of the third party, the purchaser presses a key on the display screen or the like to request confirmation of the third party, and transmits a confirmation request to the third party to the information processing apparatus 100.
In S1106, the information processing apparatus 100, upon receiving the confirmation request from the communication apparatus 102, notifies the seller 104 and requests the evaluation information from the third party 106. Although not explicitly shown in fig. 11A, when receiving a notification of a confirmation request to the third party from the prospective purchaser 105, the seller 104 transports the vehicle for sale to a maintenance site of the third party (to confirm). The information processing apparatus 100 transmits vehicle information to be evaluated by the third person 106 to the communication apparatus 103.
In the example of the present embodiment, the seller 104 transports the vehicle to the third party in response to receiving the request for evaluation by the third party, but the timing of transporting the vehicle may be other timing. For example, the seller may transport the vehicle to a third party in response to the information processing apparatus 100 transmitting vehicle information of the vehicle to be sold.
In S1107, when the evaluation information is requested from the information processing apparatus 100, the communication apparatus 103 of the third party 106 displays the received vehicle information as being able to be confirmed by the third party. Then, when the third person confirms and evaluates the vehicle based on the vehicle information, the communication 102 transmits evaluation information including the evaluation result to the information processing device 100. For example, when a third party receives a vehicle of a seller that has been transported, the third party checks and evaluates the vehicle while looking at vehicle information described by the seller. As described above, if the vehicle information is described without an error, the third person 106 adds information indicating that there is no error to the evaluation information. When a failure is newly found or a state in which a possibility of replacement or repair is generated is found, information such as the failure is described in the evaluation information.
In addition, when the used vehicle is purchased and sold by the vehicle information providing process according to the present embodiment, the vehicle of the seller is transported to the third party at the time when the evaluation of the third party is requested. Therefore, after the transaction is established through the following processing, it is not necessary to transport the vehicle in order to perform a transaction procedure or the like to the dealer (i.e., a third party). Therefore, the time from the establishment of the transaction to the delivery of the vehicle can be shortened.
The third party creates the repair-related offer information 803 and the delivery-related offer information 804 shown in fig. 8 in combination, and transmits them to the information processing apparatus 100. In the present embodiment, a case has been described as an example in which the repair-related offer information and the delivery-related offer information are transmitted to the information processing device 100 at the same timing as the evaluation information. However, the purchaser 105 and the third party 106 may wish to further adjust the details of the repair or delivery procedure at a later time, and the third party 106 may transmit the adjusted quoted amount to the information processing apparatus 100 to update the information.
In S1108, the information processing apparatus 100 receives the evaluation information and the information related to the offer from the communication apparatus 102, and stores them in the evaluation information DB and the service information DB, respectively. In addition, the information processing apparatus 100 notifies the seller 104 of the evaluation result in accordance with the fact that the DB stores the evaluation information and the offer information.
In S1109, the communication device 101 displays the public item permission screen based on the evaluation result from the information processing device 100, and sets the public item in accordance with the instruction of the vendor. The public affair permission screen is, for example, a public affair permission screen 1001 shown in fig. 10, and shows an evaluation result 1002 of the third party. The evaluation result of the third person includes general items 1003 and items 1006 related to the failure condition, and the confirmation result 1005 of the description of each sub item 1004 is displayed in the general items 1003. In the example shown in fig. 10, the confirmation result 1005 indicates that there is no error in the information shown by the seller. In addition, the confirmation result 1008 in the event 1006 related to the failure indicates that the "flaw is found in the portion P1" in the item 1007 was confirmed by the third person.
Item 1010 indicates a newly found failure or a possibility of replacement/repair by the confirmation of the third party. The seller allows such information to be disclosed to the desired buyer through operation of keys 1009-1011. In the example shown in fig. 10, the disclosure is shown in which the corresponding malfunction is permitted by setting the key to "on". On the other hand, setting the key to "off" indicates that the disclosure of the corresponding failure condition is not permitted.
In S1110, the information processing apparatus 100 updates the evaluation information based on the received evaluation information. In S1111, the information processing apparatus 100 transmits the updated evaluation information to the communication apparatus 102 of the prospective purchaser.
In S1112, the communication device 102 displays the received evaluation information on the display unit. Thus, it is desirable that the buyer 105 can view the evaluation information confirmed by the third party. The evaluation information displayed by the communication device 102 may be similar to the public affair permission screen shown in fig. 10. For example, the items 1002 to 1009 may be displayed, and the evaluation information at 1010 may be displayed with a description of "partially recessed at P2" that the seller allows. In this way, the evaluation information can be viewed while comparing the items described by the seller with the evaluation results (examination marks, new indications of defective conditions) of the third party.
In S1113, when the prospective purchaser 105 determines purchase of the vehicle while viewing the evaluation information, the communication device 102 transmits information indicating a request for transaction to the information processing device 100 according to an operation of the prospective purchaser 105.
In S1114, the information processing apparatus 100 transmits information indicating that the transaction is established to the communication apparatus 101 of the seller 104 and the communication apparatus 103 of the third party when the transaction is established with the seller based on the application of the transaction from the communication apparatus 102. By notifying the establishment of the transaction to the third party as well, the third party 106 can promptly start the work for replacement, repair, or the like, or the work for delivery of the vehicle after the establishment of the transaction. That is, the time to delivery can be shortened as compared with the case where the communication is individually obtained from the prospective purchaser.
When the transaction for the vehicle is ended, the information processing apparatus 100 acquires information indicating the evaluation of the transaction for the seller and information indicating the evaluation of the transaction for the prospective purchaser from the respective communication apparatuses, and updates the evaluation information of the transaction for each user based on the acquired information of the evaluations. The evaluation information for a transaction is used as information indicating the reliability of the user when the user performs other transactions.
As described above, in the present embodiment, the vehicle information described by the seller is evaluated by the third party, and the evaluation result is acquired. Then, predetermined information including the evaluation result concerning the vehicle failure condition among the information of the evaluation result is transmitted to the communication device of the prospective purchaser. Further, predetermined information including the evaluation result regarding the defective condition of the vehicle controls the evaluation result based on the permission of the seller. Thus, accurate, erroneous, and reliable vehicle information in which the items related to the failure are not obtained can be provided as more reliable information. In other words, in the system for mediating the buying and selling of the used vehicle, the reliability of the information on the vehicle proposed by the seller can be improved.
