In order to achieve the aim, the color fixing clothes cleaning additive is provided with ZnO nano wires coupled with a color fixing agent.
Furthermore, the ZnO nanowire is prepared by adopting a direct physical evaporation method, the diameter of the ZnO nanowire is controlled to be 10-50nm, and the length of the ZnO nanowire is controlled to be 50-100um.
Furthermore, more than one defect point is arranged on the ZnO nanowire, and the color fixing agent is coupled to the defect point of the ZnO nanowire.
Further, the preparation method of the defect point comprises the following steps: performing surface chemical etching treatment by using HF to manufacture defect points; or to make defect points using plasma.
Further, the method for manufacturing the defect point by using HF to carry out surface chemical etching treatment comprises the following steps:
51 Dispersing ZnO nanowires into an amino acid aqueous solution with a preset concentration for soaking, wherein the pI of the amino acid is more than 7;

The application uses ZnO nano-wire as carrier, uses bridge action of monoalkoxy titanate to form structure with outer layer as color fixing agent, middle layer as coupling agent and inner layer as ZnO nano-wire; the color fixing agent is loaded on the surface of the carrier, so that the long-acting color fixing effect is realized. The nano-wires are one-dimensional nano-materials and are physically entangled with the clothes fibers to be tightly combined, so that the purpose of preventing falling can be achieved, and meanwhile, the nano-ZnO is used as an efficient antibacterial material, so that the effects of resisting bacteria and reducing peculiar smell of clothes can be achieved. Therefore, the application can realize fixation and antibiosis.
Detailed Description
Example 1
The method for fixing the clothes cleaning additive of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
1) Preparing ZnO nanowires, wherein the diameter of the ZnO nanowires is controlled to be 10-50nm, and the length of the ZnO nanowires is 5-100um by adopting a direct physical evaporation method; and simultaneously, HF is used for carrying out surface chemical etching treatment to manufacture defects so as to promote interaction between the nanowire and the coupling agent.
The method for manufacturing the defect point by using HF for carrying out surface chemical etching treatment comprises the following steps:
11 Dispersing ZnO nanowires into 0.5% amino acid aqueous solution, soaking for 1-5 min, wherein the amino acid is histidine (pI=7.59) or lysine (pI=9.74) with pI larger than 7 or a combination of the histidine and the lysine; since ZnO is negatively charged in an aqueous solution due to the hydroxyl group, amino acids are positively charged at pH less than isoelectric point pI, and the amino acids are adsorbed on the surface of ZnO nanowire portion.
12 Taking out the soaked ZnO nanowire and drying;
13 Etching the dried ZnO nanowire by using HF with the concentration of 0.1-1% to form a plurality of defect points;
14 After etching, the ZnO nanowire is dispersed in sodium hydroxide solution with the pH value larger than pI again for desorption.
2) Preparation of additives
1-2 parts of monoalkoxy titanate coupling hydrophilic modifier is added into an aqueous solution dispersion system containing 1-2 parts of glycerol, 0.2-1 part of carboxymethyl cellulose, 1-2 parts of sodium polyacrylate and 3-5 parts of polyvinylpyrrolidone, and 10-30 parts of ZnO nanowires are slowly added after uniform stirring to prepare hydrophilic ZnO nanowire dispersion liquid.
3) Adding 1-5 parts of color fixing agent into 5-20 parts of prepared hydrophilic ZnO nanowire dispersion liquid; the color fixing agent is attached to the defect points on the surface of the ZnO nanowire through the monoalkoxy titanate by means of the coupling effect of the monoalkoxy titanate.
The color fixing agent is one or more of Ciba Lai Ding @ CL, sokalan HP66K, FLOSOFT CCP and polyvinylpyrrolidone.
The ZnO nanowire dispersion liquid loaded with the color fixing agent is added into a conventional clothes cleaning agent, so that the color fixing antibacterial effect can be realized, and the color fixing antibacterial agent has a rinsing-resistant function and does not need to be added every time.
Tested, as shown in the following table: the concentration and the pH value of the amino acid (lysine in the table below) are controlled, so that the adhesion quantity of the amino acid on the ZnO nanowire can be effectively controlled; so as to influence the number of defect points etched on the ZnO nanowire by HF, thereby influencing the adsorption quantity of the coupling agent on the ZnO nanowire; so as to control the adsorption quantity of the color fixing agent on the ZnO nanowire. Therefore, one part of points on the ZnO nanowire are connected with the fixing agent through the coupling agent, and the other part of points cannot be adsorbed by the coupling agent because the other part of points are not etched, so that the surface of the ZnO nanowire is exposed, and the effects of fixation and sterilization are achieved.
