Detailed Description
Example 1
The method of fixing a laundry detergent additive of this embodiment comprises:
1) preparing ZnO nanowires by direct physical evaporation method, wherein the diameter is controlled to be 10-50nm, and the length is 5-100 um; and simultaneously, the HF is utilized to carry out surface chemical etching treatment to manufacture defects so as to promote the interaction of the nanowires and the coupling agent.
The method for manufacturing the defect point by performing surface chemical etching treatment by using HF comprises the following steps:
11) dispersing ZnO nanowires into 0.5% amino acid aqueous solution, and soaking for 1-5 min, wherein the amino acid is histidine (pI ═ 7.59) or lysine (pI ═ 9.74) with pI greater than 7 or a composition of the histidine and the lysine; as ZnO in aqueous solution has negative charge due to the action of hydroxyl, amino acid has positive charge when pH is less than isoelectric point pI, and the amino acid is adsorbed on the surface of ZnO nanowire.
12) Taking out the soaked ZnO nanowire and drying;
13) etching the dried ZnO nanowire by using HF with the concentration of 0.1-1% to form a plurality of defect points;
14) and dispersing the etched ZnO nanowire in a sodium hydroxide solution with the pH value larger than the pI again for desorption.
2) Preparation of the additive
Adding 1-2 parts of monoalkoxy titanate coupling hydrophilic modifier into an aqueous solution dispersion system containing 1-2 parts of glycerol, 0.2-1 part of carboxymethyl cellulose, 1-2 parts of sodium polyacrylate and 3-5 parts of polyvinylpyrrolidone, stirring uniformly, and slowly adding 10-30 parts of ZnO nanowires to prepare the hydrophilic ZnO nanowire dispersion liquid.
3) Adding 1-5 parts of color fixing agent into 5-20 parts of prepared hydrophilic ZnO nanowire dispersion liquid; by means of the coupling effect of the monoalkoxy titanate, the color fixing agent is attached to the defect points on the surface of the ZnO nanowire through the monoalkoxy titanate.
The color fixing agent is one or more of Ciba aventurine @ CL, Sokalan HP66K, FLOSOFT CCP and polyvinylpyrrolidone.
The ZnO nanowire dispersion liquid loaded with the color fixing agent is added into a conventional clothes cleaning agent, so that the color fixing and antibacterial effects can be realized, and the color fixing agent has a rinsing resistance function and does not need to be added every time.
The following table shows the results of the tests: the concentration and the pH value of amino acid (lysine in the following table) are controlled, so that the attachment quantity of the amino acid on the ZnO nanowire can be effectively controlled; so as to influence the number of defect points etched on the ZnO nanowire by HF, thereby influencing the adsorption quantity of the coupling agent on the ZnO nanowire; so as to control the adsorption quantity of the color fixing agent on the ZnO nanowire. Therefore, one part of points on the ZnO nanowire are connected with the fixing agent through the coupling agent, and the other part of points cannot be absorbed by the coupling agent due to the fact that the points are not etched, so that the surface of the ZnO nanowire is exposed, and the effects of color fixation and sterilization are achieved.
