s1, selecting strains: selecting high-quality poria cocos blocks suitable for local temperature and climate, cleaning and disinfecting the surfaces of the selected poria cocos blocks for later use;
s2, cultivation of stock hyphae: taking out the poria cocos blocks selected in the step S1, inoculating the poria cocos flesh in the poria cocos blocks to a culture medium I in a triangular flask, transferring the poria cocos blocks to a thermostat with the temperature of 22-25 ℃ for culturing for 5-7 days until mycelium grows in a culture container, and obtaining required stock hypha;
s3, cultivation of hyphae of the cultivated species: inoculating the stock spawn hyphae prepared in the step S2 onto a culture medium II in a polypropylene cultivation bag with the diameter of 6cm, and performing cultivation operation until the cultivation bag is full of poria cocos hyphae, so as to obtain cultivation spawn hyphae;
s4, wood guiding operation: peeling pine tree branches with the diameter of 3-5cm and the length of 30-40cm, air-drying, soaking in saturated brown sugar water for a day and a night, and sterilizing for later use;
s5, preparation of cultivars: putting the peeled pine branches obtained in the step S4 into a culture bag of the hyphae of the cultivated species obtained in the step S3, extending the peeled pine branches to the outer side of the culture bag, fastening the opening of the culture bag, and culturing and propagating at the temperature of 15-30 ℃ for 10-15 days for later use;
s6, preparing the nutrition packet: mixing 20% of pine sawdust, 25% of pine chips, 15% of pine wool, 15% of corn meal, 20% of wheat bran, 1% of brown sugar, 1% of gypsum and 3% of soybean meal according to parts by weight, and then carrying out disinfection treatment to prepare the required nutrition bag;
s7, inoculating and culturing a nutrition package: inserting the strain bag prepared in the S5 step into the nutrition bag prepared in the S6 step under aseptic conditions, and culturing at 15-30 ℃ for 30-40 days;
s8, soil preparation and land selection: selecting a planting field with good drainage, excavating cultivation pits in the planting field in sandy soil with the soil mainly comprising yellow sandy soil and the pH value of 3-5, and spraying a sterilizing liquid to the cultivation pits to perform disinfection and insect killing treatment after excavation;
s9, grafting; when hypha begins to attach to the leading wood, 50 g of fresh poria cocos blocks are taken and inoculated on the cross section of the leading wood and wrapped by an agricultural film;
s10, planting: transplanting the nutrition bag and the strains cultured and propagated in the step S9 into sandy soil, and placing the nutrition bag below the soil;
s11, post management: 7-10 days after inoculation, the growth conditions of hyphae in each section are checked so as to supplement the seeds in time, if the poria cocos is exposed out of the ground, soil covering, weeding and insect killing are carried out in time, and drainage is carried out in rainy season.

The method for preparing the tuckahoe cultivation nutrition pack according to claim 1, wherein the nutrition pack prepared in the step S6 is prepared by mixing pine wood chips, pine wood pieces, pine nuts, corn flour, wheat bran, brown sugar, gypsum and bean pulp with water, and controlling the water content to be 50-55%.
