Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar functions throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
A monitoring method, a monitoring system, a storage medium, and an electronic apparatus for an outdoor protective box according to embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
FIG. 1 is a flow chart of a monitoring method for an outdoor protective enclosure in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the monitoring method of the outdoor protective box includes the following steps:
s11, acquiring the state information of the outdoor protection box.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the outdoor protection box and the management platform are connected to an external camera device. The box body of the outdoor protective box is internally provided with an in-box camera device, a box door switch, a power lamp, a warning lamp, a fan, a data acquisition interface board, a data acquisition unit mainboard, a network transmission unit, a lightning protection unit and a power supply unit. The management platform can monitor the outdoor protection box in real time and acquire the state information of the outdoor protection box. The state information comprises at least one of a network state, a power state, a box body state, a lightning protection state, a box door opening and closing state and a fan state of the outdoor protection box. The connection between the outdoor protection box and the management platform can be in a wireless connection mode.
As an example, the management platform may employ IBOXMS, the data acquisition interface board may employ IBOX-LI, the network transmission unit may employ IBOX-S1004, the data acquisition unit motherboard may employ IBOX-CTR, the lightning protection unit may employ IBOX-SPD, and the power supply unit may employ IBOX-DC. The management platform IBOXMS is further connected to a network transmission unit IBOX-S1004 in the outdoor protective box through a network and is connected to a data acquisition unit main board IBOX-CTR through a data acquisition interface board IBOX-LI, so that the opening and closing state of the box door, the state of a power supply lamp, the state of a warning lamp and the state of a fan are acquired. The network transmission unit IBOX-S1004, the lightning protection unit IBOX-SPD and the power supply unit IBOX-DC in the outdoor protection box acquire data, the acquired data are transmitted to the data acquisition unit main board IBOX-CTR, and the management platform IBOXMS monitors the network operation and maintenance state, the power supply voice state, the box body temperature state, the lightning protection state, the box door switch state and the fan state of the protection box in real time.
The outdoor protection box can be provided with an IP address, so that the management platform can automatically find the outdoor protection box according to the IP address. The management platform can monitor the outdoor protection box in real time after finding the outdoor protection box, and generate a monitoring state interface corresponding to the outdoor protection box.
Further, the in-box imaging device may be an imaging device provided at a preset position. The preset positions can be multiple, and then the camera device in the box can select the proper preset positions to shoot according to actual needs.
Specifically, the installation position and the plurality of shooting angles of the in-box shooting device can be designed according to the outdoor protective box, and the installation position and the plurality of shooting angles are used as preset positions of the in-box shooting device, so that the in-box shooting device is installed on the installation position, and the in-box shooting device can select the shooting angles according to actual needs. The plurality of camera angles may include a first camera angle and a second camera angle; the first camera shooting angle is used when the in-box camera shooting device shoots an outdoor protective box provided with the in-box camera shooting device, and the second camera shooting angle is used when the in-box camera shooting device shoots other outdoor protective boxes.
Optionally, the corresponding relationship between the outdoor protective box and the surrounding camera device can also be obtained in advance. The surrounding imaging device may be an in-box imaging device mounted on X (for example, 6) outdoor shelters closest to the outdoor shelter, and does not include an in-box imaging device mounted on the outdoor shelter. The corresponding relation between the outdoor protective box and the surrounding camera device can also comprise a second shooting angle of the surrounding camera device.
As an example, the numbers can be respectively numbered for an outdoor protective box and an in-box camera device; therefore, a corresponding relation table of the outdoor protective box and the surrounding camera device can be established in the storage equipment of the management platform according to the numbering result; the correspondence table stores the correspondence between the outdoor protective box and the 6 in-box imaging devices closest to the outdoor protective box, and also stores the second imaging angle required by each of the 6 in-box imaging devices to image the outdoor protective box.
Further, an external camera device can be installed on the outdoor protective box. As an example, the external camera device may be installed at a fixed position away from the outdoor protective box, and the fixed position may enable the external camera device to photograph the outdoor protective box; simultaneously, still can acquire all other outdoor protective casings that the incasement camera device that corresponds with this external camera device can shoot, and then set up this external camera device and can follow this incasement camera device and shoot.
And S12, judging whether the outdoor protective box is illegally damaged according to the state information.
Specifically, if the door switch is triggered, it is determined that the door of the outdoor protective box is illegally opened; and if the outdoor protection box is in an off-line state, judging that the box body of the outdoor protection box is illegally damaged.
The door switch can be a normally closed switch, and if the door of the outdoor protection box is damaged, the door switch can be bounced open. Therefore, the state of the door switch can be changed from a normally closed state to a normally open state, which indicates that the door of the outdoor protective box is illegally opened.
And S13, if the illegal damage happens, controlling the camera device on the outdoor protective box to acquire the image information of the illegal damage, or controlling the camera devices on other outdoor protective boxes around the outdoor protective box to acquire the image information of the illegal damage.
Specifically, if the door of the outdoor protection box is illegally opened, the in-box camera device on the outdoor protection box is controlled to collect image information of illegal damage behaviors. That is, if the door switch is triggered, information that the door switch is triggered is transmitted to the management platform, and the in-box image pickup device mounted on the outdoor protective box is directly controlled to pick up an image at a first shooting angle (for example, 4 pictures can be taken). And then the shot face picture is sent to a management platform.
Optionally, the management platform may also control the image pickup device installed on the outdoor protective box to pick up an image at the first shooting angle after receiving the information that the door switch is triggered, so as to obtain the face image.
As an example, if the door of the outdoor protective box is illegally opened, the door switch transmits a message that the door is illegally opened to the data acquisition unit main board IBOX-CTR through the data acquisition interface board IBOX-LI in the form of a switch signal through the RS485 protocol, the data acquisition unit main board IBOX-CTR converts the switch signal into the TCP/IP protocol through the RS485 protocol and transmits the TCP/IP protocol to the management platform, and after receiving the signal, the management platform IBOXMS calls the in-box camera device through the GB28181 or ONVIF protocol to take a picture at a first shooting angle and upload the picture to the management platform.
As another example, after the in-box camera device takes a picture of the outdoor protective box, the taken picture can be identified by the identification device. Specifically, if an image of a person is identified in a shot photo, a face judgment is performed on the photo, and if the face is judged to exist in the photo, the photo is transmitted to a management platform; if the shot picture is judged to contain a person but not have a face, continuing to shoot and judging the shot result until the face appears in the shot picture; if no person appears in the shot picture, the information is sent to a management platform, and the management platform invokes the surrounding camera device corresponding to the outdoor protective box to shoot at a second shooting angle according to the corresponding relation between the outdoor protective box and the surrounding camera device.
Further, if the outdoor protection box is in an off-line state, the camera devices on other outdoor protection boxes around the outdoor protection box are controlled to collect image information of illegal damage behaviors.
Specifically, if it is determined that the box body of the outdoor protective box is illegally damaged, the surrounding imaging device corresponding to the outdoor protective box is directly moved to perform imaging at the second imaging angle according to the corresponding relationship between the outdoor protective box and the surrounding imaging device.
And S14, acquiring and storing image information to obtain evidence and store illegal damage behaviors.
Optionally, when the image information is acquired by shooting a certain outdoor protective box through the in-box camera device, the image information may also be acquired by shooting the same outdoor protective box through the external camera device according to the in-box camera device. And the camera device stores the acquired image information.
The image information acquired by the external camera device can be a video recorded by the external camera device.
Therefore, when the outdoor protective box is illegally damaged, the picture can be taken and the video can be recorded, so that the illegal damage behavior can be collected and stored.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the monitoring method of the outdoor protection box further includes:
and S21, judging whether the illegal damage behavior is finished or not according to the image information.
And S22, if the illegal damage behavior is finished, controlling the corresponding camera device to finish the acquisition of the image information of the illegal damage behavior.
Specifically, when the outdoor protective box is judged to be illegally damaged, the external camera device starts to record and store image information. The external camera device obtains two adjacent frames of pictures of the recorded image information, obtains pixel points with pixel value changes in the two adjacent frames of pictures, takes an area formed by all the pixel points with pixel value changes as a change area, and further processes, tracks and identifies the change area to obtain basic form information and dynamic information including target position, size, shape, speed, retention time and the like. Further, tracking and behavior understanding of the target are carried out according to the basic form information and the dynamic information, so that the understood behavior of the shot target is sent to the management platform, and the management platform can know the ongoing behavior of the target so as to take corresponding action according to the behavior of the target; for example, an alarm may be selected, or a video captured by a camera on the scene may be selected.
The target may be a person to be photographed.
Further, whether the illegal damage behavior is finished or not can be judged according to image information obtained by shooting through the external camera device; and if the illegal damage behavior is judged to be finished, controlling the external camera device to finish collecting the image information of the illegal damage behavior.
As an example, as shown in fig. 3, it may be determined that the illegal breaking action has ended after the picture captured by the external imaging device is still. Specifically, if the illegal destruction behavior is judged to have ended according to the behavior information obtained by understanding, whether a change area between two adjacent frames of pictures of the image information acquired by the camera is smaller than a preset area threshold value or not can be judged; and if the change area between two adjacent frames of pictures of the image information acquired by the camera is smaller than a preset area threshold value and the duration of the state is longer than a preset time threshold value, judging that the illegal destruction behavior is finished. And then can set up the preset shooting angle for external camera device in advance to after controlling external camera device to finish the collection to illegal act of destroying the behavior image information, can control external camera device to resume and shoot with the preset shooting angle.
In summary, the monitoring method for the outdoor protective box according to the embodiment of the present invention can monitor the outdoor protective box, and further perform evidence obtaining when the outdoor protective box is illegally damaged, thereby better implementing maintenance of the outdoor protective box.
Further, the present invention proposes a computer-readable storage medium.
