本发明涉及三嗪基氮磷系阻燃剂及制备方法与水性丙烯酸涂料,三嗪基氮磷系阻燃剂是利用烯丙基羟乙基醚改性三聚氯氰,将双键引入到三嗪基中,然后再用9,10‑二氢‑9‑氧杂‑10‑磷杂菲‑10‑氧化物与双键进行加成反应。最后将制得的阻燃剂与水性丙烯酸乳液共混,制得性能优异的阻燃涂料。水性丙烯酸涂料按照重量份包括:水性丙烯酸乳液100份,三嗪基氮磷系阻燃剂15‑25份,消泡剂0.5份,流平剂0.5份,增稠剂1.5份。所制得的阻燃涂料克服了普通小分子三嗪基阻燃剂易于水解和迁移的缺点;改性三嗪基与DOPO构建了氮磷协同型阻燃体系,大大提高了阻燃效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及阻燃材料技术领域,具体涉及一种三嗪基氮磷系阻燃剂及制备方法与水性丙烯酸涂料。
背景技术
在阻燃水性丙烯酸涂料的开发中,早期广泛使用的卤素类阻燃剂具有阻燃效率高、用量少、价格低的显著优点,但卤素类阻燃剂燃烧时会释放出有毒气体,对人的身体造成危害。因此,开发一种高性能的无卤阻燃水性丙烯酸涂料显得尤为重要。
目前制备无卤阻燃水性丙烯酸涂料主要方式是添加无机阻燃剂,比如氢氧化铝/氢氧化镁,聚磷酸铵,膨胀石墨等。中国专利CN 108997924公布了一种纳米聚氨酯阻燃防水涂料及其制备方法,将无机阻燃剂纳米氢氧化镁,改性镁铝水滑石和纳米碳酸钙复配使用,制备了一种阻燃性能优异的丙烯酸涂料。但是无机阻燃剂的用量过大,一方面使得加工过程难以进行;另一方面过多的无机填料会使得涂料的综合性能变差,尤其是涂料成膜之后的力学性能。中国专利CN112322167A公布了一种膨胀型钢结构防火涂料制备方法,所述膨胀型阻燃剂包括改性聚磷酸铵、三嗪类成炭剂和可膨胀石墨。以改性聚磷酸铵、三嗪类小分子成炭剂和可膨胀石墨作为阻燃剂成分加入水性基料树脂乳液中,制得了综合性能良好的阻燃涂料。但由于三嗪类小分子在基体中的溶解及扩散,这种亚稳态条件会使其扩散到基体表面并在表面沉积,不仅影响产品美观,而且还会造成材料性能的下降。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术的不足而提供一种三嗪基氮磷系阻燃剂及制备方法与水性丙烯酸涂料。
所述的三嗪基氮磷系阻燃剂是利用烯丙基羟乙基醚改性三聚氯氰,将双键引入到三嗪基中,然后再用9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)与双键进行加成反应。最后将制得的阻燃剂与水性丙烯酸乳液共混,制得性能优异的阻燃涂料。所制得的阻燃涂料克服了普通小分子三嗪基阻燃剂易于水解和迁移的缺点;改性三嗪基与DOPO构建了氮磷协同型阻燃体系,大大提高了阻燃效率。
具体的技术方案为:
三嗪基氮磷系阻燃剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)烯丙基羟乙基醚改性三聚氯氰的制备
将0.3mol烯丙基羟乙基醚,0.3mol碳酸氢钠和300mL二氯甲烷共同置于装有搅拌和回流冷凝装置的500mL三口瓶中,将温度降为0℃;
将0.1mol的三聚氯氰溶于50mL二氯甲烷中,待其完全溶解后转移至恒压滴液漏斗中待用;
将上述三聚氯氰的二氯甲烷溶液缓慢滴加入三口烧瓶中,反应2h,然后降温度提高至50℃反应8h后,将产物过滤,得浅白色滤饼;
使用丙酮冲洗滤饼两次,以除去未反应的三聚氯氰;
70℃下干燥12h,得烯丙基羟乙基醚改性三聚氯氰;
(2)三嗪基氮磷系阻燃剂的制备
0.1mol烯丙基羟乙基醚改性三聚氯氰,0.1mol 9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物,300ml无水乙醇置于三口烧瓶中搅拌,然后将整个反应体系升温至80℃反应6h;
然后等待其冷却到室温;
过滤,用无水乙醇冲洗三次,然后置于80℃烘箱中烘干,所得产物即为DOPO改性三嗪基阻燃剂。
所述的三嗪基氮磷系阻燃剂,用于制备阻燃水性丙烯酸涂料。
本发明还提供一种三嗪基氮磷系阻燃水性丙烯酸涂料,由以下原料按质量份制成:水性丙烯酸乳液100份,上述的三嗪基氮磷系阻燃剂15-25份,消泡剂0.5份,流平剂0.5份,增稠剂1.5份。
所述的消泡剂为在聚乙二醇中的增水固体和破泡聚硅氧烷的混合物(BYK-028)。
所述的流平剂为氟碳改性聚丙烯酸溶液埃夫卡EFKA-3777)。
所述的增稠剂为改性脲溶液(BYK-420)。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
(1)烯丙基羟乙基醚改性三聚氯氰,将双键引入到三嗪基中,然后再用9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)与双键进行加成反应,将两种阻燃剂直接通过化学键结合到一起;
(2)所制得的阻燃涂料克服了普通小分子三嗪基阻燃剂易于水解和迁移的缺点;
(3)改性三嗪基与DOPO构建了氮磷协同型阻燃体系,大大提高了阻燃效率。

下面通过实施例对本发明进行具体的描述,有必要指出的是以下实施例只是用于对本发明进行进一步的说明,不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制,该领域的技术熟练人员可根据上述发明的内容做出一些非本质的改进和调整,仍属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1:
水性丙烯酸乳液100份,三嗪基氮磷系阻燃剂15份,消泡剂0.5份,流平剂0.5份,增稠剂1.5份,将其混合均匀,置于成膜板中成膜。
所制备的三嗪基氮磷系阻燃水性丙烯酸涂料极限氧指数(LOI)与空白样(不加阻燃剂的涂料)相比,从17.8%提高至27.3%。
实施例2:
水性丙烯酸乳液100份,三嗪基氮磷系阻燃剂20份,消泡剂0.5份,流平剂0.5份,增稠剂1.5份,将其混合均匀,置于成膜板中成膜。
所制备的三嗪基氮磷系阻燃水性丙烯酸涂料极限氧指数(LOI)与空白样(不加阻燃剂的涂料)相比,从17.1%提高至29.4%。
实施例3:
水性丙烯酸乳液100份,三嗪基氮磷系阻燃剂25份,消泡剂0.5份,流平剂0.5份,增稠剂1.5份,将其混合均匀,置于成膜板中成膜。
所制备的三嗪基氮磷系阻燃水性丙烯酸涂料极限氧指数(LOI)与空白样(不加阻燃剂的涂料)相比,从18.9%提高至33.2%。
Claims (7)
1.三嗪基氮磷系阻燃剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)烯丙基羟乙基醚改性三聚氯氰的制备
将0.3mol烯丙基羟乙基醚,0.3mol碳酸氢钠和300mL二氯甲烷共同置于装有搅拌和回流冷凝装置的500mL三口瓶中,将温度降为0℃;
将0.1mol的三聚氯氰溶于50mL二氯甲烷中,待其完全溶解后转移至恒压滴液漏斗中待用;
将上述三聚氯氰的二氯甲烷溶液缓慢滴加入三口烧瓶中,反应2h,然后降温度提高至50℃反应8h后,将产物过滤,得浅白色滤饼;
使用丙酮冲洗滤饼两次,以除去未反应的三聚氯氰;
70℃下干燥12h,得烯丙基羟乙基醚改性三聚氯氰;
(2)三嗪基氮磷系阻燃剂的制备
0.1mol烯丙基羟乙基醚改性三聚氯氰,0.1mol 9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物,300ml无水乙醇置于三口烧瓶中搅拌,然后将整个反应体系升温至80℃反应6h;
然后等待其冷却到室温;
过滤,用无水乙醇冲洗三次,然后置于80℃烘箱中烘干,所得产物即为DOPO改性三嗪基阻燃剂。
2.三嗪基氮磷系阻燃剂,其特征在于,根据权利要求1所述的制备方法所得。
3.根据权利要求2所述的三嗪基氮磷系阻燃剂的应用,其特征在于,用于制备阻燃水性丙烯酸涂料。
4.一种三嗪基氮磷系阻燃水性丙烯酸涂料,其特征在于,由以下原料按质量份制成:水性丙烯酸乳液100份,权利要求2所述的三嗪基氮磷系阻燃剂15-25份,消泡剂0.5份,流平剂0.5份,增稠剂1.5份。
