Description

混合驱动装置
技术领域
本公开涉及包含发动机、旋转电机、与该旋转电机连结的变速机、连结发动机与旋转电机并且解除两者的连结的离合器的混合驱动装置。
背景技术
以往,作为这种混合驱动装置,公知有包含收容旋转电机和离合器的罩、支承转子并且被罩能够旋转地支承的转子支承部件(例如,参照专利文献1)。该混合驱动装置的罩包含在变速机侧在径向上延伸的罩壁、和以在轴向上延伸的方式固定于罩壁的轴支承部。轴支承部包含将转子支承部件能够旋转且在径向上支承的第一筒状部件和固定于该第一筒状部件的内侧的第二筒状部件,在第一筒状部件与第二筒状部件的径向之间形成在轴向上延伸的第一油路。而且,在第一筒状部件的外周面与转子支承部件的内周面之间形成被配置于轴向上的两侧的密封部件密封了的第二油路。第二油路经由形成于转子支承部件的油路与离合器的卡合油室(工作油压室)连通,并且经由形成于第一筒状部件的贯通孔与第一油路连通。由此,在离合器的卡合油室经由第一和第二油路等供给油。而且,在轴支承部(第二筒状部件)内配置筒状的连结部件,在第二筒状部件的内周面与连结部件的外周面之间在轴向上隔开间隔地配置两个径向轴承。另外,在连结部件的变速机侧的端部花键嵌合经由柔性板与扭矩转换器连结的凸缘部件,在连结部件的发动机侧的端部形成经由花键与转子支承部件连结的凸缘部。而且,连结部件的变速机侧的端部形成为筒状,在该端部内能够旋转地***被发动机驱动的输入部件的端部。

在上述以往的混合驱动装置中,用于将转子支承部件与扭矩转换器连结的连结部件被固定于罩的轴支承部(第二筒状部件)经由两个径向轴承能够旋转且在径向上支承。因此,虽然为了将该连结部件以不使其轴振摆的方式支承而需要充分地确保轴支承部的轴长,但必须将长尺寸的轴支承部以不与其他的部件发生干扰的方式配置,因此难以缩短混合驱动装置的轴长。
发明内容
因此,本公开的主要目的在于抑制将来自旋转电机的转子的动力向变速机传递的传动轴的轴振摆,并且缩短混合驱动装置的轴长。
本公开的混合驱动装置包含:旋转电机,其包含定子和转子;变速机,其与上述旋转电机连结;离合器,其连结发动机与上述旋转电机并且解除两者的连结;以及罩,自收容上述旋转电机和上述离合器,上述混合驱动装置的特征在于,包含:第一传动轴,其与上述发动机的输出轴连结;第二传动轴,其将来自上述旋转电机的上述转子的动力向上述变速机传递,上述第一传动轴包含上述发动机侧的第一端部、和上述变速机侧的第二端部,并且在上述第一与第二端部的轴向之间被上述罩经由第一径向轴承在径向上支承,上述第一传动轴的上述第二端部***到形成为筒状的上述第二传动轴的上述发动机侧的端部内,在上述第一传动轴的上述第二端部的外周面与上述第二传动轴的上述端部的内周面之间配置在径向上支承上述第二传动轴的第二径向轴承,上述第二传动轴在比上述端部靠上述变速机侧的位置被设置于上述罩的轴支承部经由第三径向轴承在径向上支承。
在本公开的混合驱动装置中,与发动机的输出轴连结的第一传动轴在发动机侧的第一端部与变速机侧的第二端部的轴向之间被罩经由第一径向轴承在径向上支承。另外,第一传动轴的第二端部***到形成为筒状的第二传动轴的发动机侧的端部内,在第一传动轴的第二端部的外周面与第二传动轴的端部的内周面之间配置在径向上支承第二传动轴的第二径向轴承。而且,第二传动轴在比上述端部靠变速机侧的位置被设置于罩的轴支承部经由第三径向轴承在径向上支承。即,第二传动轴在发动机侧经由第二径向轴承、第一传动轴以及第一径向轴承被罩在径向上支承,在变速机侧经由第三径向轴承被罩的轴支承部在径向上支承。由此,能够良好地抑制将来自旋转电机的转子的动力向变速机传递的第二传动轴的轴振摆。而且,在本公开的混合驱动装置中,无需将轴支承部向发动机侧延长以便支承第二径向轴承,因此能够缩短该轴支承部,并在由此产生的多余空间配置其他的部件。其结果为,能够抑制将来自旋转电机的转子的动力向变速机传递的第二传动轴的轴振摆,并且缩短混合驱动装置的轴长。

具体实施方式
接下来,参照附图对用于实施本公开的发明的方式进行说明。
图1是表示本公开的混合驱动装置10的简要结构图,图2和图3是表示混合驱动装置10的放大图。混合驱动装置10是搭载于车辆1且用于产生行驶用的骚动力的装置,如图1所示,包含:发动机11、电动马达(旋转电机)MG、与发动机11连结的第一传动轴141、从电动马达MG传递动力的第二传动轴142、连结第一与第二传动轴141、142并且解除两者的连结的离合器K0、以及动力传递装置15。混合驱动装置10可以搭载于图示那样的后轮驱动车辆,也可以搭载于前轮驱动车辆,也可以搭载于包含与动力传递装置15连结的传输件的四轮驱动车辆。
发动机11是将伴随着汽油、轻油等烃类燃料与空气的混合气的燃烧的不图示的活塞的往复运动转换为曲轴(输出轴)12的旋转运动的内燃机。发动机11的曲轴12经由环状的连结部件123和阻尼机构13与第一传动轴141连结。阻尼机构13例如包含:经由连结部件123与曲轴12连结的输入构件、与第一传动轴141连结的输出构件、在该输入构件与输出构件之间传递扭矩并减轻扭转振动的多个螺旋弹簧(弹性体)。
电动马达MG是同步发电电动机(三相交流电动机),经由不图示的变频器与蓄电装置(电池,省略图示)交换电力。电动马达MG作为被来自蓄电装置的电力驱动而产生驱动扭矩的电动机而工作,并且在进行车辆1的制动时输出再生制动扭矩。另外,电动马达MG也作为使用来自负荷运转的发动机11的动力的至少一部分生成电力的发电机工作。
如图1~图3所示,电动马达MG包含收容于马达罩8内的定子20和转子30。马达罩8包含一端开放的壳体80、和以覆盖该一端的方式固定于壳体80的盖88。马达罩8的壳体80是轴向上的一端即发动机11侧的端部开放并且轴向上的另一端即动力传递装置15侧的端部关闭的大致有底筒状体。在本实施方式中,壳体80通过铝合金的铸造形成,且包含:筒状的外壳部81、和封堵该外壳部81的另一端的端壁(壁部)82。
如图3所示,在壳体80的外壳部81的一端(前端)即开放端侧的外周形成有具有多个螺栓孔的前侧凸缘部81f。前侧凸缘部81f经由***到分别对应的螺栓孔的不图示的多个螺栓紧固(固定)于发动机11的发动机组块。另外,外壳部81的另一端部比端壁82向与前侧凸缘部81f相反侧突出,在外壳部81的另一端(后端)的外周形成有具有多个螺栓孔的后侧凸缘部81r。后侧凸缘部81r经由***到分别对应的螺栓孔的不图示的多个螺栓紧固(固定)于动力传递装置15的传输装置罩150(参照图1)的端部(前端)。
而且,在壳体80的端壁82的中央部设置有具有贯通孔的筒状的轴支承部85,上述第二传动轴142从筒状支承部85的贯通孔向动力传递装置15侧突出。轴支承部85可以与端壁82形成为一体,也可以是与壳体80独立的轴支承部85固定于端壁82。在从端壁82突出的第二传动轴142的端部形成有凸缘部142f(参照图2),在该凸缘部142f经由不图示的多个螺栓紧固(固定)柔性板145的内周部。另外,在第二传动轴142与轴支承部85的间隙配置密封部件90。
马达罩8的盖88是通过铝合金的铸造而形成的圆盘状部件。如图3所示,盖88包含:具有沿着外周隔开间隔配设的多个螺栓孔的凸缘部88f、和供第一传动轴141***的贯通孔、以及分别具有螺孔并且在周向上隔开间隔形成的多个突起部88b。在盖88与***到该盖88的贯通孔的第一传动轴141的间隙配置密封部件91。
如图3所示,定子20包含:环状的定子芯21、和卷绕于该定子芯21的定子线圈22。对于定子芯21而言,例如将通过冲压加工形成为圆环状的电磁钢板层叠多个并将它们在层叠方向上连结而形成为一体。在定子芯21形成有多个在轴向上延伸的多个螺栓孔,在各螺栓孔***螺栓87。各螺栓87与盖88的对应的突起部88b的螺孔螺纹结合,并通过那样将定子20固定于盖88。
固定有定子20的盖88以使该定子20被外壳部81包围,并且线圈末端22b与端壁82对置的方式,经由多个螺栓89固定于壳体80。由此,定子20相对于马达罩8不能旋转地固定,盖88在发动机11侧形成以与电动马达MG和离合器K0对置的方式在径向上延伸的马达罩8的端壁部。另外,在本实施方式中,如图3所示,盖88以接近前侧凸缘部81f即壳体80与发动机组块的紧固部(固定部)的方式固定于壳体80。由此,能够相对于发动机组块和壳体80更稳固地固定盖88和定子20。
定子线圈22包含U相、V相以及W相的三个线圈,包含:从定子芯21的轴向上的阻尼机构13侧(图3中的左侧)的端面突出的线圈末端22a、从动力传递装置15侧(图3中的右侧)的端面突出的线圈末端22b。U相、V相以及W相的线圈的一端部从线圈末端22b在轴向上突出,且被作为各相的端子22c利用。各相的端子22c经由分别对应的V相、U相或者W相的不图示的母线等与变频器(省略图示)电连接。
如图3所示,转子30包含:转子芯31、配置于该转子芯31的轴向上的两侧的端板32、33、和保持转子芯31等的转子支承部件40。转子芯31例如通过层叠多个利用冲压加工形成为圆环状的电磁钢板来形成。另外,在转子芯31在周向上隔开间隔地形成分别在轴向上延伸的不图示的多个贯通孔,在各贯通孔埋设永久磁石。
转子支承部件40包含:环状的外侧半部41、固定于该外侧半部41的环状的内侧半部45、以及环状的板部件(环状部件)50。外侧半部41和内侧半部45均例如通过对钢材制(铁合金制)的鍛造体实施切削加工来形成。另外,板部件50也由钢材形成。如图3所示,外侧半部41包含:在外周部固定转子芯31的圆筒状的外筒部(筒状支承部)42、从外筒部42的轴向上的一端(图3中的左端)向径向外侧延伸突出的环状的凸缘部43、以及从外筒部42的比轴向上的中央部靠另一端侧(图3中的右端)的位置遍及整周地向径向内侧突出的环状的径向突出部44。转子芯31在轴向上的两侧配置有端板32、33的状态下通过热压处理固定于转子支承部件40的外筒部42。另外,位于与凸缘部43相反侧的端板33通过铆接等固定于外筒部42。但是,转子芯31也可以通过压入来相对于外筒部42固定。
内侧半部45包含:在径向上延伸的环状壁部46、从环状壁部46的内周部向轴向上的一侧(图3中的左侧)延伸突出的筒状的内筒部47、以及在比内筒部47靠径向外侧的位置从环状壁部46向轴向上的另一侧(图3中的右侧)延伸突出的圆筒状的被支承部48、以及在比该被支承部48靠径向外侧的位置从环状壁部46向轴向上的一侧延伸突出的短尺寸筒状的活塞支承部49。在本实施方式中,在环状壁部46的与活塞支承部49相反侧的表面以从转子30的轴向观察与活塞支承部49至少局部重合的方式形成有向该活塞支承部49侧(一侧)凹的至少一个凹部46a。凹部46a形成于在在转子支承部件40固定了转子芯31和端板32、33以后应修正转子30整体的不平衡的环状壁部46。
如图3所示,环状壁部46的外周通过焊接来固定于外侧半部41的径向突出部44的内周。另外,在转子支承部件40(外侧半部41)的凸缘部43以与环状壁部46隔开轴向的间隔地对置的方式通过多个螺栓43b紧固(连结)板部件50的外周部。在本实施方式中,板部件50在外周部的表面与凸缘部43的与转子30侧相反侧的端面(图3中的左侧的端面)抵接的状态下固定于该凸缘部43。另外,在凸缘部43以从板部件50所抵接的端面的外周部向与转子芯31侧相反侧(发动机11侧)在轴向上突出的方式形成有短尺寸圆筒状(环状)的轴向突出部43p。由此,板部件50的外周面被凸缘部43的轴向突出部43p在径向上支承。此外,轴向突出部43p也可以在凸缘部43的上述端面的外周部在周向上隔开间隔地形成有多个。
而且,转子支承部件40(内侧半部45)的被支承部48的外周面经由被壳体80的端壁82保持的径向轴承Brr(在本实施方式中,为滚珠轴承)被马达罩8能够旋转地支承并且被在径向上支承。另外,转子支承部件40的朝变速机构17侧的移动经由径向轴承Brr被壳体80即罩8限制。相对于此,板部件50的内周部经由径向轴承Brf(外侧径向轴承,在本实施方式中,为滚珠轴承)被马达罩8的盖88能够旋转地支承并且被在径向上支承。由此,转子30经由径向轴承Brf被马达罩8在径向上支承。而且,转子支承部件40的内筒部47包含形成于顶端部(发动机11侧的端部)的内周面的花键,且经由该花键被始终连结(固定)于第二传动轴142。
离合器K0连结第一传动轴141即发动机11的曲轴12与第二传动轴142即电动马达MG的转子30并且解除两者的连结。在本实施方式中,离合器K0是将与第二传动轴142始终连结的转子30的转子支承部件40作为离合器鼓来利用的多板摩擦式的油压离合器,且配置于马达罩8内即转子30的径向内侧。如图3所示,离合器K0除包含作为离合器鼓的转子支承部件40以外,还包含:配置于转子支承部件40的环状壁部46与板部件50的轴向之间并且与第一传动轴141始终连结(固定)的离合器毂61、多个摩擦板(第二摩擦卡合板)63、与摩擦板63交替地配设的多个分隔板(第一摩擦卡合板)64和后板65、开口弹性挡环66、活塞67、多个复位弹簧SP、以及解除板(取消油室划分部件)68。
如图3所示,离合器毂61包含:筒状部61a、和从筒状部61a的一端向径向内侧延伸突出的环状壁部61b。在筒状部61a的外周面形成有花键61s,环状壁部61b的内周固定于第一传动轴141。另外,在成为离合器鼓的转子支承部件40的外筒部42的内周面以位于比径向突出部44靠凸缘部43侧的位置的方式形成有花键42s。
摩擦板63是在双面贴附有摩擦件的环状部件,各摩擦板63的外周部与外筒部42的花键42s(内周部)嵌合。另外,在外筒部42的花键42s以能够与多个摩擦板63中的、距离活塞67最远的摩擦板63抵接的方式嵌合后板65。分隔板64是双面平滑地形成的环状部件,各分隔板64的内周部与形成于离合器毂61的筒状部61a的花键61s(外周部)嵌合。
而且,在外筒部42的花键42s形成有朝向径向外侧凹的环状凹部42a。在环状凹部42a安装(嵌合)开口弹性挡环66,通过该开口弹性挡环66来限制后板65等的轴向移动(朝从活塞67分离的方向的移动)。在本实施方式中,环状凹部42a以从转子30的径向观察与凸缘部43的一部分(包含配置于凸缘部43与端板32之间的环状板)、更具体而言,该凸缘部43的转子30侧的端面(与端板32抵接的端面)在轴向上重合的方式形成于花键42s。
即,在本实施方式中,凸缘部43从转子支承部件40的外筒部42的轴向上的一端向径向外侧延伸突出,并且径向突出部44和环状壁部46从该外筒部42的轴向上的比中央部靠另一端侧的位置向径向内侧延伸突出。在所涉及的结构中,在转子芯31通过热压处理或者压入来固定于外筒部42的情况下,根据本发明人们的实验、解析,判定了,在凸缘部43与径向突出部44的轴向之间且在外筒部42从转子芯31作用比较大的应力。因此,在外筒部42的凸缘部43与径向突出部44的轴向之间形成有环状凹部42a的情况下,存在来自转子芯31的应力集中在该环状凹部42a,且外筒部42和转子支承部件40整体的耐久性降低的担忧。在此基础上,在本实施方式中,环状凹部42a以从转子30的径向观察与凸缘部43的一部分(转子30侧的端面)在轴向上重合的方式形成于外筒部42。由此,能够抑制从转子芯31作用于外筒部42的应力集中在环状凹部42a,且良好地确保转子支承部件40的耐久性。
而且,在混合驱动装置10中,板部件50在与凸缘部43的与转子30侧相反侧的端面抵接的状态下与该凸缘部43连结,因此能够将环状凹部42a以与凸缘部43的至少一部分重合的方式形成于外筒部42。除此以外,在板部件50通过螺栓43b紧固于凸缘部43的情况下,确保该凸缘部43的厚度(轴长)为某个程度,因此使从转子30的径向观察环状凹部42a的径向突出部44侧的端面与凸缘部43的转子30侧的端面大致齐平从而能够进一步提高转子支承部件40的耐久性。
活塞67包含环状的受压部67a、从该受压部67a的外周向轴向上的离合器毂61侧延伸突出的筒状的被支承部67b、以及形成于该被支承部67b的径向外侧的挤压部67c,且配置于转子支承部件40的环状壁部46与板部件50的轴向之间。活塞67的受压部67a的内周面经由密封部件被作为离合器鼓的转子支承部件40的内筒部47的外周面在轴向上能够移动地支承。另外,受压部67a的外周面经由密封部件被转子支承部件40的活塞支承部49的内周面能够在轴向上移动地支承,在转子支承部件40的环状壁部46与活塞67的受压部67a之间划分离合器K0的卡合油室69a。而且,在挤压部67c的外周部在周向上隔开间隔地形成有松动嵌合在转子支承部件40的外筒部42的花键42s的多个凹部(槽)。由此,能够使活塞67相对于外筒部42无法转动且使两者一体旋转。
解除板68是相对于活塞67配置于转子支承部件40的与环状壁部46相反侧的环状部件。解除板68的内周部使用开口弹性挡环固定于转子支承部件40的内筒部47。另外,解除板68的外周面经由密封部件将活塞67的被支承部67b的内周面在轴向上能够移动地支承。由此,在活塞67的受压部67a与解除板68之间划分用于取消在卡合油室69a内产生的离心式油压的离心式油压取消室69b。而且,在活塞67的受压部67a与解除板68的轴向之间在周向上隔开间隔地配置多个复位弹簧(螺旋弹簧件)SP。各复位弹簧SP对活塞67向从摩擦板63和分隔板64分离侧施力。
动力传递装置15包含:具有扭矩增幅功能的扭矩转换器(流体传动装置)16、锁止离合器CL、变速机构(自动变速器)17、机械式油泵18、对工作油进行调压的油压控制装置19、以及收容变速机构17等的传输装置罩150等。扭矩转换器16包含:作为经由柔性板145(参照图1和图2)与第二传动轴142始终连结的输入部件的前盖、固定于该前盖的泵轮、与变速机构17的输入轴17i连结的涡轮、以及对从涡轮朝向泵轮的工作油的流动进行整流并使扭矩增幅的定子。但是,动力传递装置15也可以替代扭矩转换器16地,包含不具有定子的液力耦合器。锁止离合器CL连结前盖与变速机构17的输入轴17i并且解除两者的连结。
变速机构17是除输入轴17i以外,还包含输出轴17o、多个行星齿轮、分别包含多个离合器和制动器(变速用卡合构件)的例如4级-10级变速式的多级变速机。变速机构17将从发动机11和电动马达MG中的至少任一方,经由第二传动轴142、扭矩转换器16以及锁止离合器CL中的任一方传递到了输入轴17i的动力变速为多层级并从输出轴17o经由差速齿轮DF向左右的驱动轮DW输出。但是,变速机构17可以是双离合器传输装置,也可以是机械式无级变速机。此外,也可以从动力传递装置15中省略扭矩转换器16和锁止离合器CL,该情况下,变速机构17也可以经由与离合器K0不同的离合器与电动马达MG(转子支承部件40或者第二传动轴142)连结。
油泵18是经由卷绕传动机构与扭矩转换器16的泵轮连结的齿轮泵或者叶片泵,与变速机构17的输入轴17i配置于不同轴上。油泵18经由该卷绕传动机构被来自第二传动轴142的动力驱动,吸引存积在工作油存积部(省略图示)的工作油(ATF)并朝油压控制装置19压送。油压控制装置19包含形成有多个油路的阀体、多个调节阀、多个线性电磁阀等。油压控制装置19将来自油泵18的油压(工作油)调压并向扭矩转换器16、锁止离合器CL、变速机构17的离合器以及制动器等供给。传输装置罩150是铝合金制的铸造品。
另外,混合驱动装置10包含向离合器K0供给油压的第二油压控制装置70。该油压控制装置70安装于马达罩8的下部,对来自油泵18的油压进行调压并向离合器K0的卡合油室69a等供给油压。若来自油压控制装置70的油压经由形成于马达罩8的壳体80(轴支承部85)的径向油路83、形成于第二传动轴142的轴向油路L1和径向油路L3、形成于转子支承部件40的内筒部47的油孔47a供给到卡合油室69a,则活塞67因卡合油压的作用朝向解除板68移动。由此,通过挤压部67c挤压分隔板64和摩擦板63而进行摩擦卡合,离合器K0卡合。另外,向离合器K0的离心式油压取消室69b经由形成于端壁82(轴支承部85)的径向油路84、形成于第二传动轴142的轴向油路L2和径向油路L4、以与上述油孔47a在轴向上排列的方式形成于转子支承部件40的内筒部47的油孔47b供给从油压控制装置70排出的工作油。此外,也可以从混合驱动装置10中省略油压控制装置70,该情况下,也可以从动力传递装置15的油压控制装置19向离合器K0供给油压。另外,也可以从离合器K0中省略离心式油压取消室69b。
接着,参照图4对混合驱动装置10中的第一和第二传动轴141、142以及转子支承部件40的支承构造等详细地进行说明。
如图4所示,第一传动轴141包含:发动机11侧(图4中左侧)的第一端部141a、变速机构17侧(图4中右侧)的第二端部141b、以及形成于第一和第二端部141a、141b的轴向之间的圆盘状的扩径部141e。第一端部141a具有圆柱面状的外周面,第二端部141b像图示那样形成为比第一端部141a直径小的圆筒状(筒状)。第一传动轴141的扩径部141e形成为比第一和第二端部141a、141b直径大,且在发动机11侧与第二端部141b相邻。即,第二端部141b从扩径部141e的变速机构17侧的端面向与第一端部141a相反侧突出。
另外,从第一传动轴141的扩径部141e延伸突出有环状的凸缘部141f。凸缘部141f以在转子支承部件40的板部件50的变速机构17侧包围第二端部141b的一部分(扩径部141e侧的一半左右)的方式从扩径部141e的外周部向变速机构17侧且径向外侧延伸突出。在本实施方式中,凸缘部141f的变速机构17侧的表面的内周部以随着从变速机构17侧朝向发动机11侧而缩径的方式形成为圆锥面状。在凸缘部141f的外周部通过焊接固定离合器毂61的环状壁部61b的内周。而且,在凸缘部141f与和其对置的板部件50的内周部之间配置在轴向上支承第一传动轴141的推力轴承(外侧推力轴承)Btm。
第二传动轴142的发动机11侧的端部142a形成为具有比第一传动轴141的扩径部141e的外径小的外径和比第一传动轴141的第二端部141b的外径大的内径的圆筒状(筒状)。端部142a的内部空间与第二传动轴142的轴向油路L2连通。而且,在端部142a的外周面形成有嵌合转子支承部件40的内筒部47的花键的花键。
第一传动轴141的第一端部141a被发动机11的曲轴12经由连结该曲轴12与阻尼机构13的连结部件123、径向轴承Br0(第四径向轴承,在本实施方式中,为滚珠轴承)在径向上支承。另外,第一传动轴141的扩径部141e在第一和第二端部141a、141b的轴向之间被成为马达罩8的发动机11侧的端壁部的盖88经由径向轴承Br1(第一径向轴承或者内侧径向轴承)在径向上支承。如图4所示,盖88包含以从其内周划分供第一传动轴141***的贯通孔的方式向变速机构17侧突出的圆筒状的第一筒状部881。径向轴承Br1以位于比上述的密封部件91靠变速机构17侧(图中右侧)的位置的方式配置于第一筒状部881的内周面与第一传动轴141的扩径部141e的外周面之间。在本实施方式中,径向轴承Br1是包含被压入盖88的第一筒状部881内的杯状件的圆筒滚子轴承。
第一传动轴141的第二端部141b被***到形成为筒状的第二传动轴142的发动机11侧的端部142a内,在第一传动轴141的第二端部141b的外周面与第二传动轴142的端部142a的内周面(径向之间)配置将第二传动轴142在径向上支承的径向轴承Br2(第二径向轴承或者中间径向轴承)。在本实施方式中,径向轴承Br2是包含被压入到第二传动轴142的端部142a内的杯状件的圆筒滚子轴承。从图4可知,从径向观察,径向轴承Br2与固定于第一传动轴141的凸缘部141f的外周部的离合器毂61至少局部在轴向上重合。
而且,第二传动轴142的发动机11侧的端面即端部142a的端面与扩径部141e的变速机构17侧的端面的轴向之间配置将第一和第二传动轴141、142在轴向上支承的推力轴承(内侧推力轴承)Bt1。在本实施方式中,作为推力轴承Bt1,采用为了确保通油性而包含单一的保持器的推力轴承。像图示那样,在第一传动轴141的凸缘部141f的内周部与第二传动轴142的端部142a之间形成间隙。
另外,如图4所示,在第一传动轴141的第二端部141b的端面与第二传动轴142的端部142a内的轴向油路L2所开口的内端面之间划分与该轴向油路L2连通的内部空间。而且,第一传动轴141包含:在第二端部141b在周向上隔开间隔形成的多个内侧油孔(第一油孔)hi、和以分别贯通第一传动轴141的凸缘部141f的基端部附近的方式在周向上隔开间隔形成的多个外侧油孔(第二油孔)ho。
多个内侧油孔hi分别在第二端部141b的内周面开口并且在第二端部141b的外周面的径向轴承Br2与推力轴承Bt1的轴向之间开口,且与在第二端部141b的端面开口的内部空间一同形成油路。在本实施方式中,各内侧油孔hi以随着从第一传动轴141的第二端部141b的外周面朝向内周面而接近发动机11的方式斜着形成。由此,能够使钻头不与包围第二端部141b的一部分的凸缘部141f发生干扰地,形成分别贯通第二端部141b的多个内侧油孔hi。多个外侧油孔o以分别从径向观察与径向轴承Br1和推力轴承Bt1至少局部在轴向上重合的方式形成且在径向上延伸。
而且,第二传动轴142在比端部142a靠变速机构17侧的位置被设置于马达罩8的壳体80(端壁82)的轴支承部85经由径向轴承(第三径向轴承)Br3在径向上支承。在本实施方式中,径向轴承Br3是包含被压入到壳体80的轴支承部85内的杯状件的圆筒滚子轴承。而且,在第二传动轴142的凸缘部142f与壳体80的端壁82的轴向之间配置在轴向上支承第二传动轴142的推力轴承Bt2。在本实施方式中,推力轴承Bt2包含两个保持器。
壳体80的轴支承部85以具有第二传动轴142的除凸缘部142f以外的部分(圆筒状的部分)的轴长的大体一半左右的轴长的方式形成于端壁82。另外,在第二传动轴142以使转子支承部件40的内筒部47位于比轴支承部85靠发动机11侧的位置的方式嵌合转子支承部件40的内筒部47。而且,内筒部47的内周面的花键与形成于第二传动轴142的端部142a的外周面的花键嵌合,在该端部142a安装限制内筒部47即转子支承部件40的轴向移动的开口弹性挡环。由此,转子支承部件40即电动马达MG的转子30与第二传动轴142始终连结,内筒部47即转子支承部件40与第二传动轴142的固定部(花键嵌合部)f(参照图4中的虚线)从径向观察与径向轴承Br2至少局部在轴向上重合。
另外,如图4所示,马达罩8的盖88包含以包围上述第一筒状部881的方式朝向变速机构17在轴向上突出的圆筒状的第二筒状部882。第二筒状部882具有比第一筒状部881的外径大的内径。而且,转子支承部件40的板部件50包含从其内周朝向发动机11在轴向上突出的圆筒状的筒状部51。板部件50的筒状部51具有比盖88的第一筒状部881的外径大的内径,并且具有比第二筒状部882的内径小的外径。
在第二筒状部882内以使上述径向轴承Brf(滚珠轴承)的外座圈与盖88的变速机构17侧的表面(内侧表面)不抵接的方式压入上述径向轴承Brf(滚珠轴承)的外座圈,板部件50的筒状部51嵌合到该径向轴承Brf的内座圈内。由此,在板部件50的筒状部51的外周面与盖88的第二筒状部882的内周面之间配置径向轴承Brf,板部件50经由径向轴承Brf被盖88能够旋转地支承并且被在径向上支承。另外,径向轴承Brf的外座圈被压入到第二筒状部882内,并且筒状部51被嵌合到该径向轴承Brf的内座圈内,从而使板部件50即转子支承部件40的朝发动机11侧的移动经由径向轴承Brf被盖88即罩8限制。
如上所述,板部件50的筒状部51的内径大于盖88的第一筒状部881的外径。因此,在第一筒状部881的外周面与板部件50的筒状部51的内周面之间像图示那样形成环状的间隙a。而且,在盖88的第一筒状部881像图4和图5所示那样在周向上隔开间隔地形成有多个(在本实施方式中,例如为三个)油孔h1。各油孔h1在第一筒状部881的外周面开口,并且在第一筒状部881的内周面的径向轴承Br1与密封部件91的轴向之间开口。即,各油孔h1将间隙a与径向轴承Br1和密封部件91的轴向之间的空间连通。
另外,盖88的第一筒状部881的端面与第一传动轴141的凸缘部141f隔开间隔对置,且在第一筒状部881的端面与凸缘部141f之间像图4所示那样形成与间隙a连通的环状的间隙b。所涉及的间隙b也与配置推力轴承Btm的空间的内周部连通。另一方面,盖88的第二筒状部882的端面与板部件50隔开间隔对置,在第二筒状部882的端面(以及径向轴承Brf的内座圈和外座圈的端面)与板部件50之间形成环状的间隙c。
而且,第二筒状部882包含:多个(在本实施方式中,例如为两个)油槽g、和多个(在本实施方式中,例如为两个)油孔h2。多个油槽g以至少一个在马达罩8内位于上侧并且至少一个在马达罩8内位于下侧的方式在第二筒状部882的内周面在周向上隔开间隔地形成,且分别与在间隙c和盖88的内侧表面与径向轴承Brf之间划分的空间连通。多个油孔h2像图4和图5所示那样以至少一个在马达罩8内位于上侧并且至少一个在马达罩8内位于下侧的方式形成,分别在第二筒状部882的外周面开口并且在对应的油槽g的底面(内周面)开口。
另外,盖88包含像图4和图5所示那样以包含在马达罩8内的上侧一半区域中的方式从内侧表面突出的一对集油引导件(突起部)885。一对集油引导件885以随着从马达罩8内的第二筒状部882的最上部附近朝向径向外侧而相互分离的方式(向左右打开的方式)形成于盖88的内表面。而且,各集油引导件885的基端部像图4所示那样突出至第二筒状部882的端面附近。另外,在本实施方式中,在一对集油引导件885的基端部彼此之间配置一个油孔h2。
在像上述那样构成的混合驱动装置10中,与发动机11的曲轴12连结的第一传动轴141在发动机11侧的第一端部141a与变速机构17侧的第二端部141b的轴向之间被马达罩8的盖88经由径向轴承(第一径向轴承)Br1在径向上支承。另外,第一传动轴141的第二端部141b***到形成为筒状的第二传动轴142的发动机11侧的端部142a内,在第一传动轴141的第二端部141b的外周面与第二传动轴142的端部142a的内周面之间配置在径向上支承第二传动轴142的径向轴承(第二径向轴承)Br2。而且,第二传动轴142在比端部142a靠变速机构17侧的位置被设置于马达罩8的壳体80的轴支承部85经由径向轴承(第三径向轴承)Br3在径向上支承。
即,第二传动轴142在发动机11侧经由径向轴承Br2、第一传动轴141以及径向轴承Br1被马达罩8(盖88)在径向上支承,在变速机构17侧经由径向轴承Br3被马达罩8(壳体80)的轴支承部85在径向上支承。由此,能够良好地抑制将来自电动马达MG的转子30的动力向变速机构17传递的第二传动轴142的轴振摆。而且,在混合驱动装置10中,无需将马达罩8的轴支承部85向发动机11侧延长以便支承径向轴承Br2,因此能够缩短该轴支承部85,且在由此产生的多余空间配置其他的部件即转子支承部件40(内筒部47)。其结果为,能够抑制第二传动轴142的轴振摆,且缩短混合驱动装置10的轴长。
另外,在混合驱动装置10中,转子支承部件40的内筒部47在比马达罩8的轴支承部85靠发动机11侧的位置与第二传动轴142嵌合,内筒部47(转子支承部件40)与第二传动轴142的固定部f从径向观察与径向轴承Br2至少局部在轴向上重合。由此,能够有效地活用由于马达罩8的轴支承部85的缩短产生的多余空间,而进一步缩短混合驱动装置10的轴长。
而且,第一传动轴141的第一端部141a被连结发动机11的曲轴12与阻尼机构13的连结部件123经由径向轴承(第四径向轴承)Br0在径向上支承。另外,第一传动轴141包含在发动机11侧与第二端部141b相邻的比第二端部141b直径大的扩径部141e,该扩径部141e被马达罩8的盖88经由径向轴承Br1在径向上支承。由此,能够将第一和第二传动轴141、142双方以不轴振摆的方式支承。
另外,在混合驱动装置10中,环状的凸缘部141f以在变速机构17侧包围第二端部141b的至少一部分的方式从第一传动轴141的扩径部141e向径向外侧延伸突出。而且,在凸缘部141f的外周部以从径向观察与径向轴承Br2至少局部在轴向上重合的方式固定离合器K0的离合器毂61。由此,能够实现混合驱动装置10的轴长的缩短,并且将第一传动轴141与离合器K0的离合器毂61相连。
而且,混合驱动装置10的马达罩8包含作为以在发动机11侧与电动马达MG和离合器K0对置的方式延伸的端壁部的盖88,转子支承部件40包含与盖88对置的板部件(环状部件)50。另外,盖88包含从内周朝向变速机构17在轴向上突出的第一筒状部881、和以包围第一筒状部881的方式朝向变速机构17在轴向上突出的第二筒状部882,转子支承部件40的板部件50包含从内周朝向发动机11在轴向上突出的筒状部51。而且,在和发动机11的曲轴12连结的第一传动轴141(扩径部141e)与盖88的第一筒状部881的内周面之间配置用于在径向上支承第一传动轴141的径向轴承(内侧径向轴承)Br1,在该第一筒状部881的外周面与板部件50的筒状部51的内周面之间形成间隙a。而且,在板部件50的筒状部51的外周面与盖88的第二筒状部882的内周面之间配置用于在径向上支承转子支承部件40的径向轴承(外侧径向轴承)Brf。
由此,在马达罩8的盖88的第一筒状部881内压入径向轴承Br1的杯状件且即便该第一筒状部881变形,在第一筒状部881的外周面与板部件50的筒状部51的内周面之间也形成间隙a,因此第一筒状部881的变形的影响不会波及板部件50的筒状部51。即便伴随着发动机11的旋转产生第一传动轴141相对于轴心的振摆,也在第一筒状部881的外周面与板部件50的筒状部51的内周面之间形成间隙a,因此第一传动轴141的振摆的影响也不会波及板部件50的筒状部51。因此,在混合驱动装置10中,能够经由径向轴承Brf将转子支承部件40通过盖88即罩8合适地支承,而良好地抑制定子20与转子30的间隙的变动。
而且,第一传动轴141的扩径部141e经由径向轴承Br1被马达罩8的盖88在径向上支承,因此传递到第一传动轴141的发动机11的扭矩变动振动(振动)不会向外侧的径向轴承Brf直接传递。其结果为,在混合驱动装置10中,也能够使作用在将转子支承部件40即电动马达MG的转子30能够旋转地支承并且在径向上支承的径向轴承Brf的载重即负荷降低,进一步提高其耐久性,并且实现该径向轴承Brf的小型化(低成本化)。
另外,在第一传动轴141的扩径部141e的变速机构17侧的端面与第二传动轴142的发动机11侧的端面之间配置推力轴承(内侧推力轴承)Bt1。而且,从第一传动轴141的扩径部141e延伸突出的凸缘部141f在变速机构17侧与盖88的第一筒状部881的端面和板部件50对置,在该凸缘部141f与板部件50的内周部(筒状部51的背面)之间配置推力轴承(外侧推力轴承)Btm。另外,第一传动轴141包含分别在第二端部141b的外周面的径向轴承Br2与推力轴承Bt1的轴向之间和第二端部141b的内周面开口的多个内侧油孔(第一油孔)hi。
而且,第一传动轴141包含分别从径向观察与径向轴承Br1和推力轴承Bt1至少局部在轴向上重合的多个外侧油孔ho。另外,盖88包含分别在第一筒状部881的外周面和第一筒状部881的内周面的径向轴承Br1与密封部件91的轴向之间开口的多个油孔h1。另外,在第一筒状部881的端面与凸缘部141f之间形成与间隙a连通的环状的间隙b,在第二筒状部882的端面与板部件50之间形成环状的间隙c。除此以外,第二筒状部882分别包含上述那样的多个油槽g和油孔(第二油孔)h2。
由此,能够将作为从第二传动轴142的轴向油路L2供给到了第一传动轴141的第二端部141b内的润滑冷却介质的工作油从多个内侧油孔hi向径向轴承(中间径向轴承)Br2和推力轴承Bt1供给,并且经由推力轴承Bt1向径向外侧的离合器K0(摩擦板63和分隔板64等)供给。而且,能够将作为供给到了离合器K0侧的润滑冷却介质的工作油经由形成于转子支承部件40的外筒部42的多个油孔42o、形成于转子芯31的多个油槽31g等,向转子芯31、定子20的线圈末端22a、22b供给。
另另外,从内侧油孔hi飞散到了电动马达MG的转子30侧即定子20的线圈末端22a侧的油的一部分在盖88的内侧表面传递而向间隙c、第二筒状部882的油孔h2流入。因此,在混合驱动装置10中,能够将从内侧油孔hi流出到了转子30侧的工作油的一部分向径向轴承Brf供给。其结果为,能够充分地润滑、冷却径向轴承Br2、推力轴承Bt1以及径向轴承Brf,良好地确保各自的耐久性。除此以外,在盖88的内侧表面以收集从上方飞散的油且向第二筒状部882的端面与板部件50的间隙c、第二筒状部882的油孔h2引导的方式形成有一对集油引导件885。由此,能够增加从第一传动轴141的内侧油孔hi向转子30侧飞散且向第二筒状部882的端面与板部件50的间隙c等流入的油的量,且向径向轴承Brf供给充分的量的油。但是,也可以从第二筒状部882中省略油孔h2。
而且,在混合驱动装置10中,能够将通过了推力轴承Bt1的工作油从第一传动轴141的多个外侧油孔ho向径向轴承Br1供给,并且将流入到了外侧油孔ho的油的一部分经由第一筒状部881的端面与第一传动轴141的凸缘部141f的间隙b向推力轴承Btm供给。另外,流入到了外侧油孔ho的油的一部分经由第一筒状部881的外周面与板部件50的筒状部51的内周面的间隙a等也向径向轴承Brf供给。而且,工作油经由第一筒状部881(盖88)的油孔h1从上方向下方移动。其结果为,能够充分地润滑、冷却径向轴承Br1、Brf以及推力轴承Btm,且良好地确保各自的耐久性。
另外,在混合驱动装置10中,第一传动轴141的多个内侧油孔hi以随着从第二端部141b的外周面朝向内周面而接近发动机11的方式斜着形成。由此,能够以包围第二端部141b的一部分的方式形成第一传动轴141的凸缘部141f而实现混合驱动装置10的轴长的缩短,并且将第一传动轴141与离合器K0的离合器毂61相连,并且经由多个内侧油孔hi使第二端部141b的内侧与外侧连通。
而且,在混合驱动装置10中,转子支承部件40包含经由径向轴承Brr被马达罩8(壳体80)在径向上支承的环状壁部46、和经由径向轴承Brr被马达罩8(盖88)在径向上支承的板部件50。另外,板部件50以与转子30一体旋转的方式与从转子支承部件40的外筒部42的轴向上的一端向径向外侧延伸突出的环状的凸缘部43连结,且与环状壁部46在轴向上隔开间隔对置。而且,板部件50在与凸缘部43的与转子芯31侧相反侧的端面抵接的状态下与凸缘部43连结,凸缘部43包含从板部件50所抵接的端面的外周部在轴向上向与转子芯31侧相反侧突出且在径向上支承该板部件50的外周面的轴向突出部43p。
由此,能够通过凸缘部43的轴向突出部43p将板部件50相对于发动机11和变速机构17的轴心高精度地调心,由此相对于电动马达MG的转子30的发动机11等的轴心高精度地调心。而且,使板部件50与凸缘部43的与转子侧相反侧的端面抵接,从而能充分地确保该板部件50与环状壁部46的轴向上的间隔、即离合器K0的配置空间,在该空间配置与离合器K0所要求的扭矩容量相应的数量的摩擦板63和分隔板64。其结果为,在混合驱动装置10中,能够将电动马达MG的转子30相对于发动机11和变速机构17的轴心高精度地调心,并且充分地确保离合器K0的扭矩容量。
另外,离合器K0包含配置于环状壁部46(和径向突出部44)与板部件50的轴向之间的活塞67,通过该活塞67和转子支承部件40的环状壁部46来划分离合器K0的卡合油室69a。由此,将扭矩传递功能、离合器K0的紧固时的受压功能汇集在外筒部42和环状壁部46侧,因此能够使对板部件50要求的刚性降低且实现成本减少。而且,转子支承部件40的板部件50在离合器K0的卡合时不传递扭矩。因此,板部件50无需经由花键等与凸缘部43连结,只要通过比较少数的螺栓43b以与转子30一体旋转的方式与凸缘部43连结即可。
像以上说明的那样,本公开的混合驱动装置包含:旋转电机(MG),其包含定子(20)和转子(30);变速机(17),其与上述旋转电机(MG)连结;离合器(K0),其连结发动机(11)与上述旋转电机(MG)并且解除两者的连结;以及罩(8),其收容上述旋转电机(MG)和上述离合器(K0),上述混合驱动装置(10)的特征在于,包含:第一传动轴(141),其与上述发动机(11)的输出轴(12)连结;和第二传动轴(142),其将来自上述旋转电机(MG)的动力向上述变速机(17)传递,上述第一传动轴(141)包含上述发动机(11)侧的第一端部(141a)、和上述变速机侧(17)的第二端部(141b),并且在上述第一与第二端部(141a、141b)的轴向之间被上述罩(8)经由第一径向轴承(Br1)在径向上支承,上述第一传动轴(141)的上述第二端部(141b)***到形成为筒状的上述第二传动轴(142)的上述发动机(11)侧的端部(142a)内,在上述第一传动轴(141)的上述第二端部(141b)的外周面与上述第二传动轴(142)的上述端部(142a)的内周面之间配置在径向上支承上述第二传动轴(142)的第二径向轴承(Br2),上述第二传动轴(142)在比上述端部(142a)靠上述变速机(17)侧的位置被设置于上述罩(8)的轴支承部(85)经由第三径向轴承(Br3)在径向上支承。
在本公开的混合驱动装置中,与发动机的输出轴连结的第一传动轴在发动机侧的第一端部与变速机侧的第二端部的轴向之间被罩经由第一径向轴承在径向上支承。另外,第一传动轴的第二端部***到形成为筒状的第二传动轴的发动机侧的端部内,且在第一传动轴的第二端部的外周面与第二传动轴的端部的内周面之间配置在径向上支承第二传动轴的第二径向轴承。而且,第二传动轴在比上述端部靠变速机侧的位置被设置于罩的轴支承部经由第三径向轴承在径向上支承。即,第二传动轴在发动机侧经由第二径向轴承、第一传动轴以及第一径向轴承被罩在径向上支承,且在变速机侧经由第三径向轴承被罩的轴支承部在径向上支承。由此,能够良好地抑制将来自旋转电机的转子的动力向变速机传递的第二传动轴的轴振摆。而且,在本公开的混合驱动装置中,无需将轴支承部向发动机侧延长以便支承第二径向轴承,因此能够缩短该轴支承部,且在由此产生的多余空间配置其他的部件。其结果为,能够抑制将来自旋转电机的转子的动力向变速机传递的第二传动轴的轴振摆,且缩短混合驱动装置的轴长。
另外,上述混合驱动装置(10)也可以包含支承上述旋转电机(MG)的上述转子(30),并且固定于上述第二传动轴(142)的转子支承部件(40),上述转子支承部件(40)也可以在比上述罩(8)的上述轴支承部(85)靠上述发动机(11)侧的位置与上述第二传动轴(142)嵌合,上述转子支承部件(40)与上述第二传动轴(142)的固定部(f)也可以从径向观察与上述第二径向轴承(Br2)至少局部在轴向上重合。由此,能够有效地活用由于罩的轴支承部的缩短产生的多余空间,而进一步缩短混合驱动装置的轴长。
而且,上述离合器(K0)也可以包含经由形成于上述轴支承部(85)的油路(83)、形成于上述第二传动轴(142)的油路(L1、L3)以及形成于上述转子支承部件(40、47)的第一油孔(47a)供给工作油的卡合油室(69a)。
另外,上述离合器(K0)也可以包含经由形成于上述轴支承部(85)的其他的油路(84)、形成于上述第二传动轴(142)的其他的油路(L2、L4)、以与上述第一油孔(47a)在轴向上排列的方式形成于上述转子支承部件(40、47)的第二油孔(47b)供给工作油的离心式油压取消室(69b)。
而且,在上述第一传动轴(141)与上述第二传动轴(142)的上述发动机(11)侧的端面之间也可以配置推力轴承(Bt1),上述第一传动轴(141)也可以包含在上述第二端部(141b)的端面开口,并且在上述第二径向轴承(Br2)与上述推力轴承(Bt1)的轴向之间开口的油路(hi、ho)。由此,能够将作为供给到了第一传动轴的第二端部侧的润滑冷却介质的油向第二径向轴承和推力轴承供给,并且经由该推力轴承向离合器、旋转电机的转子以及定子供给。
另外,上述发动机(11)的上述输出轴(12)也可以经由阻尼机构(13)与上述第一传动轴(141)连结,上述第一传动轴(141)的上述第一端部(141a)也可以被连结上述发动机(11)的上述输出轴(12)与上述阻尼机构(13)的连结部件(123)经由第四径向轴承(Br0)在径向上支承,上述第一传动轴(141)也可以包含在上述发动机(11)侧与上述第二端部(141b)相邻的比上述第二端部(141b)直径大的扩径部(141e),上述第一传动轴(141)的上述扩径部(141e)也可以被上述罩(8、88)经由上述第一径向轴承(Br1)在径向上支承。由此,能够将第一和第二传动轴双方以使其不轴振摆的方式支承。
而且,环状的凸缘部(141f)也可以从上述第一传动轴(141)的上述扩径部(141e)以包围上述第二端部(141b)的至少一部分的方式向径向外侧延伸突出,在上述凸缘部(141f)的外周部也可以以从径向观察与上述第二径向轴承(Br2)至少局部在轴向上重合的方式固定上述离合器(K0)的离合器毂(61)。由此,能够实现混合驱动装置的轴长的缩短,并且将第一传动轴与离合器的离合器毂相连。
另外,上述罩(8)也可以包含轴向上的一端开放并且上述轴向上的另一端关闭的壳体(80)、和以覆盖上述一端的方式固定于上述壳体(80)且在径向上延伸的盖(88),上述轴支承部(85)也可以形成于上述壳体(80),上述第一传动轴(141)的上述扩径部(141e)也可以被上述盖(88)经由上述第一径向轴承(Br1)在径向上支承。
而且,本公开的发明并不限定于上述实施方式中的任一个,在本公开的延伸的范围内能够呈现各种变更是显而易见的。而且,上述实施方式只不过是记载在发明的概要栏中的发明的具体的一个方式,并非用于限定发明的概要栏中记载的发明的要素。
本公开能够在混合驱动装置的制造工业等中利用。

Claims (8)

1.一种混合驱动装置,包含:旋转电机,其包含定子和转子;变速机,其与所述旋转电机连结;离合器,其连结发动机与所述旋转电机并且解除两者的连结;以及罩,其***述旋转电机和所述离合器,
所述混合驱动装置的特征在于,
具备:
第一传动轴,其与所述发动机的输出轴连结;和
第二传动轴,其将来自所述旋转电机的所述转子的动力向所述变速机传递,
所述第一传动轴包含所述发动机侧的第一端部、和所述变速机侧的第二端部,并且在所述第一端部与第二端部的轴向之间被所述罩经由第一径向轴承在径向上支承,
所述第一传动轴的所述第二端部被***到形成为筒状的所述第二传动轴的所述发动机侧的端部内,
在所述第一传动轴的所述第二端部的外周面与所述第二传动轴的所述端部的内周面之间配置在径向上支承所述第二传动轴的第二径向轴承,
所述第二传动轴比所述端部在所述变速机侧通过被设置于所述罩的轴支承部经由第三径向轴承在径向支承。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合驱动装置,其中,
还具备支承所述旋转电机的所述转子,并且固定于所述第二传动轴的转子支承部件,
所述转子支承部件相比所述罩的所述轴支承部在所述发动机侧与所述第二传动轴嵌合,
所述转子支承部件与所述第二传动轴的固定部从径向观察与所述第二径向轴承至少局部在轴向上重合。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的混合驱动装置,其中,
所述离合器包含经由形成于所述轴支承部的油路、形成于所述第二传动轴的油路以及形成于所述转子支承部件的第一油孔供给工作油的卡合油室。
4.根据权利要求3所述的混合驱动装置,其中,
所述离合器包含经由形成于所述轴支承部的其他的油路、形成于所述第二传动轴的其他的油路及以与所述第一油孔在轴向上排列的方式形成于所述转子支承部件的第二油孔供给工作油的离心式油压取消室。
5.根据权利要求1~4中的任一项所述的混合驱动装置,其中,
在所述第一传动轴与所述第二传动轴的所述发动机侧的端面之间配置推力轴承,
所述第一传动轴包含在所述第二端部的端面开口,并且在所述第二径向轴承与所述内侧推力轴承的轴向之间开口的油路。
6.根据权利要求2所述的混合驱动装置,其中,
所述发动机的所述输出轴经由阻尼机构与所述第一传动轴连结,
所述第一传动轴的所述第一端部被连结所述发动机的所述输出轴与所述阻尼机构的连结部件经由第四径向轴承在径向上支承,
所述第一传动轴包含在所述发动机侧与所述第二端部相邻的比所述第二端部直径大的扩径部,
所述第一传动轴的所述扩径部被所述罩经由所述第一径向轴承在径向上支承。
7.根据权利要求6所述的混合驱动装置,其中,
环状的凸缘部从所述第一传动轴的所述扩径部以包围所述第二端部的至少一部分的方式向径向外侧延伸突出,
在所述凸缘部的外周部以从径向观察与所述第二径向轴承至少局部在轴向上重合的方式固定所述离合器的离合器毂。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的混合驱动装置,其中,
所述罩包含轴向上的一端开放并且所述轴向上的另一端关闭的壳体、和以覆盖所述一端的方式固定于所述壳体且在径向上延伸的盖,
所述轴支承部形成于所述壳体,
所述第一传动轴的所述扩径部被所述盖经由所述第一径向轴承在径向上支承。
