As shown in fig. 4, in the integrated press-fitting and riveting device for the telescopic tube and the U-shaped shifting fork, the touch screen program controller 104 includes the following columns, and displays the columns through the display 105 arranged on the bracket 1, that is, the columns include parameter setting 1041, an oil cylinder feeding distance 1042, an oil cylinder minimum pressure 1043, an oil cylinder maximum pressure 1044, workpiece detection 1045, program selection 1046 and an operation interface 1047. That is, it can be controlled by the data setting of each column on the touch screen program controller 104, and can set the required riveting and press-fitting data, for example, the numerical value of the oil cylinder feeding distance 1042 is adjusted in real time according to the length of the telescopic tube 7. The same applies to the remaining technical parameters.
The invention relates to an integral press-fitting riveting device for an extension tube and a U-shaped shifting fork, which has a specific working structure and a specific working principle, and is characterized in that according to the implementation mode of the invention, as shown in figures 1 and 2, a left working table side plate 9 and a right working side plate 901 are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of an operating platform 103 on a bracket 1, the left working table side plate 9 and the right working side plate 901 are connected and fixed through a fixed pull rod 11, a product clamp device is arranged on the operating platform 103 between the left working table side plate 9 and the right working side plate 901, the product clamp device comprises a clamp base 50, an extension tube and U-shaped shifting fork seat 501, an extension tube clamping groove seat 502, an extension tube clamping groove 503 and the like, an oil cylinder body of an oil cylinder A101 is arranged at the outer side surface of the left working table side plate 9, namely, the other side or outer side far away from the right working side plate 901 correspondingly, and an oil cylinder B102 is arranged at the outer side surface of the right working side plate 901, namely, which is far away from the left working table side plate 9, output shafts or extension shafts of the oil cylinder A101 and the oil cylinder B102 are correspondingly arranged and are respectively arranged in the corresponding inner side surface directions of the left workbench side plate 9 and the right workbench side plate 901, the pull rod fixing seat 21 is fixed above the corresponding position of the operation platform 103 between the inner side surfaces of the left workbench side plate 9 and the right workbench side plate 901, and the pull rod fixing block 20 is fixedly connected to the corresponding position of the fixed pull rod 11 through the pull rod fixing seat 21; the product clamp device of the present embodiment, i.e. the clamp base 50, is arranged on the operation platform 103 between the pull rod fixing base 21 and the riveting installation base 39; the pulling pressure sensor A201 is fixed on the output shaft of the oil cylinder A101, and the travel switch A301 is arranged behind the range of the stroke of the extending shaft of the oil cylinder A101, namely in the direction of one end corresponding to the extension pipe 7; the pulling pressure sensor B202 is fixed on the output shaft of the oil cylinder B102, and the travel switch B302 is installed at the rear of the travel range of the extension shaft of the oil cylinder B102, namely, in the direction opposite to the extension shaft of the oil cylinder B102 and the U-shaped shifting fork 8.
The working principle is as follows: the pulling pressure sensor A201 is used for controlling the press-fitting force of the product, the specific press-fitting force can be pre-designed by adjusting the minimum oil cylinder pressure 1043 or the maximum oil cylinder pressure 1044 on the touch screen program controller 104, and the pulling pressure sensor B202 is used for controlling the riveting force of the product of the U-shaped shifting fork 8; the press-fitting stroke of the product is pressed and riveted integrally by the telescopic pipe 7 and the U-shaped shifting fork 8 under the control of the travel switch A301, and the riveting stroke of the product is controlled by the travel switch B302. The telescopic pipe 7 is prevented from jumping out when the telescopic pipe 7 and the U-shaped shifting fork 8 are in press fitting and riveting through the action of the cylinder slide block 29 on the jump-out prevention cylinder 5, so that safety accidents are prevented; the touch screen controls the program to control the action, so that one-time clamping can be realized, the press mounting and riveting procedures of the product can be synchronously completed, and the press mounting and riveting force of the product can be measured through the tension pressure sensor A201 and the tension pressure sensor B202, thereby realizing one-time on-line detection; the stability of the product quality is ensured.
The working steps are as follows: as shown in fig. 1-4, when the start switch on the touch screen program controller 104 is manually pressed, the device is actuated, and the left product clamp pressing seat 26 and the right product clamp pressing seat 2601 move downward to clamp the clamp base 50 of the product clamp, so as to prevent the product clamp from jumping out of the air cylinder 5 and pushing forward to clamp the telescopic tube 7, thereby preventing the telescopic tube 7 from jumping out. Go up U type shift fork ear hole positioning cylinder 6 and lower U type shift fork ear hole positioning cylinder 601 and follow axial direction and advance forward and press from both sides tight U type shift fork 8, hydro-cylinder A101 advances right, and workstation curb plate 901 direction action right promptly promotes simultaneously flexible pipe 7 right press-fit into U type shift fork 8 downthehole, through: after the travel switch A301 controls the propelling travel to be in place, the propelling travel is automatically retracted leftwards. Simultaneously by: the pulling pressure sensor A201 detects the press-fitting force of the product; after the oil cylinder A101 retreats to the right position, the push-pull air cylinder 4 moves forwards to push, and the extension tube 7 is blocked and does not retreat; the oil cylinder B102 pushes leftwards again, namely, moves towards the side plate 9 of the left workbench to drive the rivet head 38 to push leftwards; the U-shaped shifting fork 8 is riveted through the rivet head 38, the oil cylinder B102 retracts after the stroke switch B302 controls the pushing stroke to be in place, and the riveting force of a product is detected through the pulling pressure sensor B202. And after the action is finished, the telescopic pipe and the U-shaped shifting fork are integrally pressed and riveted to finish the pressing, riveting and detecting of the product. And all the later action parts recover to the original positions, and the press-fitting riveting and detection of the product are completed.

A device for integrally press-fitting and riveting a telescopic pipe and a U-shaped shifting fork comprises a support device, a press-fitting and riveting device, a telescopic pipe jumping-out preventing device, a product clamp device, a telescopic pipe (7) and a U-shaped shifting fork (8); the support device comprises a support (1), an operating platform (103) is arranged on the support (1), a touch screen program controller (104) and a display (105) are arranged on the support (1) above the operating platform (103), the product clamp device is correspondingly and fixedly arranged on the plane of the operating platform (103), a left workbench side plate (9) and a right workbench side plate (901) are respectively arranged on the left side edge and the right side edge of the upper surface of the operating platform (103), and a fixed pull rod (11) is connected between the left workbench side plate (9) and the right workbench side plate (901) through a fixed pull rod nut (10), and the support device is characterized by comprising a press-fitting unit and a riveting unit; the press-fitting unit comprises a telescopic pipe pushing part and a telescopic pipe retreating prevention part; the telescopic pipe propelling part comprises a left oil cylinder A (101), a pull pressure sensor A (201), a travel switch A (301), an oil cylinder positioning sleeve 12, a pull pressure sensor positioning plate 13, an oil cylinder positioning rod 14, a positioning rod sleeve 15, an oil cylinder bearing seat 16, a bearing cover plate 17, a shaft sleeve 18 and a shaft sleeve positioning bolt 19; the left oil cylinder A101 is arranged on the outer side surface of the left workbench side plate 9 and is fixedly connected to the left workbench side plate 9 through an oil cylinder positioning sleeve 12 arranged on the other side surface of the left workbench side plate 9, the travel switch A301 is arranged at the rear part in the range of the travel of the extending shaft of the left oil cylinder A101, and one side of the tension sensor positioning plate 13 is connected to the oil cylinder positioning sleeve 12; the other side of the tension pressure sensor positioning plate 13 is connected to one end of an oil cylinder positioning rod 14, the other end of the oil cylinder positioning rod 14 is connected to one side of an oil cylinder bearing block 16 through a positioning rod sleeve 15, the other side of the oil cylinder bearing block 16 is connected with a bearing cover plate 17 and a shaft sleeve 18 through a shaft sleeve positioning bolt 19, and the oil cylinder bearing block 16 is fixed at the corresponding position of the operating platform 103;
the telescopic pipe retreating prevention part comprises a push-pull cylinder 4, a pull rod fixing block 20, a pull rod fixing seat 21, a cylinder push-pull block 22, a cylinder connecting block 23, a limiting light spot mounting seat 24 and a cylinder mounting seat 25; the pull rod fixing seat 21 and the cylinder mounting seat 25 are adjacently and fixedly arranged on corresponding positions of the operating platform 103, and the pull rod fixing block 20 is arranged on the pull rod fixing seat 21 and fixedly connected with the fixed pull rod 11; the cylinder mounting seat 25 is positioned at one side corresponding to the product clamp device, the push-pull cylinder 4 is arranged on the cylinder mounting seat 25, the cylinder connecting block 23 and the limiting light spot mounting seat 24 are arranged on the push-pull cylinder 4, and one end of the cylinder push-pull block 22 is connected to the cylinder connecting block 23 and corresponds to one end of the product telescopic tube 7 required to be processed on the product clamp device.

The integrated press-fitting riveting device for the telescopic pipe and the U-shaped shifting fork as claimed in claim 1, wherein the riveting unit comprises a right oil cylinder B102, a pulling pressure sensor B202, a travel switch B302, a travel switch fixing seat 32, a riveting head 38 and a riveting mounting seat 39; the right oil cylinder B102 is arranged on the outer side surface of the right workbench side plate 901, the pulling pressure sensor B202 is arranged on an output shaft of the right oil cylinder B102 in a direction stroke range on one side corresponding to the U-shaped shifting fork 8 of a riveting product to be processed, the riveting mounting seat 39 is arranged on the surface of the operation platform 103 on one side corresponding to the inner side of the right oil cylinder B102 on the right workbench side plate 901, and the travel switch fixing seat 32 is arranged between the inner side wall surface of the right workbench side plate 901 and the riveting mounting seat 39; the rivet head 38 is arranged on the riveting mounting seat 39, and the travel switch B302 is arranged at the output travel range end of the output shaft of the right oil cylinder B102; an output shaft of the right oil cylinder B102 pushes the rivet head 38 to rivet and fix the U-shaped shifting fork 8 and the telescopic pipe 7.

The integrated press-fitting riveting device for the telescopic pipe and the U-shaped shifting fork as claimed in claim 1, wherein the telescopic pipe jumping prevention device comprises a jumping prevention cylinder 5, a cylinder slide block fixing seat 27, a cylinder slide block fixing base 28, a cylinder slide block 29, a cylinder mounting plate 30 and a cylinder fixing plate 31; the anti-jumping-out air cylinder 5 is arranged on the air cylinder mounting plate 30 and is arranged on the air cylinder slide block fixing base 28 together with the air cylinder slide block fixing base 27; the cylinder slider fixing base 28 is fixedly arranged at a position, corresponding to the product clamp device, of the operating platform 103 between the pull rod fixing base 21 and the riveting mounting base 39, the cylinder slider 29 is arranged on the cylinder slider fixing base 27, the cylinder slider fixing base 27 is arranged on the cylinder slider fixing base 28, and the cylinder fixing plate 31 is used for fixing the anti-jumping-out cylinder 5.

The integrated press-fitting riveting device for the telescopic pipe and the U-shaped shifting fork according to claim 1, which is characterized in that the product clamp device comprises a clamp base 50, a telescopic pipe and U-shaped shifting fork seat 501, a telescopic pipe clamping groove seat 502, a telescopic pipe clamping groove 503, an upper U-shaped shifting fork ear hole positioning cylinder 6, a lower U-shaped shifting fork ear hole positioning cylinder 601, a left product clamp oil cylinder pressing seat 26 and a right product clamp oil cylinder pressing seat 2601; the left product clamp oil cylinder pressing seat 26 and the right product clamp oil cylinder pressing seat 2601 are respectively and correspondingly arranged on the operating platform 103 between the pull rod fixing seat 21 and the riveting installation seat 39, the telescopic pipe and the U-shaped shifting fork seat 501 are fixedly arranged on the clamp base 50, the telescopic pipe clamping groove seat 502 is arranged on the telescopic pipe and the U-shaped shifting fork seat 501, the telescopic pipe clamping groove seat 502 is provided with a telescopic pipe clamping groove 503, and the telescopic pipe 7 and the U-shaped shifting fork 8 can be correspondingly clamped in the telescopic pipe clamping groove 503; the upper U-shaped shifting fork ear hole positioning cylinder 6 and the lower U-shaped shifting fork ear hole positioning cylinder 601 are respectively arranged on two sides of the telescopic pipe and the U-shaped shifting fork seat 501, which are used for clamping the telescopic pipe 7 and the U-shaped shifting fork 8, and push and clamp the U-shaped shifting fork 8 arranged on the product clamp device along the axial direction and can rivet and press-fit the U-shaped shifting fork 8 and the telescopic pipe 7.
