Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于制作反渗透膜的喷涂装置,具有第一喷涂机构和第二喷涂机构,第一喷涂机构用于在无纺布的表面上喷涂透水性微孔聚砜;第二喷涂机构用于在透水性微孔聚砜上再喷涂聚酰胺材料;第一喷涂机构具有多根第一引料管,第一引料管的一端设有第一喷嘴,第一喷嘴朝向无纺布喷涂透水性微孔聚砜;而第一引料管的另一端连接分料器;第二喷涂机构具有多根第二引料管,第二引料管的一端设有第二喷嘴,第二喷嘴朝向无纺布喷涂聚酰胺材料;第二引料管的另一端也连接到分料器;分料器内部设有多路流道且配合相应的气泵分别控制第一喷嘴和第二喷嘴的喷涂量。结构简单,自动化程度高,利于喷涂作业,适用于反渗透膜工业化生产,生产效率及质量高。

Description

一种用于制作反渗透膜的喷涂装置
技术领域
本发明涉及喷涂设备的技术领域,更具体而言,涉及用于制作反渗透膜的喷涂装置。
背景技术
渗透是溶剂穿过隔离两种溶液的半透性分离膜而从具有低溶质浓度的溶液向另一具有高溶质浓度的溶液移动的现象。在这种情况下,通过溶剂移动而作用在具有高溶质浓度的溶液上的压力被称作渗透压。然而,当施加比渗透压水平更高的外部压力时,溶剂向具有低溶质浓度的溶液移动,这种现象被称作反渗透。根据反渗透原理,可以使用压力梯度作为驱动力,通过半透膜对各种类型的盐或有机物质进行分离。利用反渗透现象的反渗透膜已经被用于分离分子水平的物质,从盐水或海水中去除盐,以及提供可供家庭、商业和工业使用的水。
普通的反渗透膜一般由无纺布、喷涂在无纺布上的支撑层(多孔的聚砜层)以及设置在支撑层上的聚酰胺功能层构成,多孔聚砜层由于孔隙率低且结构固定,制备聚酰胺层时界面聚合反应较慢,形成的聚酰胺层疏松且厚,其水通量和脱盐率都较低。现有用于制作反渗透膜的喷涂装置存在成本高、结构复杂、性能提升有限及作业效率低等缺陷。因此,开发一种易于工业化生产,符合产业利用的用于制作反渗透膜的喷涂装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于制作反渗透膜的喷涂装置,很好克服现有技术缺陷,提升生产效率及质量。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种用于制作反渗透膜的喷涂装置,其具有第一喷涂机构和第二喷涂机构,该第一喷涂机构用于在无纺布的表面上喷涂透水性微孔聚砜;该第二喷涂机构用于在透水性微孔聚砜上再喷涂聚酰胺材料;其中:
所述第一喷涂机构具有多根第一引料管,该第一引料管的一端设有第一喷嘴,该第一喷嘴朝向无纺布喷涂透水性微孔聚砜;而第一引料管的另一端连接分料器;所述第二喷涂机构具有多根第二引料管,该第二引料管的一端设有第二喷嘴,该第二喷嘴朝向无纺布喷涂聚酰胺材料;而第二引料管的另一端也连接到分料器;该分料器内部设有多路流道,分料器配合相应的气泵分别控制第一喷嘴和第二喷嘴的喷涂量。
上述方案进一步是,所述第一喷涂机构和第二喷涂机构在卷对卷生产线上形成相邻的上下游关系,所述分料器组装在升降调节座上,该升降调节座同步调整第一喷嘴和第二喷嘴的远离或靠近无纺布。
上述方案进一步是,所述升降调节座通过蜗轮蜗杆升降结构来驱动升降,而该蜗轮蜗杆升降结构依据实际喷涂的厚薄来智控调节升降调节座的升降。
上述方案进一步是,所述第二喷嘴具有内芯和外壳,该外壳具有U形内腔,以及在U形内腔的内底中央处开设喷孔;所述内芯组装到外壳的U形内腔中,且内芯的内端与U形内腔的内底之间留有间距;所述内芯的内部设有进液腔,而内芯的内端上设有连通进液腔的第一出液孔和第二出液孔,该第一出液孔位于内芯的内端的中央处,第二出液孔有三个并围绕第一出液孔,且第二出液孔的出液端口处设有螺旋槽,螺旋槽从第二出液孔延伸并逐步靠近第一出液孔。
上述方案进一步是,所述第一出液孔与外壳的喷孔同轴相对,且第一出液孔的孔径大于喷孔的孔径。
本发明的结构简单,自动化程度高,利于喷涂作业,适用于反渗透膜工业化生产,生产效率及质量高。

参阅图1、2、3、4所示,是本发明的较佳实施例示意图,本发明提供了一种用于制作反渗透膜的喷涂装置,其具有第一喷涂机构1和第二喷涂机构2,该第一喷涂机构1用于在无纺布的表面上喷涂透水性微孔聚砜;该第二喷涂机构2用于在透水性微孔聚砜上再喷涂聚酰胺材料。在本实施例中,第一喷涂机构1和第二喷涂机构2组装在卷对卷生产线上并形成相邻的上下游关系,达到连续生产,提升效率。
参阅图1、2、3、4所示,本实施例中,所述第一喷涂机构1具有多根第一引料管11,该第一引料管11的一端设有第一喷嘴12,实现多个该第一喷嘴12排列朝向无纺布喷涂透水性微孔聚砜,喷涂均匀且覆盖面好;而第一引料管11的另一端连接分料器3。所述第二喷涂机构2具有多根第二引料管21,该第二引料管21的一端设有第二喷嘴22,实现多个该第二喷嘴22排列朝向无纺布喷涂聚酰胺材料,同样喷涂均匀且覆盖面好;而第二引料管21的另一端也连接到分料器3,实现分料器3前后两端呈悬臂状布置第一引料管11和第二引料管21。该分料器3内部设有多路流道,分料器3还配合相应的气泵分别控制第一喷嘴12和第二喷嘴22的喷涂量,具体气泵的气压调控是现有技术,在此不再赘述。上述结构实现结构集成紧凑,优化组装及控制实施。本实施例更进一步是,所述分料器3组装在升降调节座4上,该升降调节座4同步调整第一喷嘴12和第二喷嘴22的远离或靠近无纺布,配合无纺布的牵引速度,达到调整喷涂后涂层的厚薄,利于控制生产,获得质量极佳的反渗透膜。本实施例还进一步是,所述升降调节座4设置在机座提供的龙门架处并通过蜗轮蜗杆升降结构5来驱动升降,而该蜗轮蜗杆升降结构5依据实际喷涂的厚薄来智控调节升降调节座的升降,如通过红外感应或压力感应等方式感知喷涂的厚薄,优选是在第二喷涂机构2之后设置相应的感应元件来实时监控并输出控制信号给蜗轮蜗杆升降结构5,达到智控调节升降,以此有效控制喷涂效果;具体的感应元件可以依据实际情况从市场采购配置即可,在此不再赘述其原理。
参阅图1、2、3、4所示,本实施例中,所述第二喷嘴22具有内芯221和外壳222,该外壳222具有U形内腔2221,以及在U形内腔2221的内底中央处开设喷孔2222;所述内芯221组装到外壳222的U形内腔2221中,且内芯221的内端与U形内腔2221的内底之间留有间距,获得相应过渡混合空间。所述内芯221的内部设有进液腔2211,而内芯221的内端上设有连通进液腔2211的第一出液孔2212和第二出液孔2213,该第一出液孔2212位于内芯221的内端的中央处,第二出液孔2213有三个并围绕第一出液孔2212,且第二出液孔2213的出液端口处设有螺旋槽2214,螺旋槽2214从第二出液孔2213延伸并逐步靠近第一出液孔2212,达到出液旋动,增加液体流动性及混合,提升喷涂质量。所述第一出液孔2212与外壳222的喷孔2222同轴相对,且第一出液孔2212的孔径大于喷孔2222的孔径,且喷孔2222的出液侧做喇叭状设计。该喷嘴结构简单,并提升喷射效果,利于均匀喷涂聚酰胺材料,以获得性能卓越的功能层。
本发明的结构简单,自动化程度高,工作稳定、可靠,工艺流程短,适用于反渗透膜的工业化生产,极大提升生产效率及质量,降低生产成本。

1.一种用于制作反渗透膜的喷涂装置,其特征在于,具有第一喷涂机构(1)和第二喷涂机构(2),该第一喷涂机构(1)用于在无纺布的表面上喷涂透水性微孔聚砜;该第二喷涂机构(2)用于在透水性微孔聚砜上再喷涂聚酰胺材料;其中:
所述第一喷涂机构(1)具有多根第一引料管(11),该第一引料管(11)的一端设有第一喷嘴(12),该第一喷嘴(12)朝向无纺布喷涂透水性微孔聚砜;而第一引料管(11)的另一端连接分料器(3);所述第二喷涂机构(2)具有多根第二引料管(21),该第二引料管(21)的一端设有第二喷嘴(22),该第二喷嘴(22)朝向无纺布喷涂聚酰胺材料;而第二引料管(21)的另一端也连接到分料器(3);该分料器(3)内部设有多路流道,分料器(3)配合相应的气泵分别控制第一喷嘴(12)和第二喷嘴(22)的喷涂量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于制作反渗透膜的喷涂装置,其特征在于,所述第一喷涂机构(1)和第二喷涂机构(2)在卷对卷生产线上形成相邻的上下游关系,所述分料器(3)组装在升降调节座(4)上,该升降调节座(4)同步调整第一喷嘴(12)和第二喷嘴(22)的远离或靠近无纺布。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于制作反渗透膜的喷涂装置,其特征在于,所述升降调节座(4)通过蜗轮蜗杆升降结构(5)来驱动升降,而该蜗轮蜗杆升降结构(5)依据实际喷涂的厚薄来智控调节升降调节座(4)的升降。
