但是现有的纳米银抗菌材料,在在拉伸强度、耐磨度和硬度等性能上还无法满足人们的需求,所以如何在一搞面料抗菌性能的同时,提高其属性就显得尤为重要。

本发明的目的在于提供一种耐磨性好的纳米银抗菌面料及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

至少一层混合纤维层;以及

按重量份数计,混合纤维层包括以下组分:碳纤维27-35份、芳纶纤维15-28份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯5-7份、纳米氟碳1-3份、改性陶瓷粉3-7份、改性聚酰亚胺5-7份、辅助制剂1-3份。

实施例3

实施例4

首先,将聚酰亚胺与氯硅烷按照3:1的比例混合,加热搅拌,直至温度到达120℃时,加入乳化剂,制成第一组分,然后向第一组分内加入碳酸氢钠混合均匀,最后将混合液引入硅溶胶内,混合冷却,得到改性聚酰亚胺;接着,按重量份取原料,原料包括:碳纤维31g、芳纶纤维22g、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯6g、纳米氟碳2g、改性聚酰亚胺6g、辅助制剂2g;将碳纤维、芳纶纤维、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯和纳米氟碳混合加热后采用双螺杆挤出机挤出,得混合纤维;将所述混合纤维送入纺丝箱进行纺丝,得混合纤维丝;将所述混合纤维丝进行牵伸,得到混合纤维细长丝,将混纺纱采用大圆机纬编织造方法编制得到混合纤维层,将纳米银抗菌膜涂覆在抗菌纤维层的表面;最后,将混合纤维层和抗菌纤维层粘接,得到所述的耐磨性好的纳米银抗菌面料。

首先,按重量份取原料,原料包括:碳纤维31g、芳纶纤维22g、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯6g、纳米氟碳2g、辅助制剂2g;将碳纤维、芳纶纤维、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯和纳米氟碳混合加热后采用双螺杆挤出机挤出,得混合纤维;将所述混合纤维送入纺丝箱进行纺丝,得混合纤维丝;将所述混合纤维丝进行牵伸,得到混合纤维细长丝,将混纺纱采用大圆机纬编织造方法编制得到混合纤维层,将纳米银抗菌膜涂覆在抗菌纤维层的表面;最后,将混合纤维层和抗菌纤维层粘接,得到所述的耐磨性好的纳米银抗菌面料。

Claims (8)

1.一种耐磨性好的纳米银抗菌面料,其特征在于,包括:
至少一层混合纤维层;以及
与混合纤维层粘接的抗菌纤维层,所述抗菌纤维层表面涂覆有纳米银抗菌膜;
按重量份数计,混合纤维层包括以下组分:碳纤维27-35份、芳纶纤维15-28份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯5-7份、纳米氟碳1-3份、改性陶瓷粉3-7份、改性聚酰亚胺5-7份、辅助制剂1-3份;
所述改性陶瓷粉的制备方法包括以下步骤:将陶瓷粉加入到反应瓮中,然后加入93%的乙醇水溶液,加入PH调节剂调节PH值在5-6,然后加入四乙氧基硅烷和乙烯基溴化镁,超声分散后加入100℃水浴加热并磁力搅拌3h,反应结束后将产物洗涤、干燥、过滤后得到第一产物,再将第一产物在搅拌釜搅拌2.5小时以上,后经过胶磨机研磨,进入交联釜7~8小时,得到改性陶瓷粉;
所述改性聚酰亚胺的制备方法包括以下步骤:将聚酰亚胺与氯硅烷按照3:1的比例混合,加热搅拌,直至温度到达120℃时,加入乳化剂,制成第一组分,然后向第一组分内加入碳酸氢钠混合均匀,最后将混合液引入硅溶胶内,混合冷却,得到改性聚酰亚胺。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨性好的纳米银抗菌面料,其特征在于,按重量份数计,所述混合纤维层包括以下组分:碳纤维29-33份、芳纶纤维19-24份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯6份、纳米氟碳2份、改性陶瓷粉4-6份、改性聚酰亚胺6份、辅助制剂2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨性好的纳米银抗菌面料,其特征在于,按重量份数计,所述混合纤维层包括以下组分:碳纤维31份、芳纶纤维22份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯6份、纳米氟碳2份、改性陶瓷粉5份、改性聚酰亚胺6份、辅助制剂2份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨性好的纳米银抗菌面料,其特征在于,所述混合纤维层是采用经混合纤维,牵伸加捻,制成混纺纱,再将混纺纱采用大圆机纬编织造方法编制而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨性好的纳米银抗菌面料,其特征在于,所述辅助制剂包括乳化剂、偶联剂和PH调节剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨性好的纳米银抗菌面料,其特征在于,所述混合纤维的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、制备改性纤维;
S2、制备改性聚酰亚胺;
S3、将碳纤维、芳纶纤维、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯和纳米氟碳混合加热后采用双螺杆挤出机挤出,得混合纤维;将所述混合纤维送入纺丝箱进行纺丝,得混合纤维丝;将所述混合纤维丝进行牵伸,得到混合纤维细长丝;
S4、将混纺纱采用大圆机纬编织造方法编制得到混合纤维层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨性好的纳米银抗菌面料,其特征在于,所述纳米银抗菌膜涂覆在抗菌纤维层的单面或双面。
8.一种如权利要求1-7任一所述的耐磨性好的纳米银抗菌面料的制备方法,其特征在于,将混合纤维层和抗菌纤维层粘接,得到所述的耐磨性好的纳米银抗菌面料。
