Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型双层芯实木复合板,它包括粘合热压而成的芯板Ⅰ、Ⅱ,芯板Ⅰ的顶面和芯板Ⅱ的底面分别粘合热压至少一层杨木芯板或密度板;芯板Ⅰ、Ⅱ分别由若干根板条纵横拼接而成,板条的两侧边粘合连接,板条的两端首尾拼接。板芯Ⅰ、Ⅱ均为旋切而成,板芯Ⅰ、Ⅱ上下贴合热压成一整体的板芯;再锯切成板条,板条再被重新粘和拼接成双层实木板芯,其顶面和底面分别粘和连接密度板或板皮即得双层芯实木复合板。每层芯板都是用若干根板条纵横拼接而成,与传统的单层锯切的板芯相比,结构更加稳定不易变形。传统的板芯为锯切,会产生较多的木屑,出材率约65%,而目前旋切而成的板芯出材率约为95%,出材率高不浪费原料。

一种新型双层芯实木复合板及其生产工艺
技术领域
本发明属于实木复合板技术领域,具体涉及一种新型双层芯实木复合板及其生产工艺。
背景技术
现有技术中,复合板的层状结构多为若干层板皮相互粘合热压而成。如常见的单层芯板厚度在9-20mm,芯板的顶面和底面分别粘合若干层板皮后即成复合板。
这种复合板的芯板由于为单层的实木结构,造价较高,使用一段时间后易变形,稳定性差,造成产品的质量和寿命受到较大影响。而且,单层的芯板由于厚度较厚需要锯切而成,而锯切的方式会造成出材率低,会产生约30-40%的木屑,故造价高且原料有一定的浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术存在的上述技术问题,提供一种新型双层芯实木复合板,以克服现有技术的不足。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
本发明的一个方面,提供一种新型双层芯实木复合板,它包括通过粘合剂相互上下粘合热压而成的芯板Ⅰ和芯板Ⅱ,所述芯板Ⅰ的顶面和所述芯板Ⅱ的底面分别通过所述粘合剂粘合热压至少一层杨木芯板或密度板;
所述芯板Ⅰ和所述芯板Ⅱ分别由若干根相同厚度的板条相互纵横拼接而成,所述板条的两侧边通过所述粘合剂相互粘合连接,所述板条的两端相互首尾拼接。
所述芯板Ⅰ和所述芯板Ⅱ的厚度均为4.5-10mm。
所述板条的厚度为4.5-10mm,宽度为60mm,长度为500-1000mm。
所述杨木芯板或密度板的厚度为1.7-3mm。
所述粘合剂使用环保型达到国家最新E0标准。
本发明的另一个方面,提供一种新型双层芯实木复合板的生产工艺,通过如下步骤制备而成:
步骤一、将旋切而得的板芯Ⅰ和芯板Ⅱ相互上下胶合热压成一整体的板芯,板芯Ⅰ和芯板Ⅱ的厚度均为4.5-10mm,热压时的温度为130℃,压力为9兆帕;
步骤二、将步骤一制得的整体的板芯锯切成宽度为60mm、长度为500-1000mm的板条,板条的两侧侧边通过粘合剂胶粘固定,板条的两端相互对接,且每相邻的两根板条端头的拼接处相互交错,板条被重新粘和拼接成双层实木板芯;
步骤三、将步骤二制得的双层实木板芯的顶面和底面分别粘和连接杨木芯板或密度板得双层芯实木复合板,将双层芯实木复合板的顶面和底面分别粘合面板或三聚氰胺饰面纸即得。
本发明结构合理,芯板由两层结构粘合而成,而且每层芯板都是用若干根板条纵横拼接而成,与传统的单层锯切的板芯相比,结构更加稳定不易变形。传统的板芯为锯切,会产生较多的木屑,出材率约65%,而目前旋切而成的板芯出材率约为95%,出材率高不浪费原料。粘合剂不含甲醛,粘和效果好稳定性好,具有较好的耐水性和抗菌性,而且制备过程简单易加工。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图3,本发明一种新型双层芯实木复合板,它包括通过粘合剂相互上下粘合热压而成的芯板Ⅰ1和芯板Ⅱ2,所述芯板Ⅰ1的顶面和所述芯板Ⅱ2的底面分别通过所述粘合剂粘合热压至少一层杨木芯板或密度板3;
所述芯板Ⅰ1和所述芯板Ⅱ2分别由若干根相同厚度的板条4相互纵横拼接而成,所述板条4的两侧边通过所述粘合剂相互粘合连接,所述板条4的两端相互首尾拼接。
所述芯板Ⅰ1和所述芯板Ⅱ2的厚度均为4.5-10mm。
所述板条4的厚度为4.5-10mm,宽度为60mm,长度为500-1000mm。
所述杨木芯板或密度板3的厚度为1.7-3mm。
所述粘合剂使用环保型达到国家最新E0标准。
本发明的另一个方面,提供一种新型双层芯实木复合板的生产工艺,通过如下步骤制备而成:

步骤二、将步骤一制得的整体的板芯锯切成宽度为60mm、长度为500-1000mm的板条4,板条4的两侧侧边通过粘合剂胶粘固定,板条4的两端相互对接,且每相邻的两根板条4端头的拼接处相互交错,板条4被重新粘和拼接成双层实木板芯;
步骤三、将步骤二制得的双层实木板芯的顶面和底面分别粘和连接杨木芯板或密度板3得双层芯实木复合板,将双层芯实木复合板的顶面和底面分别粘合面板或三聚氰胺饰面纸即得。
本发明中的板芯Ⅰ和芯板Ⅱ均为旋切而成,厚度均为4.5-10mm的板材,板芯Ⅰ和芯板Ⅱ上下贴合热压成一整体的板芯;然后再锯切成宽度为60mm、长度为500-1000mm的板条,板条的两侧侧边通过粘合剂胶粘固定,板条的两端对接,且每相邻的两根板条端头的拼接处相互交错,板条被重新粘和拼接成一整体的板芯;粘和时的温度为130℃,压力为9兆帕,即得由板芯Ⅰ和芯板Ⅱ构成的双层实木板芯,双层实木板芯的顶面和底面分别粘和连接密度板或板皮即得双层芯实木复合板,然后根据客户需要在双层芯实木复合板的顶面和底面分别粘合面板或三聚氰胺饰面纸。

1.一种新型双层芯实木复合板,其特征是:它包括通过粘合剂相互上下粘合热压而成的芯板Ⅰ和芯板Ⅱ,所述芯板Ⅰ的顶面和所述芯板Ⅱ的底面分别通过所述粘合剂粘合热压至少一层杨木芯板或密度板;
所述芯板Ⅰ和所述芯板Ⅱ分别由若干根相同厚度的板条相互纵横拼接而成,所述板条的两侧边通过所述粘合剂相互粘合连接,所述板条的两端相互首尾拼接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型双层芯实木复合板,其特征是:所述芯板Ⅰ和所述芯板Ⅱ的厚度均为4.5-10mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型双层芯实木复合板,其特征是:所述板条的厚度为4.5-10mm,宽度为60mm,长度为500-1000mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型双层芯实木复合板,其特征是:所述杨木芯板或密度板的厚度为1.7-3mm。
5.一种新型双层芯实木复合板的生产工艺,其特征是:通过如下步骤制备而成:
步骤一、将旋切而得的板芯Ⅰ和芯板Ⅱ相互上下胶合热压成一整体的板芯,板芯Ⅰ和芯板Ⅱ的厚度均为4.5-10mm,热压时的温度为130℃,压力为9兆帕;
步骤二、将步骤一制得的整体的板芯锯切成宽度为60mm、长度为500-1000mm的板条,板条的两侧侧边通过粘合剂胶粘固定,板条的两端相互对接,且每相邻的两根板条端头的拼接处相互交错,板条被重新粘和拼接成双层实木板芯;
