Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of weft knitting, in particular to a weft knitting knitted fabric with reduced size extension and a vamp.
Background
One or more yarns are fed onto a working needle of a knitting machine from the weft direction, the yarns are sequentially bent into loops and are stringed and sleeved to form the weft-knitted fabric, when the weft direction of the weft-knitted fabric is subjected to tensile force, the loops are stretched, the tensile force is removed, and the loops return to the original shape, so that the weft-knitted fabric has good transverse extension, and because weaving gaps exist between the knitted loops and the loops, the weft-knitted fabric has good air permeability and is also applied to shoe materials to serve as vamp fabrics in recent years.
The problem that the transverse over-extension of a weft-knitted vamp is always relatively troublesome in the industry is solved by adding a hot melt, and the hot melt is melted through high-temperature activation and shaping, so that adjacent yarns are adhered to limit the deformation of coils and reduce the extension of the vamp, but the addition of the hot melt can greatly reduce the stress retraction performance of the vamp, reduce the hand feeling softness and reduce the wearing comfort level.
