Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ink, in particular to flocking ink for printing cigarette tipping paper and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The tipping paper is special paper for lapping the cigarette and the filter tip, is printed and processed into the tipping paper for the cigarette by adopting transfer paper, and is more and more accepted by the market and has higher and higher occupation ratio due to exquisite printing and bright color. Because the transfer paper is formed by processing a transfer resin layer, a meson layer or an aluminum layer on the base paper of the common tipping paper, the printing ink adhesion of the transfer paper is different from the adhesion of the original base paper through penetration, the resin adhesion is mainly depended on, the resin accumulation and softening lead to the temperature resistance reduction of the tipping paper, the cigarette wrapping and heat sealing process of the product is easy to cause cigarette adhesion due to the softening of the resin with overhigh temperature. The gloss oil in the current market mainly focuses on environmental protection, brightness, wear resistance and the like, the gloss oil basically has no requirement on temperature resistance, and the gloss oil with poor temperature resistance is used on tipping paper, so that the problem of high-temperature adhesion of the transferring tipping paper is difficult to avoid.
