Gloss oil with a slow-release flavor, tipping paper for cigarettes, and methods for preparing the same, filter elements, and smoking products will be discussed in detail below.
The embodiment of the invention provides gloss oil with slow-release fragrance, which comprises resin and slow-release microcapsules dispersed in the resin, wherein the slow-release microcapsules comprise a wall material and a core material, the wall material is modified maltodextrin and modified cyclodextrin, the core material is water-soluble essence, and the gloss oil comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 4-10% of water-soluble essence; 2-8% of modified maltodextrin; 2-8% of modified cyclodextrin; 5-10% of water-soluble resin; the balance of solvent; the modified maltodextrin is obtained by modifying a first hydrophilic group, the modified cyclodextrin is obtained by modifying a second hydrophilic group, the first hydrophilic group is one or more of phosphate, acetate and carboxymethyl, and the second hydrophilic group is one or more of alkyl, hydroxyalkyl and sulfohydrocarbyl.
The cyclodextrin has amphipathy, is hydrophilic outside and lipophilic inside, can envelop molecules of various compounds, but has poor water solubility, particularly poor solubility in cold water, low coating rate of the cyclodextrin as a wall material of the microcapsule and high consumption of the wall material, causes high preparation cost, also influences the film forming property of the gloss oil, and causes that the gloss oil cannot form a film or the surface of the film is uneven after the film is formed. The inventor finds that the solubility of cyclodextrin modified by hydrophilic groups in cold water is greatly improved, and the coating rate of the cyclodextrin on the water-soluble essence core material can be greatly improved. The maltodextrin is a starch hydrolysate, forms a network structure through the action of hydrogen bonds between carbon chains, can enhance the stability of the core material and realize controllable release, and is used as a filling agent to be compounded with the modified cyclodextrin, so that the effect of supplementing and embedding can be achieved, and the fragrance retention rate is further enhanced. However, in the process of compounding maltodextrin with cyclodextrin, the cyclodextrin has a large cyclic structure, which prevents hydrogen bonds from forming between maltodextrin molecules, reduces the solubility of maltodextrin in a solution, causes turbidity when maltodextrin is easily precipitated, and reduces the transparency of gloss oil. According to the gloss oil with the slow-release fragrance, provided by the embodiment of the invention, hydrophilic group modified maltodextrin and modified cyclodextrin are used as composite wall materials to coat outside the water-soluble essence core material to form the slow-release microcapsule, the hydrophilic group modified maltodextrin is strong in anti-coagulation property and high in dissolving speed and is matched with the modified cyclodextrin, so that the coating rate of the slow-release microcapsule is obviously improved, the film forming property and transparency of the gloss oil prepared by compounding the slow-release microcapsule and the water-soluble resin are also obviously improved, and the gloss oil is high in fragrance retention rate and lasting in fragrance.
The maltodextrin can be prepared from starch-containing corn, rice, etc., or refined starch, such as corn starch, wheat starch, tapioca starch, etc. The maltodextrin is short dextrin with more than four glucose units, contains polysaccharide, tetrasaccharide or oligosaccharide with more than tetrasaccharide, and can also contain a small amount of maltose. The composition of the maltodextrin can be determined by gel filtration or high performance liquid chromatography.
The DE value of the maltodextrin is 4-10%. The DE value refers to the dextrose equivalent, i.e. the percentage of reducing sugars (in glucose) on the dry matter of the syrup. With increasing DE, the solubility and hygroscopicity of maltodextrin increased, while the viscosity decreased.
C in the glucose unit structure of the maltodextrin2、C3、C6The hydroxyl has high reactivity and can react with an oxidation reagent, a crosslinking reagent, an esterification reagent and an etherification reagent to introduce new functional groups for modification. The modification method of the maltodextrin can be obtained by directly reacting the maltodextrin with a chemical reagentThe modified maltodextrin is used. Or the modified maltodextrin is obtained by hydrolyzing starch after the starch reacts with a chemical reagent.
Through the modification of the phosphate, the acetate and the carboxymethyl hydrophilic group, the water holding performance of the maltodextrin can be improved, water molecules capable of being combined and fixed are increased, certain viscosity is provided, the maltodextrin is also effective for oil dispersion in a homogenization stage, the emulsion stability of a solution can be improved, and the transparency of the material is improved.
In addition, the phosphate, the acetate and the modified maltodextrin modified by the carboxymethyl have higher fragrance retention rate and faster solubility than the original maltodextrin.
When the maltodextrin is assumed to have the maximum number of modifiable hydroxyl groups of 1, the modification degree of the maltodextrin with the first hydrophilic group is preferably not less than 0.02, more preferably not less than 0.04, further preferably not less than 0.06.
The maximum number of modifiable hydroxyl groups of the maltodextrin means the number of all hydroxyl groups the maltodextrin has before modification. In other words, the modification degree is the ratio of the number of modified hydroxyl groups to the number of all hydroxyl groups.
The modified maltodextrin has a modification degree of 0.02 or above, can be mixed with water at any ratio, and can be dissolved in 50% ethanol and methanol.
The cyclodextrin can be one or more of α -cyclodextrin, β -cyclodextrin and gamma-cyclodextrin α -cyclodextrin, β -cyclodextrin and gamma-cyclodextrin respectively contain 6, 7 and 8 glucose units, and considering the size of the molecular hole pore of α -cyclodextrin, β -cyclodextrin and gamma-cyclodextrin, the cyclodextrin is preferably β -cyclodextrin.
C in the glucose unit structure of the cyclodextrin2、C3The hydroxyl groups are subjected to chemical reactions such as esterification, etherification, oxidation, crosslinking and the like, and new functional groups are introduced to modify the hydroxyl groups.
An example of the alkyl group may be a methyl group (methylated).
Examples of the hydroxyalkyl group may be hydroxyethyl or hydroxypropyl.
Examples of the sulfoalkyl group may be sulfomethyl, sulfoethyl, sulfopropyl, sulfobutyl, and the examples are not limited thereto. Preferably, the sulfoalkyl group is sulfobutyl.
The unmodified cyclodextrin is easy to precipitate out of a solution to form particles after being compounded with resin, so that unevenness is caused after gloss oil film forming. Through the modification of the second hydrophilic group, the solubility of the cyclodextrin can be further increased, and therefore, the modified cyclodextrin can improve the film forming property of the gloss oil.
When the maximum number of modifiable hydroxyl groups that the cyclodextrin has is assumed to be 1, the degree of modification of the cyclodextrin with the first hydrophilic group is preferably not less than 0.02, more preferably not less than 0.04, and further preferably not less than 0.06.
The maximum number of modifiable hydroxyl groups of the cyclodextrin means the number of all hydroxyl groups the cyclodextrin has before modification. In other words, the modification degree is the ratio of the number of modified hydroxyl groups to the number of all hydroxyl groups.
The modified cyclodextrin with the modification degree of 0.02 or above can be mixed with water in any proportion, and can also be dissolved in 50% ethanol and methanol.
The mass ratio of the modified maltodextrin to the modified cyclodextrin can be (1-3): 1, 1.2:1, 1.3:1, 1.4:1, 1.5:1, 1.8:1, 2:1, 2.25:1, 2.5:1, 2.7: 1.
The encapsulation rate of the modified cyclodextrin as a wall material is obviously higher than that of the traditional cyclodextrin, so the dosage of the modified cyclodextrin and the modified maltodextrin as a composite wall material is far lower than that of the traditional wall material. In one embodiment, the mass ratio of the total mass of the modified maltodextrin and the modified cyclodextrin to the water-soluble essence is 4: (1-5), and may be 2:1, 4:3, or 1: 1.
Examples of the water-soluble essence may be osmanthus essence, rose essence, orchid essence, and chrysanthemum essence, however, the example is not limited to these.
