A method of an intelligent book management system for magnetic-type automatic projection reading comprises the following steps:
s1, the library controller 4 sends an image capturing signal to the external camera 31 of the service robot 10 and sends a binding signal to the idle service robot 10 when recognizing that a borrower enters the library through the built-in gate of the library.
And S2, the external camera 31 starts to capture the external image in real time according to the capture signal and feeds the external image back to the library controller 4 in real time, and the service robot 10 binds with the borrower entering the library and binds the borrower with the borrower following the binding signal and the external image.
Wherein, the binding is performed according to the face information of the borrower, and a service robot 10 binds the borrower without repeated binding.
S3 and the library controller 4 extract the book reading signal fed back by the book writing screen 38 of the desk body where the borrowed person sits in real time, extract the demand book information contained in the book reading signal, match the corresponding information of the electric silent slide rail 22 and the book pushing mechanism 21 according to the demand book information, send the book borrowing signal to the matched electric silent slide rail 22, and send the book pickup signal to the service robot 10.
The matching of the corresponding information of the electric silent slide rail 22 and the book pushing mechanism 21 according to the book information in demand means that the number information of the electric silent slide rail 22 and the book pushing mechanism 21 corresponding to the position of the book placing frame 20 and the book in demand is extracted according to the position of the book placing frame 20 of the book in demand.
S4, the electric silent sliding rail 22 drives the idle silent sliding platform 23 to a book position matching the required book information according to the book borrowing signal, and feeds back the number information of the silent sliding platform 23 to the library controller 4, and the service robot 10 moves to the service area of the library according to the book access signal.
After the service robot 10 moves to the service area, the entrance and exit of the back are opened and correspond to the electric silent sliding rail 22 of the service area, so as to wait for the silent sliding platform 23 to transport the books.
S5, the library controller 4 sends a reading signal to the RFID reader 24 matched with the number information and the mute sliding platform 23, and the RFID reader 24 obtains the electronic tag information of the book at the position according to the reading signal and feeds the electronic tag information back to the library controller 4.
Wherein, the RFID reader 24 is used to determine whether the books at the position corresponding to the book placement frame 20 are matched with the books required by the borrower.
S6, if the library controller 4 recognizes that the book information recorded by the electronic tag information matches the book information required by the borrower, it sends a book pushing signal to the matched book pushing mechanism 21 and sends a book transporting signal to the electric silent slide rail 22, the book pushing mechanism 21 pushes the book matched with the book information required to arrive at the position of the silent slide platform 23 according to the book pushing signal, and the electric silent slide rail 22 drives the silent slide platform 23 to move to the position of the service robot 10 in the service area according to the book transporting signal.
